Came around 5pm to get a pedicure as a treat to myself. I walked in and was greeted by a man that looked like the Owner, name not provided. He was very welcoming though, showed me the services they offer as it was my first time coming here & let me know I can look on both sides of the walls for the nail polish color I wanted before sitting down. There was roughly a 10 minute wait before my technician came, and what I loved is that without being prompted they kept coming by to re-heat my water. Amy was the technician that did my pedicure & I must say she did a phenomenal job. She was very thorough in removing my old polish, trimming my nails, digging out my ingrown nails (which a lot of people don't do), and removing my callouses. The massage with hot stones was to die for & her polish job was near perfect. The only "bad" things I can say about this place is I wasn't offered any drinks, though their bar was stocked with both alcoholic and nonalcoholic options & I don't think my massage was the full 10 minutes as advertised. Nonetheless, those things are minor compared to other experiences I've had elsewhere so I will certainly be back. read more

So, I have recently moved to Forney( the good part!) and I refuse to drive one hour to go back to my previous nail salon. I found majestic nails, and let me tell you. Mrs. Lynn, is amazing with dips paren I am sure she's great in other areas as well. However, she's a very hard-working woman, and she took a personal day off. I am extremely picky, borderline, crazy, and I was very disappointed that she was not in today. But Zin did an amazing job with my nails. I am súper picky and honestly, she did an amazing job. Went in because given gift certificate. Had polish change on my toenails. Did not paint sides of nails. When I asked owner to have corrected he stated oh you messed up already. I had been sitting in chair with toe spacers on. Touched up toes and now polish on my toe. Asked if I could get some nail polish remover to take off. All pens were reused by customers without sanitation. I walked in at the same time as someone else who wasn't wearing a mask (I was), and they say her right next to me even though there were tons of other seating options (including the seat directly on the other side of her). I've been coming to this place for years because my mom lives just down the road but I think yesterday will be the last time. I appreciate offering pedicure and manicure service at the same time but both of my technicians rushed through their services yesterday. So much so that you can see my nail technician burnt my skin in two places (I pulled my hand back and yelped, she said sorry, and then proceeded to do it on the very next finger!) and my SHELLAC toe polish has started peeling on my left big toe already. The service was really good I had Jolie working on my Nails and she did a great job. Although I was confused about why I was charged an extra $10 fee for the length of my acrylic nails since you pay for the acrylic already but other than that the service was great. I love how accurate the design was as to the picture I showed Jolie and how great her customer service was, I will be coming back for sure! read more

I wanted to treat my niece to some pampering. This place came very highly recommended by a friend. I said I wanted a gel manicure and 3 different employees tried to talk me out of it. One lady was quite rude. The gentleman who did my nails was polite but did talk down to me because I didn't want a dip instead. I don't know if my nails look bad because they don't know how to do gel correctly or they just don't like doing it. Nina is AMAZING!! She was really pleasant and helpful. Idk how she does it but she shaped my nails so PERFECTLY. So hard to find someone who has a great technique and can shape each nail exactly the way they should be. It's such a neat and consistent job. Literally can't stop looking at my nails all day. Majestic is a nice addition to Forney. This is the first Nail Spa I've patronized that serve alcoholic beverages.....complimentary with your service. Talk about surprising! The pedicures are good but I warn you not to allow them to do your nails. They did my nails once because I couldn't make it to my Manicurist and they were soooo ugly that the Manager on duty took a picture of them, apologized and said he didn't know what happened and he would have his manager call me. That was months ago and I still haven't received that call. I paid for the service, didn't get a refund, discount on future services or anything. Our first visit experience: My aunt and I went today at around 10:15 and we were seated immediately, I did a tropical pedicure, and since they knew we were together they went ahead and sat her in a pedicure chair right next to mine (even though she wasn't doing a pedicure) so we could talk and be close to one another while both getting our services. Asolutely horrible. I came in Thursday September 24th to get a pedicure and to have my nails removed and a new set. I asked the guy to soak my nails off but he used a nail tip to tear all my nails off. When ripping them off he damaged my thumb nail and still did dip nail set. Mind you he dipped my injured nail into the dipping powder they use for everyone else. Fast forward to a week later and I have a huge infection. I have been to the Dr. twice now for 2 rounds of antibiotics and an antibiotic shot. I went in and talked to the owner and she was very rude, she told me it was a hang nail and they didn't do it. Then she told me Dr's don't know what they're talking about and she could fix my big green pussy thumb. She also told me the green puss wasn't an infection after 2 Dr's told me it was and I have documentation. I do not recommend this place its very unsanitary. read more

I have been to this salon two weeks in a row and have been disappointed each time. The first time my crystals fell off the very next day. The second visit my nails were not shaped co, too thin causing a broken nail in two days. Might I add that I had gel nails which were not properly cured so it lifted right off my nail. 5 visits in two weeks! Ridiculous!!! No apologies no anything. Oh and they charged $8 for the repair. I used to frequent this salon often until I encountered a nail tech that did a terrible job on my nails. I stopped by for the first time in a long time today and I will probably not be back after today's experience and service. My nail tech seemed to be bothered by my request to file down the jagged edges she was leaving on my nails. Finally, I decided to stop asking so that I could just leave. She rushed the entire process of my gel removal, left my nails jagged and rough. I may be wrong but it seemed that my request for the small service of removal without additional services was a contributing factor. Either way I regret stopping by as my regular salon is closed Tuesdays and my nails were too long for my comfort and job and I regret my tip. read more

This place is magical. The decor is oh so glam, for a small town like Forney. I was not expecting it when I walked in, and pleasantly surprised. They are super friendly, and accommodating.
