What a difference a cut and color makes it was well worth time and money. No more box dyes, just don't do it, my hair has been damaged and dry from harsh chemicals. I took a chance on this hair stylist due to the positive reviews online. The hairdresser barely made sure she knew what I wanted before she began cutting. I have longer hair and due long layers due to the volume. Upon leaving (it took only 20 minutes) I realized how lopsided my hair had been cut. I ended up having to cut another inch shorter in order to remedy the cut. Be aware this isn't a top level salon and while it does accomplish a hair cut, it isn't high quality. read more

I bought a Groupon for $59 for balayage and cut. Apparently, you should not purchase the Groupon, because it takes a huge portion of the profits. Instead, she told me to call her ahead and she would have given me to Groupon price without the Groupon. My hair is shorter, but super thick, so Bita told me that it would be an extra $50 when she looked over my hair. There was some miscommunication so that when I entered the salon, it turned out that she had another client scheduled for my time. I was pretty frustrated, but I was extremely appreciative that she made time for me and rescheduled appointments later in the day. I showed her pictures from my Pinterest boards of the color hair I wanted, and she was able to put her own spin on my hair. I didn't get my hair cut. She worked hard the entire day to accommodate me between her other appointments. I love how the color is varied and bright, yet subtle. I've gotten many compliments, and I will be sure to go to her again whenever I want color. read more

Brita was lovely! I personally got to communicate with her so I could set something up. She immediately let me know of an opening for the following morning and was just awesome at listening and making me feel like a valued customer. I was a little far from her salon about an hour + but I would definitely make the drive because of her excellent customer service and her styles are beautiful. Was a little pricey FOR ME but that's because I don't normally get my hair styled and it is on the long side. For competitive pricing she is normal and for the work she does id say it's a fair price! Anyways maybe one day I'll get it styled but she gets a 5+ in just customer care alone! read more

I went in with the intention of going all gray/silver, but once I got there, Bita convinced me to go with highlights/lowlights instead. I am so glad she did! The color is amazing. Let's just start with 390.00 (she wanted to charge me 490), 5 hours in a chair, foil in my hair for 3 of that, color not right, twice adding more color, pulling my hair, no hot water...I'm 52 years old and have had relatively the same experiences for the last 10 years, having my hair cut, colored and styled. NEVER have I had such a horrible experience. The lady couldn't communicate, got no where near the picture that we agreed on, color-wise, pulled my hair, was not gentle at all, spoke in net native language to her colleague when she was messing up (colleague came to observe the mess happening). Everyone in the salon picked up on what was happening. I finally go to pay, (she's outside...did that multiple times during my service, including sing down in the chair with headphones on) and she asks me if I have Zelle. I do not. "Do you have Bank of America or cash?" No to both. " you can just get the Zell app" what? Hers my credit card. " I can't take because this is not my salon" I literally have to PayPal an employee of the salon that she can give her the money. When she said you know I told you 390 and then all over color is an extra 100 so 490 and she saw the look on my face and said OK I'll take 390. After she cut 6 inches off of my hair and colored it she wanted to charge me what?! I was already so completely mad and now in shock that I just paid the money. Do not go to this woman she's a complete rip off. There isn't a high-end salon on earth that charges that much money for a normal color with highlights in haircut. Especially under those conditions. Worst hair experience of my entire life. And I know I'm leaving out details. read more
