Walk ins accepted. Appointments are appreciated. I have had two midweek appointments where walking in would be great. 3pm on a Wednesday and some employees are bored. I walked in on a Thursday at 6pm my first visit and it was another non busy day. Weekends are busy. As I myself have a busy lifestyle, I have to make appointments. The staff is friendly and I have my favorites. Can't share them here because it's getting hard to get appointments with them!

I have been going there for months and went Friday to get a fill. I have always had long nails and they told me they would charge extra $5 bc my nails are long. One, I have never been charged before and my nails have been longer. Two, my nails are the shortest they've been in some time and told me my nails were considered long. I will not return! For the $5 I should have had them make them longer like I've had in the past.

I do not recommend this nail shop! I went in a little over a week ago since it's a nearby shop my nails are horrible the shape the color I've already lost 2 nails that says a lot! Megan was the one that did my nails she would not get her eyes off my phone at that it was uncomfortable over all! I would never go back! And if i didn't speak on this was because i was tired from work i just wanted to get in and out but by far the worst 111$ I've spent! read more

I've been a faithful client to this nail salon for a few years. I can walk in and always find a friendly smile even without an appointment. I recently started booking appointments with my favorite nail tech Lein, she fabulous and always takes her time to do my pedicures and eyebrow wax. They provide refreshments and relaxing music while providing services. Definitely worth stopping by. read more

First time here since I was visiting from out of town. They PEEELED my gel nail polish off of my toe nails and cut each of my toenails with slants on the side instead of straight which gave me major imcomfort when my toenails were growing back. read more

I have gone to this nail salon about 3 times and unfortunately will not be going back. One of the men who works there is harsh and seems to always be in a rush. He cut me with the nail drill a few times on my fingers. The lady who did my pedicure I thought was good.. but after a few hours my toe started to hurt and get swollen. It's been a week since I had my nails done and it hasn't gotten any better. read more

The older male Vietnamese tech stated that he wanted to give my friend and me his piss since we must be thirsty from talking so much. We booked gel manicures to catch up and did not do anything to warrant that very rude statement. He didn't know I was Vietnamese and understood every word. It was disappointingly rude and off putting. I paid, tipped, got mad and now leaving this review. I should have said something right then but it was so incredibly rude and mean, I did not react at the time. I will never go here again and they definitely talk about customers in Vietnamese, which is so sad. Please give your money elsewhere. read more

When in to get a pedicure and decided to also get a dip set. Pedicure was great. However, the person assigned to do my dip set was extremely rude. He approached in a huff. I asked for almond shaped nails that were short, but as my own nails were Extremely short I wanted tips to make them longer than what they were. He then got upset when I spoke up after he was just filling my own nails into shape. Slapped my hands around and slammed my hands away when he needed to change hands. Then got upset when he brought the wrong color and I spoke up once again before the color even touched my nails. Ended up cutting me my skin with the emery board which later he poured the alcohol in. Refused to acknowledge me pretty much the whole time and got up and left, leaving another person to put the oil on my hands without saying so much as a thank you. Used to be my normal place to go for nails but I'll find somewhere else to go!. read more

I went in for a dip with a design, and they pulled the wrong color for me first -- luckily I noticed. The girl they assigned to do my nails didn't know how to do a design, even though that was what I requested when I walked in. They did find someone that knew how to do it, and the design actually turned out great. However, I had also asked for a matte top coat, and had to ask for it again at the end after they put a shiny coat on. It's been two days, and there are already some small chips at the top. I'm normally able to get 4 weeks from a dip. To top it off, they were out of wine. I went to relax after work with a manicure and a glass of wine, and was not pleased with the experience at this salon at all. I will not be returning. read more

The quality of service has dropped tremendously. I was once a frequent visitor but the technicians now are often rude,they are limited in their nail art abilities, and my nail shapes are sloppy and uneven. So disappointing because they have some of the best pedicure chairs. read more

Stopped by here when looking for a place to get a mani pedi. So glad I did. Walked in on a Friday afternoon to no wait. My friend and I immediately got seated for gel manis. After we were walked over to get our pedis. Because they weren't super crowded they let us sit in the massage chairs after our pedis while the polish dried instead of rushing us to the seated driers. Two days in and I still love my nails. There are a few errors in the gel but nothing that would stop me from gladly coming back. And for the price...it'll be hard to find someone better! read more

