The appointment system is seamless--just go to their website and schedule an appointment with the stylist. From my visit, it seems that they take appointments only and no walk-in. When I came in, I felt at ease. Hiro asked for what I wanted, and I showed him examples. My hair was an uneven blonde balayage before, and Hiro really took his time to even it out and tone it. He was very thorough and listened to what I wanted. I love my new hair! I'll be coming back again!

I was especially disappointed with the scissor work and overall technique. Clippers were used on the back of my hair, which I initially assumed was part of creating some shape, but there really wasn't any layering or noticeable effort to add movement or texture. The end result felt more like a basic cut than a thoughtfully shaped haircut. Considering the owner has been cutting hair for some time, I expected a stronger understanding of basic scissor techniques and layering. In my experience, the skill level just wasn't there for the type of cut I was requesting. Ultimately, you get what you pay for, and unfortunately I left disappointed.

What I went in with and what I was left with were two completely different things, and the damage has required significant time, money, and effort to try to correct. What has been even more upsetting is seeing other people come forward with similar concerns about damage to their hair. I brought my concerns to the salon owner, Natalie, hoping she would take the situation seriously and work toward a reasonable resolution. Instead, in my experience, there has been a complete lack of accountability for what happened. I have felt dismissed rather than supported as a paying client whose hair was damaged by a service performed at her salon. I understand that not every service turns out perfectly, but there is a major difference between an imperfect result and significant hair damage. Mistakes can happen--the way a business responds afterward says a lot. I wish Natalie had acknowledged what happened, taken responsibility for the salon's role, and made a genuine effort to resolve the situation. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this salon to do their research, ask detailed questions about the health and integrity of their hair before allowing chemical services, and document their hair before and after their appointment. I would never want another person to experience the damage and frustration I have experienced.

I went to this salon a few days ago and they chose a person named *ALEXA* to work on my hair and I trusted them, I explained to *ALEXA* that I wanted a light brown and I already have two highlights that I want to be the same color as the rest of my hair and I confirmed several times that I do not want red and orange on my hair. At first she applied only a very small amount of color on my hair roots carelessly and very quickly and I was still waiting on the chair to dye the rest of my hair But to my surprise I saw that she does not want to dye the rest of my hair, and she is going to wash my hair, I explained to her again that I want the full color Are you sure you want to wash my hair? And she said yes, finally when she washed my hair she transferred the root color to the rest of my hair for more than a minute, and then she washed it all and I was still in shock and I asked her if that was enough and she said yes, your hair color is over and she cut the bottom of my hair straight and she did not do any special models and in the end I paid two hundred and twenty dollars *220.00 dollars* for a little color on the roots of my hair and a straight cut at the bottom of my hair, do you think this is a fair cost? And after washing my hair at home, I was surprised to see that there was no change in my hair and my hair color was worse than before, and those two highlights are still there, and in addition to all this, I still have a lot of white hair. Please do not choose this person *named ALEXA* as you will be wasting your time and money. I selected this salon based upon the reviews, and I'm so glad that I did! I've never written a review, but I really want to because the whole experience was amazing. The business manager took the time to respond late in the evening to my desperate plea to get rid of my quarantine hair...the next day! The salon is beautiful and everyone was masked up, which I care about. During my time there everyone was attentive and I felt well taken care of, and there's obviously a good culture there because you could just tell people are happy and like what they do. But the most important thing is my hair, of course! And I couldn't be happier. My stylist, Camilla, took a vague idea in my head and did my color amazingly well! She also took a very bad previous cut and turned it into a stylish pixie, knowing better than me what would look best! I couldn't be more happy with it! Best of all, when I got home my guy couldn't stop complimenting me and checking me out! After months of social distancing and basically seeing too much of my face, that says something! I had SUCH an amazing experience at this salon, I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area! My hairstylist, Megan, absolutely transformed my hair. I was hoping to dye my natural hair a bit blonder. I scheduled a consultation where she went over all of the options, and how they would differ on my hair. I really appreciated how in-depth she was about the different options, and how she was transparent about the cost ahead of me booking the appointment to get it done. I came back later that week for my appointment and couldn't have been happier with my results! She stayed after hours to ensure it was absolutely perfect, and really went above and beyond to be sure it blended and looked cohesive. She does an awesome haircut/shave/nose,ear, brow trim. He looks so handsome & younger haha! And she's so fun & patient with him, as he's a bit handicapped since having a stroke. Omg I cannot say enough good things about Liz and Dawn. First off I came in with 2 different colored extensions and Dawn had to work her magic!! She is so talented fixed my extensions to look just like my natural hair. Then Liz stayed after hours to make sure my extensions got installed perfectly the same day and they feel amazing!! I have been seeing Grace at Lee Graves Salon to get my hair cut and colored for quite a while, and I've never been disappointed. My hair grabs color oddly and tends to go brassy overall while stubbornly resisting color in certain spots, especially as I've gotten older. I've been to other stylists elsewhere who weren't quite up to the challenge and left my hair looking overly dyed and unnatural. Terrence takes hairstyling seriously and is an expert on styling for any occasion!! Both these men are fabulous at what they do! I highly recommend them both! The salon is conveniently located at East Legacy, plenty of parking and the salon is clean and welcoming!! Always offered a beverage of choice and there is a cute restaurant next door that will deliver food if you are on a tight schedule and hungry
