Wow. Came in last minute for a cut and she exceeded my expectations and left me with a beautiful cut !!

its a good salon for threading and facials. i don't recommend microblading. The owner did a terrible job on my eyebrows! They are uneven and too dark. Not worth the money. She never even apologized. I should get a refund. read more

This place is SO under rated! Their threading and eye brow tint is 5 stars!! I got my husband a facial (deep cleansing one) and his skin looked great afterwards! Place looks clean, ladies were very helpful and whoever did my eyebrows and tint WOW, she smelled like a field full of flowers! There is ALWAYS someone there to handle whatever your request is! Will be going back forever for my eyebrows and will try a facial for myself! read more

Called yesterday for a haircut. Rani squeezed me in and so very glad she did. Love the cut, exactly what I wanted and more. Thank Rani!

Rani is AMAZING! She can do it all eyelashes, facials, cutting and dying hair and everything turns out great! I just got a haircut bc my hair was so damaged, I showed her a picture of what I was wanting and she did it exactly Lots of layers and it looks amazing!!!! read more

I absolutely love this place! I go here to get my eyebrows waxed, threaded and tinted every 4 weeks! The women are super nice, friends and have light hands when working on my eyebrows. I am a total baby when it comes to waxing and every time is an easy, painless process. read more

My name is Jo Ann Cheatham. Rani has been tinting my eyebrows and waxing my face for a few years now and does a great job. Salon is very clean and organized. I would recommend this salon to anyone. read more

Disappointed. The dark hair was my first two visits here for haircuts. They were done so well. The blonde was my 3rd visit. My hair was cut while wet and brushed straight. She had curled it so I didn't see how bad it was until days later when I washed my hair. Blunt 'layers' - awful cut. read more

I saw Rani to have microblading done on my eyebrows. She was very patience and talked through all my questions and concerns. She did a wonderful job and I am very pleased with the results. Will definitely be seeing her in the future for additional services. read more

Loved the facial and haircut from Rani and her awesome team! She takes the time to understand her customers needs and makes sure you are looking your awesome best! Super efficient and a great location, will be going back here for more. read more

Really fantastic haircut from Rani! And for such a great price! I have really long hair that needed some layers and shaping and she absolutely nailed it, going off of pictures I showed her before we started. She asked me about length preferences as she went and it looks so perfect. Best haircut for the best price I've probably ever gotten in my adult life. Highly highly recommend! read more

1st time visiting for a facial and microdermabrasion treatment And the service was very good and my face looked and feels great. I will definitely be back and the prices were very reasonable. Thanks read more

Our all-time favorite place to get our eyebrows done! We always get them threaded and tinted and they NEVER disappoint on the shape or color. read more

This is a hair salon and spa. I cam here for some much needed eyebrow threading before celebrating my sister's birthday (I was visiting her) and was more than super impressed. I was way overdue to get my eyebrows done. I just kept putting it off. Since I was visiting my sister and we were going out in the town as part of the birthday celebrations, I wanted to make some time to get my eyebrows threaded. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for eight years now. This was one of my favourite places. I walked in, a woman sat me down and started working straight away. She was gentle and shaped my brows naturally. I was quite pleased with how my brows came out. I went to pay and the stylist said it was $4! In my eight years of eyebrow threading, I have never paid less than $8. If there was one thing to sell me, it's the cheap price for great quality. Truly a bargain. I will definitely be stopping here next time I visit my sister! read more

I really like going here for face depilation. I normally wax full face and thread eyebrows. I can trust that they will not burn my skin and that my eyebrows will come out looking really clean and pretty--they can also add shape if your eyebrows are shapeless. Aside from the great results, it is a better price than most places--seriously. I've gotten waxed before, pay like $30 and get burned or my eyebrows don't look so great. I get full-face (with eyebrows) here for $15... the place is also clean and the aestheticians are very nice. Keep up the good work, Aesthetics Salon and Spa, you will have faithful customers! I drove from Mesquite, TX because of all the things listed above. read more

Had facial together with my husband in their Rowlett branch and Rani did a great job. I recommend this place to everybody.

Short Version: I am Very please with how my hair turned out. I will be back for my hair and their other services. Long Version: It was my first time coming here, I found them on Yelp and the reviews promising. I have little salon experience and what I did have was not great. I had pictures of what I wanted ready, to show the stylist. I've been reluctant to go blond or light but decided now was the time. My trepidation was front and center but kept at bay (I think?) while all my questions were addressed. In the end, it's results that matter, my hair turned out great. I recommend them. I have confidence in her and look forward to coming back in for All they offer. Massage, brows, facials.. It's off 78 and in Kroger's lot, very convenient for mindful breaks while multitasking Five star from me for what I know of them! read more

It used to be my favorite eyebrow place to go to for years, but now i'm looking to go somewhere else. Some of the new ladies that work there are really rude and they don't take their time with your eyebrows anymore. They rush to get you out the door. It's not worth going anymore. read more

I have been getting lash extensions with Rani for two years. Rani does full face waxing, threading and eyebrow tent on me every three weeks. Not only is she an artist with her threading and lashes she is a wonderful soul to communication with. Great customer service, clean facility and very affordable. I get compliments all the time on my lashes. You will not be disappointed. read more

I have been getting my hair cuts here for the past year. The staff is friendly, listen to what I want, I can either set an appt or walk in, and my hair cut always comes out great. The service is very affordable and lo. I get lots of compliments on my layers, they look perfect. My mom also comes here and her very short bob looks great. Most affordable places are too scared to cut her hair so short, but the staff here is very skilled and listen to what you want. read more

