Whether due to a lack of training or a different approach, facials do not seem to be a service this location should offer--they would be better suited to focusing on threading and brow services. The service was great and they did an excellent job on my nails and pedicure, but I found the pricing to be arbitrary and expensive. For example, to soak off dip ( while getting a new set) and do a regular almond shape was an additional $15 ( the receipt pictured shows $18 but they reduce it by a few dollars ) . I've gotten my nails done my whole life and I've never had to pay this much to soak off dip when getting a new set and extra for a standard shape . I also felt like the techs did not take no for an answer and were pushy which made me a little uncomfortable. I do think they did a good job but $60+ for dip manicure with no design, standard shape including the discount special offer is expensive. If you don't mind higher prices and feel comfortable declining add ons multiple times, they do a good job.
