Really a gem! I've visited this place multiple times and have yet to be disappointed! The staff is friendly, but not that fake friendly that everyone is so used to, just normal pleasantries. They take walk in's, but they don't waste your time. If they are busy, they tell you to come back at a better time that they give you. I can appreciate not being forced to wait around when they are clearly too busy. The prices are better than any other nail salon in this area, and the price is consistently the same. Other salons in the area, their prices change depending on the technician, but not here. The salon is clean and well decorated, not super fancy like other salons, but does that really matter to those of us that just want good service? I have been to this salon several times for a pedicure. I loved how I could always be seated upon arrival, now I know why. I finally decided to splurge on myself and got dip nails with a little tip. I regret that I did. This is the worst nail job I have ever received. I complained to the young man over and over again. I did not want to be rude, but I was also frustrated as he said he "fixed them" I paid for their service, and left a small tip even though I hated my nails. I went back in just to show whom I thought was the manager and she said "Ohh" then started to speak in another language to the mail tech. The young man started walking towards me again. At that point told them to just forget it and that I would not be coming back again. I just want to take them off. You should love your nails when you leave a salon not hate them. He was kind, but then became irritated with my concerns. I do not think he should be able to do nails for paying customers. read more

I came in on a whim since my husband was still in a business conference. It was so elegant and the cucumber pedi I got was amazing. The gal that did mine (chair 6 @ 2pm) was very sweet and did such a superb job. There were an abundance of people working so there was no wait and several customers were having multiple services done simultaneously! They were operating like a well oiled machine. This salon is solely about $. I took my daughter here to get her nails done and they skipped us over and over again. After about the 4th time, I asked the lady why they skipped us (again) she said another lady would help us. I said why not the lady that was available and she said it only takes 5 minutes to do my daughters nails and that someone else would do it. It's first come first serve, right? Then the lady just turned her head away from me while I was talking to her. How old are you? I know that at the end of the day the ladies they were skipping us for would get charged $30-$40, while my daughters nails would only cost $5-10. Then as we left the salon my daughter asked me why they were skipping her. She asked me if it's because they didn't like her. That is wrong. I should t have to explain that to my daughter. read more

Nicest, friendliest, and easiest to communicate with of all salons I've ever been to. Offered me something to drink several times during the hour or so that I spent there. Got a full set of French tip acrylics for $28, and a gel toe polish change with removal of previous gel polish for $25. I glanced at their price board for other services and they were very fair. Place is clean and in good shape. Very good color selection for both regular polish and gels. I was a walk in and was seated for my toes as soon as I picked a color. I waited about 20min between the end of toes and the start of fingers but it was 5pm on a Friday. They made me comfortable in the meantime and the wait was worth it, Van did a perfect job on my acrylics! read more

We WAITED 20 minutes and no one serviced us. I understand salons get busy, but the LEAST they could've done was start the water. No one looked towards my direction, ANYTHING. NO GLOVES OR MASKS. I was recommended to this nail salon since there is far too many to choose from in Forney. I came in and asked them for matte black with chrome on the ring finger with black drip on it. I came in originally for acrylic, in which they told me to get dip instead because it's healthier on the nails. They told me it was the same price. Dip wasn't on their menu so i assumed she was telling me the truth. A full set of acrylics are $25.... now i knew that because i wanted it long & with a design/chrome i would be charged extra. But my total ended up being $50 and i didn't even get anything that i asked for. I ended up getting glossy black, with golden sparkle on the ring finger... no drip. My finger nails, although they are smooth, are messy around my cuticles and stained from the dip. I feel like my nail tech, Tiffany, rushed through it and didn't listen to a word i told her. On the other hand, my girlfriend came in to get a full set as well and had the nail tech named Tran (sp?). He was very communicative and did and awesome marble design. Hers totaled out to be the same as mine so we are still upset that they lied.... I won't be coming back here unless it is to see Tran. I am very disappointed. read more

I was happy with my nails BUT was completely insulted when I left. I got dip nails and a pedicure and so did my adult daughter. I finished and paid, but they were not done with my daughters nails yet so I stayed and talked to her until she finished. When we done she went to pay and I got asked 4 times by the same guy if I paid. I even asked if he wanted to see my receipt and he said no and asked me again if I paid. The place was busy and I get it but he was talking in a group of people as if I was lying or something. I won't go back. How insulting. read more

Very friendly and accommodating staff! Chelsea does incredible work on any time of nail you need done and is very easy to understand. She also does the best eyebrows in the area! The salon is very nice, well kept and they offer complimentary drinks while you're there. After visiting nail salon after salon, this was the first to REALLY nail the White Tips I like to have done (pun intended). Even with a move, I still make the drive here, as they are the best experience and highest quality nail job I've ever had done! read more

After moving to Forney last year, I have been looking for a new favorite nail salon. I thought I had found it but after my visit yesterday, I am not so sure. My first visit was pretty good but the one last night not so much. I went to get my nails filled and the acrylic was coming off of one of my nails. At other salons the nail teach would usually trim that part off with their tool and then fill it. Yesterday, the nail tech used his thumbnail to take off all of the acrylic. When I went to pay, my fill was $5 extra. When I asked why I was told it was because I had to have one nail fixed. I can see if I had come in just for that but when you are already getting a fill that seems a little petty to me. I hate being nickel and dimed at an establishment plus I was not told there would be an extra charge. The employees seem to be nice and the salon is pretty clean so I will go back a third time and see how it goes. read more
