This hair salon is located in a large building built with many other salons at the firewheel in Garland. I had a great experience! I was super nervous to cut my hair, I had been growing it out for a while and wasn't sure if a long bob would good on my face shape. Brylie made me feel comfortable, she is super sweet. Hair cut and styling was $50, I normally go the cheaper route but I'm glad I went the more expensive route for this dramatic hair change. She gave me some tips for curling my hair. I was recommended to come here by my sister in law and I know a couple of other people who have gone to her and all have had good things to say. My husband got his hair cut and styled before our wedding and said she did a great job doing his hair as well. I will definitely come back here read more

Who knew that this building housed so much talent? Briley is great to work with. She's personable and knowledgeable. I'm always in and out within the hour, looking great! read more

Leaving a middle of the road review as a dissatisfied potential customer after being told that Foster Hair is not accepting new clients. I suggest posting that clearly on her website and socials. I received the following reply to a text message where I asked for a callback to set up an appointment. (I did not want to walk in without an appt.) "So sorry I am not accepting new clients". I don't have a problem with the owner being full of clients, my issue is related to the lack of clear messaging on Yelp, FB and her website that she is not accepting new customers. All of their sites and messages talk about how they look forward to hearing from new clients. I was looking forward to meeting Briley based on her reviews. Back to the search for a new salon... read more

Want the BEST BLOWOUT OF YOUR LIFE? Look no further! I had the pleasure of meeting Briley at the Dry Bar in Plano, and had some not-so-great-borderline-hideous blowouts before finally ending up in her chair. I literally will ONLY book with her now because she is THAT good! I have got some difficult hair, and I'm really picky. The first time I saw Briley, I decided to be "spontaneous" and said to do what she thought would look good, and she totally hit the nail on the head! I love that when she does my hair I don't have to give any direction, yet my results will be flawless and last for days. I've also booked her for on location blowouts, which makes getting great hair that much more convenient! DEFINITELY go see her!!!!!!!!!! You will not be disappointed! (I totally raved all about her work here and didn't even mention how authentic and easy going she is!) Not only will you love your hair when she's finished, you'll love her personality as well, and want to see her again just for the sake of catching up! Thank you Briley; I will definitely be coming to see you again sooooooon! read more

I hate to leave a bad review, but I chose this places based on reviews & feel inclined to lane one. My hair was pretty much destroyed. I was looking for natural bayalage. I. specifically said i didn't want it streaky. My hair is now orange over dark brown/black which simply is not flattering for anyone. I also asked for a haircut. I said it needed shape & texturizing. I had not cut my hair in close to a year and she literally cut off one inch. It is the virtually the same length. My existing layers were not even trimmed up, & there was no face framing. My swoopy bangs are The same length I came in with. The texturizing resulted in random strands several inches shorter than the rest of my hair & just doesn't look fluid with the relative thickness of my hair. In retrospect, I have never had my hair cut so quickly. Were talking 5 to 10 minutes max & I have extremely thick, long hair. I was iffy about the color when I was still there as it was way lighter & brassy than I was expecting. But i decided to wait & see. After washing it, it is even worse. I am mortified considering I have a vacation next week & look like an oompa loompa. I will now have to scramble & spend more $ to get something that looks presentable. Nice girl but I think she was slightly out of tune with what I asked for. read more

Briley has been cutting my hair for about ten years. She gives amazing results every time. She's especially good at listening to what the client wants/needs, and being careful to not stray from that. I don't trust anyone else with cutting my bangs! Although I live in Chicago, I pretty much only get my hair cut when I visit Dallas, because no one else here compares. read more

Briley is wonderful, caring and creative! I always leave looking great! She's an artist and is equally good at cutting and color!

Briley is awesome! I'm super picky about how people cut my hair, but she has yet to fail me in the couple years I've been going to her. Long term hair relationship, and I've never had one. She has great style intuition and skills! read more

I chose her by looking at the top hair stylist. After looking at her pictures and seeing what she was able to do with other red colors I felt confident that she could do what I was looking for. I'm a natural redhead but as I'm getting older my hair is getting dull and gray. I was looking to get a color that was as close to my original hair color as possible. I was definitely not disappointed. She did an amazing job and I was beyond pleased. Plus she was super friendly and kind. I will definitely be coming back to her for touch-ups. I have found my new hair stylist. Thank you for making me feel beautiful again. read more

If I could give more stars, I would!!! She does an amazing job!!!!! I found her on yelp and decided to try her out based on her AMAZINGLY reviews. What a leap of faith for me! Not only has she perfected the blow out, but my cut and color was exactly what I wanted!!!! She listens to what you'd like and is just the right amount of creative. It's important to me to "click" with my hairdresser and she is so bubbly and fun, it would be IMPOSSIBLE not to get along with her! Time is also important to me. She manages to entertain you and get everything done in a timely manner!! I would recommend her to anyone!!!!!! Prices are very reasonable!!! Getting my hair cut terrifies me due to a few traumatic results over the years, but Briley has never done anything but a great job. I am away at school, but refuse to get my hair cut until I come back home and can get to Briley. The cut and style is always exactly what I want. Last time I went she also colored my hair, and it came out better than I could have ever imagined! I get endless compliments every time after I see Briley. Besides just her talent, she is also very easy going and enjoyable to talk to. If you are looking for a new stylist, or just afraid of bad results from a hair cut, this is who you need to see because you will be happy with the results every time. read more

Quality cut, shampoo, and styling. A bit on the expensive side for a men's cut: $30. Great service.

Over rated and under delivered. I got a mediocre haircut and not the hair color I wanted. Briley quoted me a price on the phone for a haircut and coloring and doubled the price when she got done. She did not honor her word. It was a ridiculous price for what she did. I'm still looking for a great hair stylist. read more

Best blowouts, cuts, and flawless colors. She has done my hair for 5 years and I'm never disappointed. Briley is awesome!!!

Briley did a great job with my haircut and color. I just moved to town and hadn't had my hair done in about 2mos. Also, back home I'd started adding highlights to my red overall coloring hoping to achieve that strawberry blonde so that my root growth wouldn't be quite so obvious and because I prefer it. However it was becoming more and more blonde and less strawberry. I'm happy to report that Briley asked and then listened to what I was trying to achieve, what I liked and didn't like, how I normally wore my hair(straight, wavy, curly). I appreciated how attentive she was and the results were perfect! Subtle highlights and the return of strawberry!! My cut is softly multilayered which created a nice bounce and soft movement that wasn't there before. Also, with wavy, curly hair, my bangs are often cut too short. Briley trimmed them long while wet, then asked what I thought before trimming any further. They are perfect! Thank you Briley. I will be back! read more

Finally. The search is over for a local hair stylist that knows how to do it all - cut, style (great blowout!!), highlight and color hair. Briley is a talented young lady who makes it look effortless. Great job. So happy I found her. She rescued me from 2 horrific haircuts and brassy highlights. Mad skills for sure. I will be back. read more
