I go here when I'm in Dallas for my eyebrows plus face threading and I really like their work. Both the artists who did my threading are very skilled indeed. The reason I'm giving a 4 star is that I have noticed the ladies talk amongst themselves a lot which is totally ok, but they were bickering about the customers and also passed some comments which made me slightly annoyed. I think they didn't realize I understand the language they speak in. I understand it's a tough job and these ladies are very hardworking individuals and everyone has tough days but maybe wait till the customers leave? Being a small business owner I care a lot about other small businesses and wouldn't want other customers to pick up on this and stop coming. You feel me? The environment is awesome all the employees are very nice . Usually I love my eyebrows everytime but today I decide to get my eyebrows done by another worker. She finished really fast and she was distracted talking to the other workers which i think is why she didn't do a good job one eyebrows was raised wayyyyy higher than the other and when she tried to fix it she was being really harsh and well they still looked the same. read more

Just had the nicest experience getting my eyebrows threaded here. I got in before the rush, but even if I had to wait, their new location is really cute and comfortable so it wouldn't have been a big deal to sit and read for a bit. My eyebrows are NOT EASY!
