I wish I could give a better rating because i actually liked how my lashes turned out . But the experience was just AWFUL Casey squeezed me in last minute before her flight out of town, which I was super grateful for. she informed me right off the bat she wouldn't be able to see me again due to her completely booked roster. So in all honesty I had no business going to her knowing I wouldn't be able to see her again, but I gave her a try anyway. As soon as I got there she just seemed rushed, & didn't take the time to actually give a warm welcome. I showed her a photo of what I wanted & she simply replied with. "I'll do my best". She then looked at my lashes & asked me what I did to them because they looked "absolutely wrecked" I told her nothing? I informed her that I go to the gym everyday and sweat, but also wash my lashes/face immediately after. The last set prior wasn't good & didn't stay on for more than 2 weeks, hence why I decided to try someone new. I tried to be nice & create small talk & she rudely said to me..... "Molly can you stop talking, your eyes are freaking out & our goal here is to do your lashes" I was confused. like OKAYYY, RUDE. She's really talk to her NEW client like this? Like who tf does she think she is she then proceeded to tell me how sparse, thin & broken my lashes were etc. I just felt talked down upon like I was a terrible lash client. When in reality I have been getting lashes for the last 8 years & have NEVER had any lash tech have any complaints like her On top of that she was just rough & not paying attention to detail. She POKED me at least 4 times & hurt my eye lid while she was pulling old lashes off. I flinched a few times because it seriously HURT and her response was.... NOTHING She simply sighed and said.... "I don't know what you did, but your old lashes are all stuck together. It's like the glue fused together" I'm laying there thinking I don't know? Isn't that your job to fix. I'm also a business owner myself & I was just appalled to see how she treated me as a business owner herself. it doesn't matter what industry you're in, unfortunately the customer experience determines EVERYTHING Like I said she had a flight to catch that day so I don't know if she was just super frazzled about that, and in a rush. But she should understand that I'm still a NEW CLIENT Regardless of what she has planned after this appointment. After this experience I definitely wouldn't come back or recommend. Casey at Suite Lovely has been doing my brows for about a year. I started with almost no brows. Never really had any. She gave me spectacular brows that opened up my eyes and minimized a slight difference between my two eyes. Then this week, Casey did my eyeliner and lips. Spectacular! The eyeliner looks soft, natural, and has a slight wing that I requested. It already looks crazy amazing and I just had it done yesterday. And my LIPS! Wow! Wow. If you're considering lip blushing, Suite Lovely is the best decision! My lips look natural, but so much more amazing than my normal lips, thanks to Casey. She told me what to expect, calmed my fears, and delivered impeccable results. The first appointment lasted about an hour. She first numbed my lips, then started on the outer edges and worked her way inward so I could get used to the sensation. I was mostly scared about the pain, but it turned out to simply be really uncomfortable, and nothing worse. She evened out my lips in areas where they were asymmetrical and filled in edges that had lost their natural pigment. She gave me perfectly shaped lips that were an enhancement and compliment to my natural shape. The downtime for healing was hardly anything - I ate a hamburger three hours after with no problem. My lips were swollen, but when I went out with friends later that night, everyone thought I had used a lip plumper and complimented me on the look, lol! I bought a salve that Casey recommended and used it religiously so my lips never got dry. By the fourth day, I had some light flaking and the color calmed down a bit. A week out and my lips felt completely normal, but looked stunning. I went back for a second round and it was way easier, my lips looked even more glamorous, and now I'm obsessed. I had been wanting to get my eyebrows microbladed for the longest time. I had asked friends for referrals and searched on the internet for the best person. I spent weeks looking for someone and finally landed on Casey's page on Yelp. She had nothing but super positive reviews and every one of her clients loved her beautiful work. Once I found her on Yelp, I of course went to Instagram to check out her work and I was extremely impressed with what I saw. Her work was beautiful!! I immediately contacted Casey for my first appointment. She was very responsive with my request for an appointment and was able to get me in on the day/time that worked for me. Not only did she text me, she also called me to talk about what to expect and where she was located. Her availability for communication is a HUGE plus in my book!! On the day of my first appointment, she contacted me a couple of hours in advance to let me know to arrive 15 mins early to do some prep work and to ask if I knew exactly where she was located. I got there and she was so friendly and sweet! Her suite is extremely clean and organized (so important to health and hygiene in this industry) and it was very welcoming. She is located in a great part of town and it is easy to find. The entire microblading procedure was relatively quick and also relatively painless (you get numbing cream put on 30 minutes before). She takes the time to measure your brows to achieve the PERFECT shape for your face and makes any adjustments to your liking. The color matches my brows perfectly and the shape is everything I've ever wished for. Although I naturally have great shaped brows, they are light and there isn't much hair. Every day I would have to take 10-15 minutes to shape and fill my brows. After my first appointment, I haven't had to touch my brows at all!! I can go out without makeup on and not be self-conscious about how I look. I go for my second appointment (touch up) in a couple of weeks and I can't wait to see how she can make them even more beautiful than they already are. I recently got my eyebrows done with Casey. The first time she was attentive and polite. I had to go a second time. I am 3 hours away from Dallas so this is not around the corner and I did let Casey know that. The first time my eyebrows faded bad, so I had to return a second time and Casey said it was rare but it happens. I told Casey I did not want to return a third time. It is expensive and the traveling also becomes expensive. I've been trying to reach her but no response. My eyebrows have scarcely faded. I sent Casey photos of the work she had done on my eyebrows. I am not a happy customer paying $800 and my eyebrows fading. Basically you are saying if someone is not satisfy with the work you have done on them, you will not try to correct or satisfy customer after you've been paid. If I could give Casey more stars I would. I was looking to get microblading done but was a bit apprehensive because it is semi-permanent. I didn't know who to go to as I knew no one who had their eyebrows microbladed and everyone said they wanted to wait and see how it looked on me first. I was the guinea pig. LOL! I am sooooooo happy I found Casey! She has the best customer service ever! I contacted several other places and they were short, seemed rushed, or didn't respond at all. Casey contacted me back almost immediately and then called me to explain the entire process to me. She was able to get me booked ASAP. On the day of the procedure I was freaking out a little and she could tell this. She totally helped me calm down and reassured me it would look great. The procedure itself is not painless, but it isn't any different in my opinion than getting your eyebrows threaded once she has put the numbing cream on. Here is where I think Casey beats everyone else. The day after the procedure your eyebrows look DARK! I mean D-A-R-K!!!!! Of course she had warned me about this and told me they would fade, and of course I freaked out anyway. I texted her in a bit of a panic, and she continued to respond in the most professional way and reassure me that it would be fine and if I was still dissatisfied after they had healed she would do anything in her power to make me happy. I know I would not have been so patient had the roles been reversed. I had to reschedule my touch-up appointment very last minute because of a death in my family.
