Casey and Kayla are the best! Casey has done my eyebrow microblading/shading, permanent eyeliner and my lip blushing. She is good at what she does and I love that she doesn't over do it and is straight and upfront about results. Not to mention she is super funny! Kayla does my lash extensions and I love them more and more as time passes. I look forward to my appointment every two weeks to catch up with Kayla. Scheduling is always easy and she works with you if you need to make any changes. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars! I NEEDED TO get my service done that I PAID FOR, and I'm told after leaving work early, sitting through traffic, etc MAKE SURE I was on time because it was important that I got it today. I get all the way to the place just to get a TEXT MESSAGE, not even respectful to call or give a heads up. I will never recommend anyone I know to this place. Bad service (well, NO SERVICE!), horrible communication and bad customer service! read more

My husband purchase me a gift certificate from Suite Lovely as part of my anniversary gift. It was exactly what I didn't even know I needed. I'm a firm believer that mascara can change a woman's life lol. No seriously, like I think a good mascara can change your whole look! But...I never knew lashes could change the look even more. Julie was my lash artist and she did an amazing job! It was very relaxing and my lashes turned out beautifully! I cannot wait to go back this weekend for my fill. Definitely 5 star service and quality! You won't be disappointed read more

I went to Casey for microblading because I stress/anxiety pull my eyebrows out and they were all uneven and scraggly. Casey. Did. An. Amazing. Job. She spent a good amount of time measuring, making sure that we got the look we wanted. I get comments all the time about how good they look. Her work speaks for itself. I had very little downtime, no flaking, and they look fantastic. I've gone back for the 6-8 week follow up and it was a breeze. Highly recommend this to anyone that needs it. read more

I wish I could give a better rating because i actually liked how my lashes turned out . But the experience was just AWFUL Casey squeezed me in last minute before her flight out of town, which I was super grateful for. she informed me right off the bat she wouldn't be able to see me again due to her completely booked roster. So in all honesty I had no business going to her knowing I wouldn't be able to see her again, but I gave her a try anyway. As soon as I got there she just seemed rushed, & didn't take the time to actually give a warm welcome. I showed her a photo of what I wanted & she simply replied with. "I'll do my best". She then looked at my lashes & asked me what I did to them because they looked "absolutely wrecked" I told her nothing? I informed her that I go to the gym everyday and sweat, but also wash my lashes/face immediately after. The last set prior wasn't good & didn't stay on for more than 2 weeks, hence why I decided to try someone new. I tried to be nice & create small talk & she rudely said to me..... "Molly can you stop talking, your eyes are freaking out & our goal here is to do your lashes" I was confused. like OKAYYY, RUDE. She's really talk to her NEW client like this? Like who tf does she think she is she then proceeded to tell me how sparse, thin & broken my lashes were etc. I just felt talked down upon like I was a terrible lash client. When in reality I have been getting lashes for the last 8 years & have NEVER had any lash tech have any complaints like her On top of that she was just rough & not paying attention to detail. She POKED me at least 4 times & hurt my eye lid while she was pulling old lashes off. I flinched a few times because it seriously HURT and her response was.... NOTHING She simply sighed and said.... "I don't know what you did, but your old lashes are all stuck together. It's like the glue fused together" I'm laying there thinking I don't know? Isn't that your job to fix. I'm also a business owner myself & I was just appalled to see how she treated me as a business owner herself. it doesn't matter what industry you're in, unfortunately the customer experience determines EVERYTHING Like I said she had a flight to catch that day so I don't know if she was just super frazzled about that, and in a rush. But she should understand that I'm still a NEW CLIENT Regardless of what she has planned after this appointment. After this experience I definitely wouldn't come back or recommend. I'm sure she's probably a descent human, I just clearly caught her on a bad day. read more

I've been coming to Suite Lovely since 2019 for microblading. Casey has done such an amazing job on my eyebrows. I get compliments periodically on my eyebrows on how full and pretty they look. I always recommend Casey and give my compliments to her. I don't live in the area so making sure I have an appt when I know I'll be in town is a must to get touch-ups, and I always try and book a few months out. She tends to get booked up. read more

