The room is tucked away in the back of the salon suites in the "quiet zone" so you have a lot of quiet and privacy. Her room is classy with bold mirrors, gorgeous teal and gray decor, and calming accent colors. At first thought you think her salon is an interior design studio! She leaves the room and allows you plenty of time to change and get settled. When she comes back in the does an in-depth analysis of your skin and recommends the best treatment. This isn't a one-time deal, she does this for every facial ensuring you get the quality and care your skin needs and deserves. While you're getting your facial she does a multitude of treatments. While you're getting a mask she also does a massage on your hands and feet. So not only is she a skin care goddess, she's also well equipped in the massage game! Your hands and feet feel amazing after she's done with your massage, all while your mask sets. I could rave about Lindsay for a few more paragraphs but I will end with this: she also checks in to make sure you and your skin are doing well. After each treatment, the facialist would excuse himself to go to a back room. After a while I would open my eyes and wonder where this person went. Then about 30 minutes into this stop and go treatment, the facialist puts a cooling mask on me says he has to go wash dishes and will be back again. Let's play this through. He's about to go wash dirty dishes of some kind and then come back and touch my face? I don't think so. Further, if I wanted a 20 minute mask treatment, I can do that at home. I come to facial appointments for the skin manipulation, massage, steam, serums, etc. not for a person to spend the majority of the appointment in a back room while I'm out marinating in a bull pen. It's clear by the empty room that this sentiment must be shared by others.
