We called first and they told us we would have a 15 min wait but it was 30 min. However......,Great first experience! Ken did a great job on my pedicure! My manicure was by Trinh. I went once it was good. I went back. Oh my gosh, what awful service. The lady who did my pedicure was great. The man doing my nails was rude, didn't know what a rebalance is in nails, and painted over acrylic dust then put oil on my hands before the gel was dry leaving my thumb sticky when I left. Plus the polish wasn't applied well and is messed up on all my cuticles... He blamed me because the nail light wasn't properly placed for the tacky thumbs. $158 w/$60 ish being a fill only and the rest for a pedicure. No way would I ever recommend this place .... And before I left the host was being all cozy with a ratchet lady making fun of customers! The host even pointed at me!!! Oh and the acrylic guy cut me 3 times ..... never again, just no... go to miss nails across the street....

I love this salon. They're always so friendly and accommodating. Always upfront about cost. No pressure to upsell you. Very clean. Nice atmosphere. I have never ever received a bad set from here. I love my newest set by Trinh. 10/10 recommend.

My first time coming to this nail spot. I found the place on Google and they rated 4.8 so I decided to visit. Honestly, I didn't like the service but I like the setup and how nice it looks inside. I waited 30 mins to get service which wasn't bad. They really didn't take care of my feet for the price I paid. The lady didn't get under my toenails and didn't clip my cuticles still have hang nails. She made a sore on my big toe and kept trying to file down the dead skin on my big toe until started bleeding. Then she accidentally clipped halfway one of my toenails and glued it so it can stay attached weird right ? My full set was decent asked for my cuticles to be cut and didn't receive the service. They could have got under my nails better but they didn't. I just received this service Sunday and my toes and nails already look old. They don't have a lot of cute color options for gel. Nice staff but not a good technique for the overpriced services.

I wanted to like this place. It's close to my house a relatively nice inside. I have come here 3 times now and will never return again. Prices are average if not on the high side. I usually get a pedicure and a gel manicure. The first time I came it was ok, nails flaked off with in a few days. I caulked it up to just a bad paint job. I came back and they made me wait 30 minutes to even have someone start taking the remaining gel off my nails. The big mistake was they used a drill to get it off and was rushing. They destroyed my natural nails!! A few weeks later I was anted to give them one last chances. The older guy that did my pedicure was really pissy with me. I was trying to work and get a pedicure and he pushed my leg around roughly and made annoyed noises. My gel nails came off and started flaking within a week and the paint job was terrible!

I dont usually leave reviews, but I feel I must on this one. I have tried this location previously after religiously going to their Frisco location, and I had no issues! However, the most recent time I went in was alright. My nail technician, didnt catch her name, not only charged me extra $15 for services i did not receive, such as extra length on my nail, and a cuticle treatment i did not get, the price was WAYYY over what I was previously paying. I paid $80 including tip for a simple one color set of dip nails with tips. It has been 10 days, and 4 nails have completely fallen off. The owner is always nice, but $80 for a bland set that didnt last nearly of what it should have. i'm very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I've been to a few nail salons in and around Mesquite, and my experience at Greystone has been the best I have had so far! The staff was very nice and helpful. I got a manicure from Miss Hannah (please excuse my spelling if it's incorrect) and she did a wonderful job! She really took her time to make sure my nails came out perfectly, and she didn't leave me with a bunch of cuts around my cuticles like other nail salons have done in the past. I will definitely be back for my next set of nails. read more

The man doing my nails was rude, didn't know what a rebalance is in nails, and painted over acrylic dust then put oil on my hands before the gel was dry leaving my thumb sticky when I left. Plus the polish wasn't applied well and is messed up on all my cuticles... He blamed me because the nail light wasn't properly placed for the tacky thumbs. $158 w/$60 ish being a fill only and the rest for a pedicure. No way would I ever recommend this place .... And before I left the host was being all cozy with a ratchet lady making fun of customers! The host even pointed at me!!! I would give it 0 stars but unfortunately You can't do that, so I'm giving 1 star. Avoid if possible. Not worth it. Rude staff and the quality of the nails are not there at all. Take your money to another salon. read more

went to get a quick French tip but was bullied and constantly coerced into a different design by the male employee JOHN. he likes to be little you during your session aswell as speak prejudicely I can honestly say he got a kick out of picking on a 25 year old bi racial girl. as I sat there and ignored his ignorance he became even more agitated and began to just do anything to be more of a problem, he took a cigarette break three times than charged me off the wall 3 hours later for a fill w a design he fought to put on. read more

Everything about this nail salon is exceptional. The nail techs take great care at making sure they are doing a good job. Management is very accommodating and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxing. Above all, they are consistent with doing a great job- which is what sets them apart from other nail salons in the area and why this is my go-to place for all my nail and pedicure needs. To be fair there has been times that I've received good service but it's a 40% good/60% horrific! Today was ridiculously horrendous! I had Mai (nail tech) that literally put a top coat on partially removed Dip powder on my nails and walked away when I asked for clear polish! No buffing, removing all the previous powder polish, shaping or lotion massage? The WORST service I've ever received in my life and I'm over 1/2 a century old. Never again!! read more

I dislike when receptionists are more friendly to you when it is time to pay for your service than when you first walk in. My waxer was Cindy who I've had before when I came more frequently. I love that she doesn't make your appointment awkward and talks to you in the entire time! Because appointments are 15 min I do feel a bit rushed as my previous company was 30-35 min for an appointment. There are a few hairs that could be removed more diligently. Waxes are $62 a pop for anyone considering spots that offer waxing.

I don't even know who did my eyelashes at this location, because she never told me her name. I…read moreshould have trusted my gut the first time I went. She was critical of my sparse eyelashes, accused me of having bad extensions before, and repeatedly questioned me about my hair and eyebrows and who had 'done' them. She never discussed options with me, and the only question she asked was how long I wanted them. I told her I was relatively new to the process, and had only done them the one time before...by her, at this location a few months prior. I didn't want them to be too long, and they were. She said that next time I would need to tell her what 'number' I wanted...like I should know what the numbers are. All in all, she wasn't pleasant and griped at me throughout the process. I came from work and still had some lingering mascara on, which made her angry. She jabbed at my eyelashes with tweezers to remove it, and told me that she would charge $25 to remove it next time. She even saved the tissue to prove to me that she removed mascara. My eyelash extensions are now clumped together with blobs of glue, and are ripping off my own eyelashes as a result. If you are experienced with having lash extensions, and you want them cheap and fast, maybe you would have a better experience here. If you are new to the process, go somewhere with better customer service and technique.

I normally go to Trinh but unfortunately she isn't available for a bit and today Jimmy took care of me and it was a leap of faith. I haven't had anyone else touch my nails for the last year and when someone else did it was messed up. I brought in a very plain design and Jimmy's confidence convinced me to let him do a custom set for my 4th of July set. He blew me away! I am so happy with my newest set. Though I can't wait to have Trinh return, Jimmy will definitely be someone I can trust and would recommend to go to read more

Didn't get the young man's name at the front, but he couldn't have been any nicer and professiona. Me and my sister in law came in for pedicure and nails. Had the pleasure of having Henry and Peter as our techs.... Wow .... Had wonderful long appt with them and both did an awesome job. I came from out o poop f town, and would highly recommend the services at this place The facility is clean and beautiful. Overall wonderful experience. Came in today for a pedicure after moving all day yesterday. Julie was my tech and she took such great care of me. She massaged my tired achy feet and put me to sleep.
