I visited this nail spa right after they opened after the COVID stay at home order. What I really liked about the shop is they did their best to keep all their customers safe. Social distancing was a protocol at the parlor which I really appreciated. I got the regular or basic pedicure and it was great! I was hoping they would scrub my feet more but overall they did a great job with my nails and it was affordable. They have a lot of OPI nail colors to choose from. They also do nexgen or dip nails as well as acrylic. Parking is ample and it's easy to locate the parlor because it's right off of highway 80 in a shopping plaza. O-M-G!!! I have finally found what I've been looking for in the small city of Forney! I am a Dallas girl and drive there for 90% of the services I need. One Saturday I didn't feel like the "hustle and bustle", so I called myself settling by staying in Forney to GET MY NAILS DID! PRETTY MUCH THE BEST DECISION OF MY LIFEEEEEEE! I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was pretty much seen immediately. My nail tech, Ann, takes her time and is very meticulous about her work. When getting a pedi, I like to relax, nap, or read a book. It's my R&R so It worked out perfectly because Ann was quiet and worked diligently. I'm going to ask for her everytime yall! Well, I am new the area (Forney), I decided to stop in for a mani/pedi, at this shop; needless to say, I received the stare of DEATH because I'm a man walking in, asking for these services. Needless to say, I WILL NOT return. I believe that it was the manager that completed my Pedicure - She was RUSHING, ANSWERING the phone, RUNNING back & forth from the front door; I asked her name just to make "quant" conversation, considering I was a new customer ... I've been coming here for several months now, and I never had an issue with my pedicures. However, today I experienced something a bit bizarre. The nail tech, using the long silver rod, pushed my cuticle TOWARDS me instead of away from me., all down the outer side of my toe. I had told her I had an ingrown toenail, so I assumed she knew how to treat it. The next day I had swelling, fever in that toe and it was red! I had a wonderful visit today. First time here and they were a little backed up so within 5 minutes they had me in a massage chair which was what I needed. I don't know nor care how long it was before it was my turn because I was getting a chair massage the whole time. I had the Lavender pedi today it's a 50 minute spa pedi and Danny was the person who worked with me. He did a great job on my pitiful looking feet and gave me a beautiful paint job and massage on my calves and feet. I will be back. They are very friendly here. read more

I'm visiting from out of town and needed a spot to get my nails done for my boyfriends high school reunion and this place was amazing! They had so many choices of colors, gels and dips. When I couldn't decide on a color they tested them out so I could get the perfect fit. I got fake nails to make them longer and they were so attentive to my request to have them shorter so I could put in my contacts, they actually made the nail I used for contacts shorter than the rest but you can't even tell. I had a terrible experience here on April 30th, 2022 around 5:00 PM. I got my nails done (which look good; Thank you, Kathy) however... what happened after was terrifying. I also asked for an eyelash extension refill. I went into the room & everything seemed normal until the service began. 1. The tech did NOT tape my eyes; I was waiting for her to tape them but she began immediately 2. She made me keep my eyes open; I begged her to stop because my eyes were BURNING. She would not let me leave & said "oh it's fine nothing will happen" I kept telling her to stop but she WOULDN'T. I was literally crying & shaking and all she said was "you're so pretty" but SHE WOULD NOT LET ME GET UP. After she was done she literally asked me "you can still see right? You're not blind?" She knew what she was doing; she even said she didn't tape my eyes bc she didn't want me to fall asleep. I was very scared & felt like I had no choice but to push through it. I can only say my nails were refilled. I thought with all the reviews I'd be satisfied but I was so disappointed. My nails were crooked and sloppily done. I won't return to pay $45 for a refill on my Humbre Nails here again. Sorry, don't waste your time. I did need one nail replaced. Which was the one that was crooked and uneven. There were no line on Sunday when I went a month ago. I didn't notice much customer service other than the boss telling the workers not to carry on a conversation while helping a customer. My wife booked 2 appointments for us. We got there and we were seated together just as the planners paper stated. Well for whatever reason they came and started on my wife's feet. I waited for 10 mins- 15 mins- and finally at 30 mins my wife asked the lady was someone going to work on me. Her words were, "we will get to him shortly everyone is busy". I arrived at the salon around 5:30o receive a pedicure with gel polish and dip powder nails. Nice looking salon, but the technicians were not very friendly and seemed perplexed that I wanted the services that I requested but rushed me into soaking off the powder (with a teaspoon of acetone) in a bowl that would only fit one hand at a time while they rushed through other pedicures. This should have been my cue to leave but because I'm in the service industry (salon owner for many years) I sat patiently. It got worse the further I got into the service. No solution in the cold water to soak my feet until I asked for it. No cuticle remover, no foot massage just rubbing may leg. Polish did turn out nice on toes, but the dip with tips look like square orange road signs,and then she had the nerve to add 5.00 at the end. When I asked what the charge was for, she said my nails were kind of long. Be clear, it wasn't the price, I can live with the shape of