She took off all of my lashes, my eyes were burning and I laid there for two hours and when she was done I had less lashes than I had before I went in. My eyes were stuck together and were burning and when I opened my eyes there were big gaps where she pulled my eyelashes out and it hurt. And she charged me 150 dollars to come out with less eyelashes I had when I went in. I look horrible and I paid $150 to have my own eyelashes pulled out. i asked her what kind of lashes she was using and she said that I SAID I WANTED THEM TO LOOK NATURAL. I NEVER EVEN SAID THAT!!! Ladies be careful of this place if you're looking to have lashes done. THEN She said she would take them off for me!! HA! After pulling out my real lashes and having my eyes glued together.... do you think I want her to take them off and leave me looking like this? Ms. Taffi was concerned that I find the place -- she went out to meet me on the street to guide me to where to park! She offered a calm and soothing atmosphere, which put me at ease immediately. I felt like I was in a therapist's chair; we talked about all the things while Miss Taffi worked. She's not only a gifted technician but a kind person. My nails are gorgeous.

Lilly did my nails, and for the first time ever, I had a nail technician who not only provided exceptional service but also educated me on nail health--teaching me how to prevent fungus and maintain strong, natural nails. Lily has done my last few sets, which is why I specifically booked a 1:00 PM appointment with her. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, she left mid-appointment to do another client's lashes, and I was told (not asked) that another tech would finish my nails. I was handed off to a new tech I didn't know, and the appointment ended up taking over 2 hours, which felt excessive for a simple fill & deluxe pedicure performed simultaneously. I was also charged $55 for the fill plus $10 for two broken nails, even though 1 nail was just cracked, not fully broken off - bringing my total to more than the cost of a full set ($60). WOW!! When I asked about it, Lily did reduce the fee to $5, which I appreciated. But the situation left me feeling uncomfortable -- especially when their salon website clearly states that pricing is transparent and satisfaction is guaranteed. That said, I live nearby and still want to support this business. I just hope for better communication going forward -- especially when it comes to changes in service and pricing. I think this salon has great potential, and I'd love to keep coming back under more professional circumstances.
