I have received several laser hair removal treatments from the lovely and intelligent Judith at Silueta for over a month now. She is using the newest machine on the market that only targets the hair, not the skin. My skin is not getting burned like it did at my previous laser hair removal place. It is a 100% pain free laser hair removal treatment with a Fotona machine. I saw results after the first session. I have had 3 treatments now. These machines are much more effective than at the other laser hair removal places I've been to in Dallas. I highly recommend Silueta for your next treatment. It is much more affordable than other places in Dallas, AND they use the newest and best machines on the market. I will continue getting treatments, and I'm looking forward for sun spot treatment on my face and laser scar removals too. You will be very happy!

I bought a fantastic Groupon for one dark spot removal on my face for $25.00. The receipt said…read moreFibroblast Aesthetics, but when I called to make the appointment, they are called: North DFW Laser Aesthetics. I called several times to make an appointment and we played phone tag for a week. She's a personable, talented, and reliable person, but she is returning voicemails, juggling appointments, and trying to run a business all by herself. She's super busy, and that is her first impression. She has a handful of locations and rotates her schedule to visit each one. My review is for the Garland location. She is located inside a business building and works out of a single office. The building has no branding so its difficult to know where to go or where to park. You will come in through a side door, and there will be two chairs in a tiny lobby area with a sign-in sheet. When I arrived two women were seated and filling out paperwork and there were three more standing. She books appointments back to back. She steps out of her office, politely says hello, takes you back to her office and asks what you want. No one stayed in that room with her for more than three minutes, that's how quickly she turns over clients. The room has a desk that she works from, a patient table along the wall, a standard floor lamp and all of her equipment. It's clean but compact. When it was my turn, we talked about the one dark spot. We also talked about broken veins on my face and more dark spots on my face. She gracefully accepted my Groupon and gave me a quick quote for the other skin issues (and the option to do the work at that moment). I was excited to get it done, so I did. I'm 100% happy with the 2 sunspots she removed. However, the IPL laser did not give me the results I wanted regarding the broken veins. I saw some improvement with the ones on my face cheeks, but the ones on top of and under my nose are still there. She's super fast, so if you're looking for a casual visit, this is not it. She's passionate about what she does, very knowledgeable, will answer any questions you have and her prices are very very reasonable. I have posted her current rates and some more information to help you decide if you'd like to go. Good Luck!

Karen, my injector, did a wonderful job guiding me through the process. She helped balance out the evenness in my lips and gave me exactly what I told her! I also love that I payed everything upfront before getting them done. At another med spa I had been to you pay after and are required to tip. Obviously I would tip, but with laser away its all up front which is great! The only thing that I feel like LaserAway could have is music while patients are getting their lips done/other procedures. I've been to another medspa before and they did that and I like it. I will be back!

I came in for a tattoo removal and filler consultation, was very clear about what I wanted, and was…read moreassured they could deliver exactly that. Based on their confidence, I paid upfront for tattoo removal and 3 syringes of filler. Right after the first tattoo removal session, I was told the tattoo removal wouldn't work because of the ink color -- something they absolutely should've mentioned before selling me a package. With the filler, I was only given half a syringe (with no explanation until after I paid), the filler was placed wrong and was injected on the inside of my mouth as opposed to around the lips where it's supposed to go. It was done in small section so you could see where the product was and wasn't. I was told that it would need to be dissolved because I had a bad reaction- I've been getting filler for years, but again trusted them, so I got it dissolved and came back. When I returned to get the rest, they told me they'd thrown it out because "they can't store it so I need to purchase more" Again -- never disclosed until it was too late. I asked for a refund and was told several times it was being processed, but months went by with no response. I followed up constantly, stayed patient and respectful, and was either ignored or brushed off. Finally, someone from their national office called me -- he was rude, aggressive, and sarcastic from the second I answered. When I asked him not to talk over me, he paused for a full minute just to say, "Just wanted to make sure you were done before I was allowed to speak." Then he hung up on me when I address his behavior. I spent thousands of dollars here and got nothing I was promised. Now I have no thousands of dollars in credits that I will never use. They lie to make the sale, botch you, dodge accountability, and treat you like an inconvenience if you ask questions. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I never wanted to embarrass myself by sharing photos of my lips, but want to help anyone else who is considering going here. Save your time, money, and sanity -- go literally anywhere else.