I LOVE THIS salon! These ladies know eyebrows! I've been coming here to get my eyebrows threaded and they've done an amazing job! I've walked in every time and they are quick. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait on the weekends, but it goes fast. $4 for eyebrows and $3 for upper lip, and they also have a cooling gel at the end. There are other services too, but I've only come for threading. May need to try their facials soon! read more

I have been coming here off and on for awhile now. Rani is the best person that has ever threaded my brows. It's not painful with her and they always look great. Don't let the low price fool you, this is the best place I've been to get my brows looking amazing. It's better to book an appointment with her because she is always busy since she's so great. I've seen people get their hair done, so that is an option here. I have also gotten a facial before and it was quite relaxing. Another girl that worked there has done my eyebrows before and in a pinch she did well, but no one is as good as Rani! Her shop is located next to the strip of stores separate from Kroger on 78 and is a hidden gem. read more

I was in search of keratin treatment but I am so glad to learn that Brazilian blowout was also offered here! Because it was my first time going blonde, I needed the Brazilian blowout for keeping my hair healthy and less breakage. I called in and Hina was available right away. She also checked out my hair and during the entire process, she was very meticulous and careful. She made sure my hair received the treatment as much as my hair can get. She also trimmed it at the end because she said my hair was a little uneven. Honestly, it's been a while since I had a hair cut too. Well, my hair looks less damaged and dry as of now. I hope it lasts a lot longer too... but we will see. Then I had my eyebrow tinted because I wanted to have a little more color in my microblading eyebrows but it looks like I need to get another session of microblading. I think the eyebrow tinting wasn't right for my looks, so I'm not going to subtract stars for it. Plus the store honored the Yelp check in for a free eyebrow tint. Thank you so much. This place is a hidden gem and I'd love to come here again for eyebrow threading since other Yelpers are raving about it and facials and as well as hair color. It's so amazing that this salon offers so many services for a great price, especially since I am a student. read more

This spa is absolutely amazing, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my threading and waxing. I used to come here very often! If you go to the owner then you are for sure to get a great experience. The man sitting at the front desk is rude and needs to have better customer service with customers. I was just standing in front of him waiting for him to respond while he continued to use his phone. When I walked in initially he didn't even acknowledge my presence. I've had a few facials here before and they are definitely the best with the owner. Today I was a little disappointed because the room was very cold, the water used for the facial was cold, product was left on my face after the facial and the lady doing the facial kept turning the bright lights on in the room without covering my eyes. It definitely wasn't worth the money I paid. It was not the worst but not the best either. But like I said if you go the owner then you should be happy with the services! read more

This was my first time at Aesthetic, as well as my first facial ever - very happy customer! It was very easy to make an appointment, and they were very flexible when I arrived about 5 minutes late. I advised the young woman that I had dry skin and it was my first facial, she advised the "$65" facial though I'm not sure what the name of it was. It was a very thorough facial, with nice smelling creams and very relaxing; also involved steam and an electrode device. All in all, a great experience for a first time. On my way out the gentleman at the register advised it would make for best results to do them once per month, and at their pricing I can say that should not a problem in comparison with others in the area. Thanks for a great experience. read more

If I could give this salon a zero, I would. I have been going to Rani for about a year now. Last time I was in, she mentioned that she could go a little darker; so when I went in today, I reminded her I wanted only my roots to be a little darker. After I got home and looked at my hair better, I found out that she colored them so dark that my roots didn't even match my other hair. So I went back and told her that I wanted all of my hair to blend together to the previous color that I came in with. She spent another hour plus two more colorings and my hair is still dark. She said she didn't color all of my hair, but she did. She colored all of my hair and covered up my highlights that I previously had and my hair is still dark. Now my face looks white compared to the color of my dark hair. When I called back to ask for a refund, she said come back in two weeks. Well, I'm not going back. I didn't like that the salon personnel all talk to each other in a different language anyway but I put up with it. But I won't put up with dark hair! Now I'll have to go somewhere else to have my highlights put back in because of her covering them up. read more

I called this week on Monday to make a hair appointment and the lady that answered the phone said that the person that does hair will not be available until after Wednesday because they were out of town so I made an appointment for Thursday at 3:00 pm. I arrived 15 minutes early and walked in and was not spoken to at first so I sit down. They finally asked if I was there to do my eyebrows and I stated no I have an appointment with Rani at 3:00 pm for my hair. They called Rani on the phone and then asked if I could come another day! Really!!!!!!!! I made an appointment in advance for a reason! I chose this place because it had good ratings, but I am not impressed and very disappointed how they conduct there business. My first time there and I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional! Oh that's a good come back...stating I was the one that stood you up!!! So untrue. You did not call to find out where I was!? I made the appointment for Thursday. Your establishment is just unprofessional! You may have many happy clients, but not from me!!! read more

Love Love Love this salon. I have been going here for almost 10 months now. I live about 20-25 minutes away and I don't mind the drive because this is by far favorite place to get a Brazilian wax. The prices are affordable, the staff are friendly, and I always come in on a walk in basis and never have to wait. Rani has been doing my waxes and she is lovely. She is super friendly, makes you feel comfortable, very quick (which is of utmost importance), very informative, and I love chatting with her. I also had my eyebrows threaded here too and you can't beat the quality and pricing. I am definitely a regular and will continue to comeback. read more
