The quality has always been great here. There is a complimentary drink plus nice massage chairs. The technicians don't stay here long, so it's hard to find the same technician twice. She ended up being nice afterwards and we did have a small chat so I went ahead and got my pedicure. The man who did my pedicure was rude! He asked what color I wanted and if I wanted white, I thought he was joking so I laughed it off and said no...well I'll be got darned he tried to put white on my feet anyways, I told him I did not want white and m with an attitude he asked me well then what color do you want? I asked him to see a book and I just hurried and picked something so I could go. Do not recommend and I will never go back. I should not have tipped but I always tips base of 15% but I regret that.

There was roughly a 10 minute wait before my technician came, and what I loved is that without being prompted they kept coming by to re-heat my water. Amy was the technician that did my pedicure & I must say she did a phenomenal job. She was very thorough in removing my old polish, trimming my nails, digging out my ingrown nails (which a lot of people don't do), and removing my callouses. The massage with hot stones was to die for & her polish job was near perfect. The only "bad" things I can say about this place is I wasn't offered any drinks, though their bar was stocked with both alcoholic and nonalcoholic options & I don't think my massage was the full 10 minutes as advertised. Nonetheless, those things are minor compared to other experiences I've had elsewhere so I will certainly be back.

The service was great and they did an excellent job on my nails and pedicure, but I found the pricing to be arbitrary and expensive. For example, to soak off dip ( while getting a new set) and do a regular almond shape was an additional $15 ( the receipt pictured shows $18 but they reduce it by a few dollars ) . I've gotten my nails done my whole life and I've never had to pay this much to soak off dip when getting a new set and extra for a standard shape . I also felt like the techs did not take no for an answer and were pushy which made me a little uncomfortable. I do think they did a good job but $60+ for dip manicure with no design, standard shape including the discount special offer is expensive. If you don't mind higher prices and feel comfortable declining add ons multiple times, they do a good job.

They tend to migrate to the new nail shop that opens. I'm happy to say Lemon Drop Nail Bar has hired most of my favorite pedicure technicians. If you lost your favorite technician at a previous place come on over, they maybe here. The place is clean, efficient, and the staff is polite. When I first came I did my feet and nails. I didn't care for the person who did my manicure so I didn't do the combo again but I will give them another shot with the manicure.

No massages, no special scrubs or hot towels... when I asked they said I paid for the basic.... When it's the same thing I get when my family comes.. additional add ons can be charged if you want a shape or style, kind of bizarre. They pick and choose the timeframe they want. One Saturday I didn't feel like the "hustle and bustle", so I called myself settling by staying in Forney to GET MY NAILS DID! PRETTY MUCH THE BEST DECISION OF MY LIFEEEEEEE! I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was pretty much seen immediately. My nail tech, Ann, takes her time and is very meticulous about her work. When getting a pedi, I like to relax, nap, or read a book. It's my R&R so It worked out perfectly because Ann was quiet and worked diligently. I'm going to ask for her everytime yall! Walked out there $40 broker...(tip included) and i probably would've paid more! FORNEY HAS COME UP YALL!!!