LET ME TELL YOU Kate did such a great job because she took her time and she might've forgot at times that one of my nail was broken she made sure it was neat and even! Today I decided to try Oasis Nail Bar. I'm glad I did. I was greeted promptly by a very kind woman. She asked what I was getting done and I let her know that I wanted dip. I showed her a pic and she took care of everything. My nail tech was Kay she did a good job, but she did Knick my pinky with the drill (OUCH). Even though this happened she was very apologetic and kind. Kay took her time with me which I couldn't believe. Usually it's assembly line rush, rush, rush, but not here I really felt pampered. If you live in Mesquite, Rockwell, or Garland this Nail Spa is worth it read more

Beware of additional charges!!! Try an alternative salón...I''ve been coming to this salon for years since it opened. There has been so much turn over! On my last visit, I asked for polish on tip only, less work & less product - 1 color. I was very disappointed when I was charged extra for this which I've done before & haven't been charged. So silly to lose a loyal customer over additional charges. read more

I have frequented this place for over a year. Today was the absolute worst experience I've had. Once again, someone I don't recognize, a new person, did my pedicure. New people rarely seem trained. The pedicure was rough and not relaxing at all. Her nails were long and pinched me. The massage wasn't good. I was ready to get it over with. Then I had my eyebrows and chin waxed by yet again someone Id never seen before. I left in tears with a LARGE bruise under my chin where she did not pull my skin taut before removing the wax strip. This is my 3rd time here. It's very clean and such a relaxing atmosphere. If they can't take you at that time, they will let you know. They don't say yes to everyone that walks through the door and just have a bunch of impatient, upset customers just hanging out. The workers are very professional. They aren't rushing and trying to finish you up to go to the next person which I love!!! They focus on you and only you. I've been going to Layla's and Jenna's down the street for years but the service has just declined badly! Oasis is my new spot! read more

I normally come here and have a great experience. BUT today was a Horrible experience! I asked for Ombre nails and that is not what I got! I asked the lady if she could fix them she said they don't always come out like the pictures. Which is a lie. I didn't have time to wait and get them done again and then to find out it was still $55.00 which I thought was alittle much for the crappy job that was done. read more

I've been here about 3 times. And had an ok experience. Today was the worst!!!!! Even the owner looks like she's upset all the time. So rude! They messed up my little 11 year old sisters eyebrows made her like she's 16 years old when we clearly told them just to clean them! It was just a horrible experience. Owner herself didn't even apologize for the workers mistakes! Never again! read more

I found this place because I was looking for a nail salon close to my mom and offered Jelly Pedicures. (they are by far the most amazing out there) Due to location this place looks to always be busy and even with an appointment we still had a short wait. Where this place shines are that the technicians were great. I was treating my mom for an early Mother's Day and wanted to make sure she felt pampered. They were extremely sweet and every time they asked my mom about services she pointed them to me. I would say that for where they are located you are not going to find anything better and or matched so the normal places I use near my home. They offer all the newest and hottest treatments from the Jelly Pedicure and Collagen manicures. I would definitely come back and think my mom is a fan and will be back again. read more

Awesome day off decided to finally try this nail bar! The staff are amazing and the vibe of this place is relaxing! So you definitely won't hear lots of chatter or loud music. I got the pedi and shellac manicure and it was wonderful especially the pedicure. My girl was amazing and did a great massage! The man at the front is so kind and welcoming. He didn't rush or try and sell me anything I wasn't asking for. Some salons can be pushy but this one is different. Once they got me settled the offered me a drink which the seem to have a good list and I went for the Mango Margarita! Delish and added to the experience! Will be back again and again! read more

This service today was the worst I've ever had, my toe needed to be repolished after the nail lady slipped on my Clark Flip flop so instead of taking my shoe off she rubbed my toe with nail polish remover which ate my leather up ( I was so upset) not only that but the person that claim to own the business wanted to buy my shoes at 40.00 plus keep my ruined flip flops ( which would leave me barefooted) or 20% off my service , they were not apologetic at all, when you ruin someone's/clients items you should accommodate them. I'm beyond hurt, just warning you of their business. Never will I ever be back . Getting to sloppy and in a hurry to move people out of chairs that they are messing up nails and personal items. read more

I went there on September 17th and got manicure and pedicure. My polish chipped on my thumb that night, then the next day the whole polish peeled off(it was gel) then 2 days later my other thumb polish came off. Then today 2 of my nails popped off not even 2 weeks of having them done. I will not return. read more

She did a great job explaining how to make the designs last long with the brush on technique for dip powers. My Chrome set chipped the next day but it was fixed free of charge. Prices are fair and the nails could last a really long time if it wasn't for the nail growth! If I had to nit picky I had a small bump on one of my solid brown nails that I could only see and you have to ask for water instead of being offered water. She really took her time to make sure my nails came out perfectly, and she didn't leave me with a bunch of cuts around my cuticles like other nail salons have done in the past. I will definitely be back for my next set of nails.