the nails but the rude, unwelcome environment and adding on just to run up the ticket I can do without. While the prices are reasonable, it's not worth it. I went in with a friend and we were suppose to receive our services at the same time but she was done before they ever got started on me. My polish chipped the same day, when I returned the next day for repairs... there was no apology... just another patch up job that chipped as well! When I started I was planning on giving a 4 or even 5 stars. As time went on i changed my mind. They are your normal every day nail salon. Clean and nice. They were patient with the fact that I had to bring my 2 year old but the moment she started getting anxious they started rushing. As far as the way as the way they treated my 2 year old I would say 4-5 star. The way they did me and my older daughter nails 1-2 stars. They rushed so much that they cut my finger and didn't do a very good job on my daughter. She chose glitter and there are spots in her nail that have nothing. I seriously spent $25 for her little 6 year old nails. I expect more than that. I got black nails and there is dip all over my nails. As I sat In the pedicure chair with someone doing my feet and hands at the same time.. not unusual I was told I couldn't use the massage chair because she was doing my hands. The woman who did my pedicure was great but the one one on my hands was horrible. My nails were put in crooked twice and she even cut the shorter that I asked for. When I told her she told me she would have to charge me to fix it. They finally agreed they wouldn't charge me to fix it w d she proceeded to do a horrible job in my nails. This used to be my favorite nail salon but after being away for a while I came back to this. The first set was rushed. She finished in about 15-20 min. She cut my cuticles also. I very kindly asked for them to be redone bc this was not what I initially asked for. The technician was rude and called me a liar multiple times. The second technician did a much better job but the shape was still bulky and the polish wasn't well done. I went home to fix them myself. Needless to say I will not be returning. read more

My nails were all crooked and the lady who did my nails was rushing because they were about to close. They have a nice environment but the lady was very careless doing my nails. The lady hurt my hands several times and I had to keep asking her to fix this part and that part. I had to come home and file my nails down to make them all even and there was skin coming up because she filed my fingers more than she filed my nails. It usually takes a regular nail tech to do dip powder 45-60 minutes but it took her 25 minutes to do my nails. I got Emily, when I asked about adding a glitter top coat to my gel mani she rolled her eyes and acted like she didn't understand me. She told me it was better that I didn't add the glitter. A customer should be able to do any color they want even if it doesn't match. She told me in such a way that it felt like it was a burden to her to even add the glitter top coat. They had a great selection of nail colors I was really happy with the color I chose. The only thing I didn't like was that she tried to cut my cuticle and I had to keep telling her no. This is probably more of a 3.5, but I couldn't quite stretch to a 4, so here we are. I wanted to get a pedicure while I was in town, but Saturday afternoon was the only option with family schedule. I walked in and it was packed, so I thought I would have to wait, but they had what seemed like a limitless staff and set me up in a chair right away. Because I didn't have a lot of time, I went with the basic pedi. I was a little worried it wouldn't have any of the spa element, but it had a good amount of foot and leg massage, and felt like just what I was looking for. I only have two complaints, but they're both major to me. First, there were no magazines. None. I only get pedicures 2 or 3 times a year as a treat, so I really like to take in the whole experience, including trashy mags for an hour that I normally wouldn't get to read. So instead, I flicked through articles on my phone, which I could do at home. Second, as mentioned above, I don't do this often, and am pretty easy on my feet, so would expect to get a few weeks before chipping, which I can then top off at home, basically making a good pedicure last several months, believe it or not. However, my nail tech (who did not tell me her name) was insanely quick...which sounds great until you don't have time to ask for any extra service like designs etc. i felt like i was rushed out the door. The nails on my index fingers do not line up at all. One is slanted and the other much longer than the nail on the opposite hand. I'm also not a fan of whatever top coat they use. It has to air dry and i have bubbles and texture on several of my nails. This is my first time at this place so I'm not familiar with how they do their nails. I seen so many positive reviews and photos of beautiful nails done at this place. I typically get my nails done in mesquite close to my job but was trying to find a place a little closer to home. Euphoria Nail Spa used to be good but the last time I went I had an AWFUL experience! I was trying to pick a color and they rushed me into a chair and started on my toes and hands at the same time. I asked her if they had changed the colors in the book because I didn't see my usual. She initially said no but later said they had changed their colors. I voiced at least 3 times that I didn't like the color on my nails when only a few had been done. He kept saying it was a pink color and kept going. I thought maybe they would get darker with more layers but never did. Wish I would have told him to stop. Normally they ask if you like the nails or stop if you tell them you don't like it. Pedicures are nice. Love the lavender one. But I have had two bad experiences with getting my brows waxed. Wouldn't recommend for waxing.