Casey is the BEST!! She's so sweet and funny. I'm a shy gal and she made me feel comfortable. It was my first time getting my brows microbladed, so of course I was nervous. I researched getting my eyebrows done since they fell out after chemotherapy & never grew back. I finally worked up the courage to reach out to Casey & she quickly got back to me. We spoke on the phone & she asked questions about my medical history, as well as my expectations. Casey asked for a picture of my eyebrows as well to get an idea of what my eyebrows looked like. Casey did the ombre method on me, as I'm fair complected. The first session Casey took time to draw an outline carefully to ensure the brows were even & complimented my face. After they healed I went back for the second & final session. I can't be happier!!! My brows are awesome & I don't feel washed out if I'm not wearing makeup. Casey is a true artist & takes pride in her work - the give a sh*t factor. Hard to find these days. read more

I found this place in North Dallas through Yelp but reading many reviews from this lovely location and many others. This one truly had the most recent and consistent reviews. Suite Lovely is very conveniently located by the Galleria mall with plenty of parking. They also will text to confirm/ remind you of your appointment, facility is very clean/ modern, and the technicians are very polite and bubbly. I see Megan -she's the absolute sweetest! I have small asian eyes and like the classic/ volume mix. Be sure to book your appointment in advance - they respond very quickly through Yelp as well. My first appointment took a little over an hour and refills range from 45-60 minutes. I've been here three times so far and already have my next appointment booked! read more

Casey is truly gifted!!! She is not only an amazing artist, her customer service is unmatched. Amazing, amazing, amazing! Cannot say enough great things about Casey and Suite Lovely. Eye brows are a big obsession of mine- I am blonde with very blonde eye brows and lashes and am used to filling them in every single day. She immediately makes you feel so comfortable. She listens to what you want, while also suggesting what she feels is best. She is a mastermind and did such an incredible job! Love Casey! Thanks to her, my brows look AMAZING with her expertise in brow shaping and microblading. Even during the initial phone consultation, I was impressed by her knowledge and that she took the time to fully address all of my questions and concerns. I'm so glad I trusted her to shape my brows a bit differently than I normally do them - she is so talented and gave them new life while still keeping them natural. She is also easy to get along with and has such a fun personality. So happy to have found Suite Lovely and I'll definitely be back!! read more

Casey at Suite Lovely has been doing my brows for about a year. I started with almost no brows. Never really had any. She gave me spectacular brows that opened up my eyes and minimized a slight difference between my two eyes. Then this week, Casey did my eyeliner and lips. Spectacular! The eyeliner looks soft, natural, and has a slight wing that I requested. It already looks crazy amazing and I just had it done yesterday. And my LIPS! Wow! I have full lips, but they were not well defined and very pale. Now, they are rosy, well-defined and make my face look super sexy. The pic included of my lips is only 1 day after. It will soften and fade a little bit, but I'll keep the amazing definition and rosy tone. Casey is professional, really good at listening to what you want, excellent at providing feedback, and meticulous in her work. I'm her client for life! PS: Random people have been complimenting me on my eyes and lips. I'm only wearing sunscreen!!! How cool is that! read more

Wow. If you're considering lip blushing, Suite Lovely is the best decision! My lips look natural, but so much more amazing than my normal lips, thanks to Casey. She told me what to expect, calmed my fears, and delivered impeccable results. The first appointment lasted about an hour. She first numbed my lips, then started on the outer edges and worked her way inward so I could get used to the sensation. I was mostly scared about the pain, but it turned out to simply be really uncomfortable, and nothing worse. She evened out my lips in areas where they were asymmetrical and filled in edges that had lost their natural pigment. She gave me perfectly shaped lips that were an enhancement and compliment to my natural shape. The downtime for healing was hardly anything - I ate a hamburger three hours after with no problem. My lips were swollen, but when I went out with friends later that night, everyone thought I had used a lip plumper and complimented me on the look, lol! I bought a salve that Casey recommended and used it religiously so my lips never got dry. By the fourth day, I had some light flaking and the color calmed down a bit. A week out and my lips felt completely normal, but looked stunning. I went back for a second round and it was way easier, my lips looked even more glamorous, and now I'm obsessed. Overall, this experience was outstanding! read more

I originally had my eyebrows micro-bladed by Casey in 2017. I was so happy with the results that I just went in for my yearly touchup. The strokes from the original session were still there but just needed a little refreshing. Once again, Casey knocks me out of the park with her artistry. If you are on the fence about getting your eyebrows micro-bladed then look no further than Suite Lovely. I wouldn't trust anyone else and everyone always compliments my brows! Let me just say, the new numbing cream is out of this world! Not only do I have perfect brows now, but I hardly felt the procedure. Seriously the waxing hurt more than the micro-blading! read more

