I didn't have an appointment I just walked in around 2 pm on a Saturday and was seated quickly and the nail tech was already there ready to go! They offer complementary drinks and have lots of tv's to occupy your time. My nail tech was very nice and professional and I could tell she had been doing this a long time! I got a manicure from Miss Hannah (please excuse my spelling if it's incorrect) and she did a wonderful job! She really took her time to make sure my nails came out perfectly, and she didn't leave me with a bunch of cuts around my cuticles like other nail salons have done in the past. She did a great job explaining how to make the designs last long with the brush on technique for dip powers. My Chrome set chipped the next day but it was fixed free of charge. Prices are fair and the nails could last a really long time if it wasn't for the nail growth! If I had to nit picky I had a small bump on one of my solid brown nails that I could only see and you have to ask for water instead of being offered water. The lady was aggressively turning my head as well as going incredibly rough on my eyebrows. It felt pretty painful. When I got in my car I saw just how rough she had been. She had even taken chunks out of my skin and cut me where it's pretty noticeable. It felt like a punishment for going somewhere else. Then proceeded to tip herself and ask for a tip on top. Eyebrows are $10 and I paid for my sister and I. Should have been $20 but was $25 instead. Will not be going back. And I suggest you don't either.

Every time I go, they give me exactly what I ask for. They are very friendly and despite always seemingly being quite busy I never feel rushed to decide what I want. I also never have to wait very long at all especially since I always just walk in. I'm very introverted and this is easily the most comfortable I have ever felt at a nail salon.
