Very nice lady!!! Kind, affordable, professional. Will be back. Thank you so much for your service

Mixed experience: skilled brows, awkward process I read a lot of reviews before trying a new place, and this one had a very consistent theme: great results, not-so-great hospitality, and a bit of a strange vibe. I figured I was just going in for an eyebrow cleanup, so I could live with that. The location is in a street-mall style complex with a bunch of beauty suites. Parking is super easy, which I appreciated. The area itself isn't particularly well kept and feels more open, almost like a market-style setup--but that was pretty much what I expected based on the reviews. Before heading over, I called to ask about availability since I'm used to appointment-only systems (especially after living in CA and NYC). The phone interaction was... odd. I was asked how far away I was, told to call when I arrived, then to text my name. It worked, but it felt a little disorganized. For clarity: this is appointment-only, even if that's not super obvious online--definitely book ahead. Once inside, things moved very fast. I was immediately told to get in the chair, but there wasn't much interest in discussing brow shape or goals. I tried to show reference photos (of my own brows from before), but they were brushed off with "it's different for everyone" and "I know what I'm doing." No photos were really looked at. The service itself was quick, but very curt. No warmth, no consultation, very "next step, next step." I didn't love the initial result and asked for revisions. I had to be extremely specific and insist on showing my reference before continuing. By that point, some of the damage was already done, but the final result ended up being okay. The price was $15, which felt reasonable and comparable to what I've paid elsewhere. I do think she's skilled, and she even mentioned that next time would be much better--which I believe. It feels like she knows what she's doing, but doesn't enjoy listening or collaborating, especially with new clients. Bottom line: Good technical skill, fast service, very rough around the edges. If you're confident, very specific, and already know her style, you'll probably be happy. As a first-time client, though, it's a challenging experience. Go in knowing exactly what you want--and be prepared to speak up. read more

Wow!! The quality was amazing made an appointment. It was easy. The work was professional and they did not disappoint. If they weren't happy with the way something came out. They keep working till they get the right effect I will be back you need to visit read more

I actually liked the way my eyebrows came out but idk if it was cultural barrier but she seemed a bit rude. The vibe of the place was all over the place, she seems to maybe be in transition since there were boxes everywhere. Pricing she told me a price when I had told her it was for two people and I assumed she understood I was asking her how much it would be for both but after the service she clarified the price was per person not both. She didn't seem to be listening she was rushing all over the place between prior clients and us waiting for her in the outside waiting area... Best practices would be to make that (the price) clear prior to the service that way the customer can make an informed decision. read more

Was eating at a local restaurant & saw reviews for Guras so I decided to give this place a try. My 17yr old daughter hadn't gotten her brows done in over 3yrs. We arrived, there was a short wait (maybe 10 minutes), she took my daughter as a walk-in, and worked MAGIC. She threaded my daughter's brows to perfection! read more

Another review that's long overdue...but Rosy is the best threader that has ever worked on my brows period (and I am very very picky)!! I told her that I wanted my brows cleaned and thinned out just a little bit because I usually fill in my brows and they can look intense on my features when they're bold and thick, and she delivered on exactly what I wanted! I could tell that she was very meticulous because she noted that one brow was slightly thinner than the other (which no other threader has pointed out to me before) and cleaned them up so well that I didn't feel the need to touch them after the appointment. Her prices are very, very reasonable, especially for the high quality of work she delivers (I think around $15, not including tip). Finding someone trustworthy to work on my brows is no easy feat, but she really delivered some amazing work. I'm happy to say I've found my go-to girl for brows in the Dallas area. read more

Amazing job!! I was in town visiting from San Diego. She is gentle and doesn't tear your skin or cause red and burning. Will be back anytime in in Dallas! read more

I decided to try Rosy out about a year ago and I probably will never see anyone else again! She is so detailed and truly knows how to shape eyebrows. She's helped me grow my eyebrows out in all the right places and achieve the perfect shape every time. I refer as many people as I can to her! My eye brows did not match. The shape was slightly off and the arch was higher on 1 side and lower on the other and the lower one was slightly thicker. She said we could fix it later but if we add more brows to make that one higher then it would be much thicker than the other eye. So I scrubbed my eyebrow to take off as much color as possible to try and fix it with someone else later. read more

I just went to my follow-up appointment with Rosy for my microblading and I will not go anywhere else to get my brows done. Rosy is so sweet, friendly, and talented. She's amazing!  I appreciate how much time she spends drawing/shaping out my brows before starting and always double-checks with me to see if I like them.  Also, the environment is clean and welcoming. Get your brows done here, you won't regret it! Ladies, this is the threading spot dreams are made of! I could not be happier with my experience after getting my brows done today. Rosy is very friendly, gentle and extremely talented. She shaped my full brows perfectly, leaving them thicker as I requested. If you're like me you're scared of getting thin brows, but Rosy is very sensitive to that and understood what I was looking for. The pricing is on point for the services received. The salon is set up in a salon suite building which is very clean. As you walk into the entrance, take a left and her suite is directly in front of you. Hopefully this helps you not have to search around like I did :) read more

Oh my!! Rosy is the best, and I just found my new favorite threading salon!! She is so sweet and the very best at her art. It is so hard to find someone that ha 100% confidence, knowledge, and skill when it comes to perfecting the art of eyebrows, and Rosy exemplifies all aspects of what you should expect when trusting someone with your eyebrows, the focal point of your face. I am so lucky that I found her based on her wonderful and fellow Yelp reviewers. You get a punch card after your first visit, and each visit you get a punch which makes your 10th visit FREE!!! You can find the salon inside the Salons at Preston Valley. When you walk in, go to the left and you will see the suite almost immediately. Parking is very easy. read more