I can't say enough nice things about Casey & Suite Lovely! My first visit was back in July, 2017 and I had previously had my brows done by someone else. She was able to fix the shaping and fullness then and I knew I would be a client for life! Today I came in for a touch-up for microblading and since I have oily skin she recommended a combo with blading and shading this time as it gives a more filled-in look. I'm so glad she did because I'm obsessed with my end result and I can't wait for them to fully heal! She's amazing read more

Absolutely in love with my brows! I've always had very sparse and thin eyebrows that required about 30+mins to fill in during my morning routine. Suite Lovely - This was after my first session! - Eyelash Service Near Me - Dallas, Texas

I had been wanting to get my eyebrows microbladed for the longest time. I had asked friends for referrals and searched on the internet for the best person. I spent weeks looking for someone and finally landed on Casey's page on Yelp. She had nothing but super positive reviews and every one of her clients loved her beautiful work. Once I found her on Yelp, I of course went to Instagram to check out her work and I was extremely impressed with what I saw. Her work was beautiful!! I immediately contacted Casey for my first appointment. She was very responsive with my request for an appointment and was able to get me in on the day/time that worked for me. Not only did she text me, she also called me to talk about what to expect and where she was located. Her availability for communication is a HUGE plus in my book!! On the day of my first appointment, she contacted me a couple of hours in advance to let me know to arrive 15 mins early to do some prep work and to ask if I knew exactly where she was located. I got there and she was so friendly and sweet! Her suite is extremely clean and organized (so important to health and hygiene in this industry) and it was very welcoming. She is located in a great part of town and it is easy to find. The entire microblading procedure was relatively quick and also relatively painless (you get numbing cream put on 30 minutes before). She takes the time to measure your brows to achieve the PERFECT shape for your face and makes any adjustments to your liking. The color matches my brows perfectly and the shape is everything I've ever wished for. Although I naturally have great shaped brows, they are light and there isn't much hair. Every day I would have to take 10-15 minutes to shape and fill my brows. After my first appointment, I haven't had to touch my brows at all!! I can go out without makeup on and not be self-conscious about how I look. I go for my second appointment (touch up) in a couple of weeks and I can't wait to see how she can make them even more beautiful than they already are. It is completely worth the money to have this done and Casey is the artist to go to. She is professional, talented and very sweet. You will not regret choosing Casey for your microblading needs!! read more

Casey is amazing! I've been to numerous eyelash places in NYC and Dallas and haven't been able to find a place that could get me the fluffy, open look that I want -- my lashes are super straight so any lashes put on me usually end up looking flat as well. Casey was able to add curl and volume to my thin, weak asian lashes! She was also SUPER FAST, as in did a lash removal and full volume set, in about an hour. So glad I found her! read more

If I could give Casey more stars I would. I was looking to get microblading done but was a bit apprehensive because it is semi-permanent. I didn't know who to go to as I knew no one who had their eyebrows microbladed and everyone said they wanted to wait and see how it looked on me first. I was the guinea pig. LOL! I am sooooooo happy I found Casey! She has the best customer service ever! I contacted several other places and they were short, seemed rushed, or didn't respond at all. Casey contacted me back almost immediately and then called me to explain the entire process to me. She was able to get me booked ASAP. On the day of the procedure I was freaking out a little and she could tell this. She totally helped me calm down and reassured me it would look great. The procedure itself is not painless, but it isn't any different in my opinion than getting your eyebrows threaded once she has put the numbing cream on. Here is where I think Casey beats everyone else. The day after the procedure your eyebrows look DARK! I mean D-A-R-K!!!!! Of course she had warned me about this and told me they would fade, and of course I freaked out anyway. I texted her in a bit of a panic, and she continued to respond in the most professional way and reassure me that it would be fine and if I was still dissatisfied after they had healed she would do anything in her power to make me happy. I know I would not have been so patient had the roles been reversed. I had to reschedule my touch-up appointment very last minute because of a death in my family. Casey was more than understanding and was able to reschedule me the very next week. My brows look great! No one even knows they are "tatooed" on. If you want a fuller looking brow, but want it to look natural, you NEED to go see Casey... NOW! read more

Casey is both professional and personal. She knows her work but will also make u feel at ease during the process. I just did my 1st session of brow microblading with her and i already see how pretty they can get. Cant wait for the next session and have even fuller brows. The process of microblading was a wee bit painful because i have really sparse brow hair. She needed to do more strokes to achieve what we wanted. In the end, i know it will be worth it though. The pain may be better or worse for other people. Nonetheless, will definitely recommend this place! read more