The massage portion was so light it was barely noticeable, but the manicure was where things truly went downhill. I was surprised to learn that basic things many salons include in the manicure price are considered "special" here. Want an oval shape? That's an extra charge. Need your nails shortened? Also an extra charge. None of this was communicated clearly upfront, and it certainly doesn't feel consistent with what most people expect from a standard manicure service. They indicate it is stated on the menu. The menu says "special shapes" without specifying which are included and are n it. My technician seemed inconvenienced when I asked for advice about which nail shape would work best. After she initially cut them unevenly, I politely asked if they could be shortened further to even them out, which clearly irritated her. By the time the service was finished, I still had dip powder residue all over my hands and noticeable buildup underneath my nails. When the drill caught the end of one nail during cleanup, I pointed it out and asked if it could be fixed. I was told it didn't mess them up, even though the damage is obvious in photos. When I later asked about the unexpected charges, the response I received felt dismissive and defensive rather than helpful. I could have overlooked smaller things like the lack of lotion scent options that many other local salons offer, or the inexpensive trays and cups used for products despite luxury-level pricing. What I can't overlook is the combination of poor workmanship, unclear pricing, and a lack of basic customer service. For the prices being charged, I expected a far more professional and attentive experience.

I asked for a drink and the nail tech verbally acknowledged me and said she was new and needed to find it, but never got up. I had to ask three times before the hostess walking by was finally asked to help. During the pedicure, the nail tech completely forgot to scrub my feet until I reminded her, and she responded with "oh yeah, I forgot." On top of that, the polish was not painted fully on the sides of my toenails. At that point, I honestly didn't even want to continue with the pedicure. I don't even blame the nail tech entirely because she's new. I blame the lack of proper training and support from whoever is responsible for preparing staff. What made the situation worse was when I politely explained my concerns to the hostess up front, her response was simply, "next time don't request her," which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I'm disappointed because I've been a loyal customer, and I expected the concerns to be handled with more care and accountability.

I went to this nail salon for the first time on 3/14 for a manicure w/ acrylic powder and pedicure. Service was great! On 3/20 the dip came off one nail and was rising on 3 other nails. I called the shop and was told to come in to get them fixed. I get there and explain the situation. Holly is insisting that I find the exact color to fix my nails. I can't find it so she finds one that is similar. I told her that I didn't want "mix match" nails and suggested changing the color. Holly then says that I can get a $5 discount if I change the color. I told her that I would not be paying because it has been less than 7 days since I got my nails done. She fixes the one nail and I asked her about the other three. Holly becomes visibly upset after I stated that she wasn't listening to me when I explained the issue. She then gets loud, stands up, and raises her voice. Keep in mind, other customers were receiving services. I addressed her and stated that she would not speak to me in that manner and to lower her voice. She continues and then Tracy intervenes to take me to her station. While sitting there I ask for Holly's name because I didn't know it at the time. Holly is sitting behind me and yells "you gone write about me on Facebook" and storms to the back after being told that she will respect me. I did not yell, curse, or call her out of her name during this back and forth. I asked for a manager and was told that I had to speak with Holly. I then asked to speak with the owner and was told that no one could call them. Needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment

I have been going to the Oasis Nail Bar since January and every experience has been amazing. I'm not one to make appointments and have had my nails done (nextgen) by at least 5 different nail techs and everyone has done such an awesome job! I love that they can accommodate different nextgen styles. I've had just the regular solid color dip, ombré dip and yesterday it was a French manicure dip (new favorite). Their salon is very clean and peaceful and the team is always so friendly. If you are in search of a great place in Sunnyvale look no further than the Oasis Bail Bar. read more

I had my acrylic nails removed, oasis pedicure, and the milk & honey manicure. Everyone took great care of my needs today. Stopped by on a Saturday about 11, so of course they were extremely busy. However, the wait was only about 25 minutes. I got the Aloe Vera and Jelly pedi. Yes, the pedicure was pricey, but that sixty minutes with Hanna gave me life. I highly recommend this place. read more
