Honestly every single time to get my eyebrows threaded I get an amazing service from the lady close to the cash register! (Sorry I don't get name) but she is amazing! I get the best massage after she's done threading my eyebrows. She knows exactly what to do with mine just a nice clean up. I wish I knew her name but if you come ask for the lady that's closest to the register! She's amazing! If you don't like any oil just make sure to let them know but I love it! read more

I never give reviews but this place sucks!!! I went in yesterday because I had went before to get my eyebrows threaded. They did a really good job, so I was excited to go back. 1st the older lady did my brows and I noticed that the shape I had been working to get for a long time now was not what I had. It didn't look bad so I was like ok that's fine. I didn't notice until today but the lady cut my eyelid in 3 different spots. 2nd I decided to get my eyelashes done and the girl who helped me was a Hispanic girl. I saw that there was 3 different styles short, medium, and long and I wasn't sure what length I should get. The girl chose the medium length. I noticed that there was a little girl there too but i thought she belonged to one of the other customers there until the little girl kept pulling her mother ñ away demanding for her to go sit and watch her tablet with her I get it...maybe she's a single mom and can not find a sitter but c'mon this is your job. The whole time she's doing my lashes this girl is literally mumbling under her breath. And she kept huffing and puffing in my face. It was really really weird. But at this point i was ready to be finished. When she was done I realized that they were not medium but the short length. There was no point in having her redo them so I just paid 29$ and left. It's been 24 hours since I went and guess what my lashes have fallen off. Not just one or two but more than half on one eye. I also see that they are not even glued to my eye anymore. I just went ahead and pulled them all off and they weren't even hard to peel off. I know I only paid 29$ but c'mon my sH*t came off with in only 24 hrs. I just through away 29$ for nothing. I will never go back to this place again. If I were you guys I wouldn't either. It's just a waste of money. I should have known better since you can get your eyebrows threaded, eyelashes put on, hair dyed, hair cut all at one time by 3 different people. And I'm guessing it's a day care too. I've been going to Anna salon 1-2 time a month for the past 5 years. The last couple of months a completely new staff has taken charge. And I decided to give them a chance but will not be coming back after a piece of my skin literally peeling of from the wax. I am devastated because it's on my face and I'm not sure if it will heal properly. I can't wear makeup or do anything for God knows how long. I was charged full price. I came in for an eyebrow thread. While the lady was threading it, I noticed my skin burning and when I looked in my iPhones camera, the lady literally had cut a piece of my skin out in two spots and my skin was bleeding. I take care of my eyebrows have gotten my eyebrows threaded probably over a hundred times over the years and this is the first time this has happened. To make things worse, instead of apologizing she said that it was my fault for holding my eyebrow too loose. Whatever that means. And when I'm leaving, both her and cashier asked me to leave a tip. Which I would have if I wasn't bleeding right in front of her. I'm sure things like this happen to everyone and I'm sure they are nice people and do other things there nice, but saying that you are sorry, taking responsibility for your mistakes, and empathy is a big deal to me, so I'm ever going back to this place again. I would leave one star, but I think they are new and don't wanna affect their business. read more

Eyebrow threading review: Great job on the eyebrow shaping and it's cheap! 5 bucks with the card, you cant beat that. The lady I had did a good job on the shaping (my left side is slightly thinner though) and it took a bit longer than normal but she was very thorough. There was maybe a 2 minute wait on a weekday and the salon didnt close until 7! I would check this place out if you want your eyebrows threaded. read more

I was sent to a chair where she just finished a client drank water wipe sweat from her head and proceeded to say "sit". No hello then I told her how I wanted MY eyebrows and she said WHAT ... I asked for another styler and the room got uncomfortable. The spoke their language while looking at me. The lady who did my eyes. Greeting me with a dry hello while the lady who I got up From. Glared at me from the back. Not knowing. IM GLARING RIGHT BACK in the mirror in front of me. Until she catches my eye in the mirror. At this point I'm uncomfortable and being asked to purchase more services.. I had to tell the lady she was pushing my head and too stop. She sarcastically begin to ask "am I hurting you now " or "I have to be rough in this part. Meanwhile the lady behind me is talking about parties and drink very loudly saying "oh my favorite customers. We have nobody here. " to the people walking in. I encourage you to Tidy up the dusty shop and use your sanitary training before the state comes in. Lastly google some customer service practice classes. You never know who you're treating badly. I have been going here since a while. Due to Covid and wearing masks my skin was in a really bad shape and had breakouts everywhere. This is coming from a person who never had a breakout issue. Anna salon folks examined my skin and started giving me facial treatments and I must say the results are very promising. My skin is finally getting healthier and clearer. I came in on Sunday and the threading I got was PHENOMENAL. AMAZING. I would give 5 stars...however, when I came to pay the young girl sitting at the front was texting or playing on her phone. I had to actually get ther attention by asking if I could pay. That is extremely rude. Every day I wake up and look in the mirror and see the chemical burn left on my check from getting my face waxed from here. I'm literally undergoing a depression because I know it's permanent and I'm only twenty years young. Be careful about coming here. I called to inform them what happened (even though the lady that did it knew she left a scar and didn't tell me and tried to cover it with aloe vera gel) and the owner could only tell me "this is the first time this has ever happened. I went to this salon because the one I regularly go to was packed & I couldn't wait. They took me in immediately, so I thought it was gonna go great. After the first eyebrow, they told me to look. The over-threaded my regular shape instead of just cleaning the outside. When I told her it was wrong & showed the shape of the other eyebrows, she called someone else & "trying" to "fix" it, she only made it worse & tried to blame me before they tried calling a 3rd person to mess with them. As a person with social anxiety I didn't make a scene but I did get up to the register to pay to leave, not even letting them touch the other one. They told me not to pay really angry at me, so I just turned to the door & left. I cried the whole way home & for half a day. One year later & my eyebrow has NOT YET grown back. Whatever they did there messed up the normal growth of my eyebrow & nothing I've tried has helped it grow back! Horrible horrible place!! read more

I usually go to either North Garland or Richardson to get my eyebrows threaded, but I recently moved to South Garland, so I decided to check this place out. When I walked in, I was greeted by the cutest, friendliest young lady...I'm assuming that she was one of the employee's daughter. She asked me what service I wanted, and then pointed me towards an empty chair. The seat, I had was at the very end, next to a shampoo bowl which was my second mistake. There was another client who had just sat in the shampoo chair and when the stylist turned the water on, she squirted water all over me--not just a little water, but a ton of water. I had water all over my right side including my hair, face, shirt, pants, and phone. They were very apologetic and it wasn't that big of a deal because I know that accidents do happen (just sucks that it was 40 degrees outside). She did an okay job on my brows....they weren't exactly what I asked for, but they weren't bad either. She also kind of cut me with the thread (third mistake), so now I have a mark that resembles a paper cut under each of my brows. I mean I guess it wasn't a totally bad experience considering that I DID get my brows done and it only cost $4, but from now on, I'll stick to my usual eyebrow place. (For the record, I would've given them 2.5 stars, but since that wasn't an option, I gave them 3) read more