I had been wanting to try microblading since I first heard about it several years ago, but I was scared to commit since it's semi-permanent. One of my friends got it done and her brows looked great! So I tried to setup an appointment with the lady who did her brows, but that lady was hard to get ahold of, so I started looking elsewhere and I finally stumbled upon Suite Lovely! I read through every review there was written about Suite Lovely and could not find one bad review, so I decided to setup an appointment! Setting up an appointment was so easy and hassle free because they are so responsive, which is a huge plus in my book! At my first appointment, Casey took her time to measure my face to make the perfect shape brows for my face shape and then she worked her magic! I went from having to spend 10-15 minutes every day shaping and filling in my brows and still being self-conscious about how they looked to being able to wake up every day loving my brows all because of Casey! It saves me so much time! My only regret is not getting it done earlier! I highly recommend Casey at Suite Lovely for microblading! read more

Casey is the best!! I came to her for microblading on my non-existent eyebrows. And when I say non-existent, I mean it literally. Years ago a couple bad waxing jobs and years of over plucking meant I was left with just a few hairs. Seriously. My confidence was shot. I HAD to have make up on them 24/7. I constantly worried about them throughout the day afraid somehow the "truth" would be exposed. Enter microblading and Casey. I first heard of microblading from by Kiss FM's Jenna and immediately began looking for a place. I came across Casey and the reviews of how she did such a great job and how patient, friendly, and comforting she is, I knew I found the right person. Now it's my turn to help someone else. Casey has given me my confidence back! I went from nothing to having brows again. I am no longer in a rush to put my brows on before someone sees me. I don't have constant anxiety about them throughout the day. Casey was so kind and supportive through this process that it made it just that much better. I definitely recommend her and microblading!!! It has changed my life in such a simple way!! read more

For anyone who is considering eyelash extensions, hit up Casey! She is fantastic! She uses high quality mink lashes and makes you feel comfortable throughout your session. I mean she literally has a leg pillow and even a blanket if you ever get cold! The session usually lasts anywhere from 1 hour to 2 hours, depending on if you're getting a full set/first time or your 2-week/3-week refills. I got my eyelash extensions for the first time with Casey and have been going in for my refills ever since! Whether you're wanting long, luscious lashes or fuller looking lashes Casey can do it all! Lashes usually last 2-4 weeks depending on how you take care of it. Casey is very professional with her appointments and super sweet! Overall worth it and I give it a 5 out of 5! read more

I recommend getting Extentions done by Casey. She'll make your visit worth while! Two big thumbs up. read more

I'm very impressed with Suite Lovely. Not only do they execute fantastic work and are very reasonably priced but their customer service is definitely a business role model. The techs and the owner (Casey Ta) are always so pleasant. I recently had a "lash emergency" (very important engagement the next day and by my own recognition, my lashes for one eye started to shred badly and I was in a moment of panic because I didn't want to show up at this engagement with only one fabulous eye!). The studio was booked solid but Casey was so sweet and courteous to work in me. The studio is also very clean, open and welcoming. Gives you a bit of a "homey" and relaxed feeling the moment you walk through the doors. Bottom line is that Casey truly cares about her customers and will do what she can to make sure you're satisfied. And that's the type of business I want to be a customer/client of. read more

I recently got my eyebrows done with Casey. The first time she was attentive and polite. I had to go a second time. I am 3 hours away from Dallas so this is not around the corner and I did let Casey know that. The first time my eyebrows faded bad, so I had to return a second time and Casey said it was rare but it happens. I told Casey I did not want to return a third time. It is expensive and the traveling also becomes expensive. I've been trying to reach her but no response. My eyebrows have scarcely faded. I sent Casey photos of the work she had done on my eyebrows. I am not a happy customer paying $800 and my eyebrows fading. Basically you are saying if someone is not satisfy with the work you have done on them, you will not try to correct or satisfy customer after you've been paid. Well it saddens me to know how you run your business. read more

I highly recommend Casey's work and service! I booked her to do make up for my wedding party back in March and she worked with my crazy schedule....she traveled all the way to my parents home and was there from 6am to 9am. She even squeezed in my aunts make up last minute. Everyone was pleased with her work. Additionally, I knew she started doing lash extensions and was one of her first clients! I've done them before in the past, but maintaining them has been tough with cost and finding time but I decided to try again with Casey. I absolutely loved the lash extensions she did for me and was addicted to come back because I loved not having to wear make up everyday with them and she was so flexible with my schedule and had reasonable rates. She made it easy for me to come back....and it's always fun seeing her because she has a great personality! read more
