they offer a decent amount of services but are only good for threading and especially bad during any busy season or holiday. i've gotten my first two lash lifts here and they burned my lashes off both times. on top of burning them off they were uneven chunks and if they hadn't been burned half off it was so close to it that it started to zigzag toward the tools of the lashes. read more

I had my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted at the lash lounge in Plano today. While I love the lash lift and tint, I hated the way my brows looked. I found Reena's Salon on Yelp and headed there straight afterwards. I didn't know what to expect. I'd never had threading before. It does not hurt at all. It's super fast! And Reena did a fantastic job!!! It's probably the best eyebrow job I've ever had! Then she took the other tint off and did the henna tint. I can't believe how great they turned out! I have been to Reena many times for eyebrows threading and Reena is good at it. I once got my hand waxing done by Reena it was nice too. So today I went again for hand waxing at 6 PM. Reena was not there and one of the staff just looked at the watch and asked me hope it's just hand waxing! I said yes. The closing time was 6:30 and if she doesn't want me she could have said no to me! She took me in after another person and quickly start putting very hot wax on my hand. I told her it's too hot !! She was just rushing and the experience was too painful. I go for my hand waxing many times at different places so I knew it shouldn't be like this ! Her other hand got wax on it and it was so sticky it was pulling my skin when she was holding my hand! She didn't even bother to clean it while doing it! The blood got clot at one of the spot where she pulled her sticky bare hand. When I showed it to her and said it's too painful, she just told me apply some ice at home. I went there to make my hand look clean and beautiful but now it has a ugly big painful spot I highly recommend don't go to this place for waxing. There are some gives and takes to this place. They did my eyebrows wonderfully, and you cannot beat the price. While I was there, I noticed they had eyelash extensions for $30. Who can beat that price?! I was skeptical but I went forward with it bc I was about to go to the beach and it would be nice to wake up with something done. Now, they don't really ask you any questions when they do your lashes. There is no "how many mm", no question about your eyelash history, blah blah. They don't tell you how to care for them or how to take them off. In fact, I don't think we exchanged any words at all. But it's so cheap! I was actually really impressed with how natural they looked. I had several friends ask me where I got them done and a few even made the trip down to reenas the next day. My eyelashes lasted about 2.5 full weeks, and were unphased by the ocean. That's right - I was rough on them snorkeling and all that, and none fell out. I had a coworker extremely jealous as she spent $160 on extensions, did not go to the beach, and hers lasted half the time mine did. Now here is the kicker, because there always is one. It's been a little over three weeks now and my lashes are starting to come out. However, I now noticed they attached the extensions to multiple of my real lashes (which is apparently a huge no no). This means my natural lashes are coming out in entire clumps of like 3,4,5 natural lashes. No, I'm not pulling on them or messing with them at all. I apply oil gently to my lash line every night but that's it. So, the damage has been pretty terrible I won't lie. I will look like caillou soon at this rate, which is at the very least, moderately depressing. read more

I'm going out of town in a couple days and missed my apt for my usual wax lady. I live close by and this place popped up. I headed on in with pampering in mind because why not lol. Eyebrows brazillian and henna. All the girls were amazing and social and nice but reena did all my stuff. I was threaded for the first time ever and she made sure I was alright. Very nice and made sure I was comfortable during the next part. She did an amazing job. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I will DEFINITELY be back. Reena is the only person that threads in a large salon and I love that. There may be a line if they're busy but at least you know her quality. So patient and makes sure you like your brows before she moves on to the next person. Even if there is a line she will not rush to meet your needs. I asked her to adjust my brows 3 or 4 times before they're exactly even to my liking. Jackie helped out too and gave her opinions. Jackie waxed for me and tinted my brows. Such a genuine lady!! Love that she even tweezed my underarm hairs that the wax couldn't catch. The prices are great, I bought groupon for $2 threading. Environment is clean, spacious and modern. Great salon! Extremely good price of just $4 for eyebrow threading (I went with a 50% off Groupon so it turned out to be just $2). Clean space, short wait, and friendly staff. My mom also got a haircut by Jackie for $15 and it turned out well. We usually get our hair cut in Asia, but my mom said that this was the only haircut she's gotten in the States that actually turned out well. For my birthday I needed to get my eyebrows and tint done. I went in and Reena placed whatever tint was left over from the day on my eyebrows I kept letting her know politely it is my bday can you please make sure it's even... she kept ignoring me and saying it will come out fine I've got tint done here before so I know this is not what it's supposed to look like. She kept going back and forth from me to another customer with the same piece of thread she was using on her eyebrows I asked her can you please wax my upper lip at this point she kept ignoring me. Once it came time for payment I told her the tint was uneven how am I supposed to go about my week specifically bday week looking like this.... She snatched my card from my hand and said doenst matter we still need to charge it. I didn't want to tip from the experience there is plenty of great Indian threading places around. She started yelling in front of everyone saying I need to tip?!?!? If you are going for waxing- Pros: -They are quick and efficient. -Unbeatable price. Cons: -They left whole strips of hair on my body.... I'm not kidding when I say that when I run my hand where it should be hairless and smooth there is a full stubble. -They left the wax ON ME. As in, when I left the salon with the hairy body, there was still so much residue on me that I was sticky even after my shower when I got home and there was still wax on me! - It's dirty. This specifically needs to be resolved right away. There was hair on the waxing bed. I would not recommend waxing here. Their other services, like threading and hair care, seem great but for waxing I would not go here. Please go to a legitimate waxing spa, otherwise you are wasting money on a job half done. read more

I was pleasantly surprised when they only charged me $5 for eyebrows this morning :) It's a great authentic little place for such a great price! Prices cannot be beat! The service was great, Reena- the owner did my eyebrows and she even took time to apply Aloe afterwards and massaged my eyebrows. It felt really nice! She used the light brown color I asked for instead of like the other salons who just use the black after I ask them for the light brown. She also does waxing, henna tattoos. My friend referred me to this place. I don't really have anything bad to say besides when I got my Brazilian wax they kept reusing the same stick, dipping it in the wax several times before she would use a new one. That's so unsanitary considering someone else's vagina DNA is probably also floating around in the wax. Sorry to be graphic but I'm super OCD about gross stuff like that . I wanted to really like this place because it's so close to where I live and the people were decently nice to me. The prices are also really cheap, but every single time I went to get my eyebrows or my forehead threaded I would notice that I would get these little tiny bumps on my head. It almost looked like I was breaking out. The first time it happened I didn't think too much of it. I figured maybe my skin was breaking out from stress or something, but then I noticed it was happening every single time I went there so I decided to go to a different place.
