Sometimes they give you a little massage around the eyes, too! Cons: Inconsistent skills I suggest if you find someone you like to find out what days they work, so you get them every time. I've come maybe 5-6 times, serviced by 4 different staff. Only one of the staff has been a good fit for me so far, and others butchered my eyebrows. I don't expect eyebrows to look identical, but one comes out thick and other comes out thin, that just will not look right.

I decided to try this salon and booked with Libby, and I'm so glad I did! She really took the time to listen to what I was unhappy with about my previous cut, watched a short video I showed her of the style I was going for, and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted before she started. I have very thick hair, and Libby did a great job with the layering and texturing while still keeping the length I'm trying to grow out. And most importantly--she listened when I told her not to cut my bangs too short! I'm really happy with my updated cut and have already received several compliments.
