Came in for a trim on my over grown Frida Khalo unibrow. I mentally braced myself for the incoming pain from the hair removal on the end of the brow....let me tell you!!! She has the lightest hand ever. Not only did she perfectly shape my eyebrows...she perfectly designed that funky part of my eyebrow where it just shoots hair in all different ways. Heba is an experienced "brow-tician" with carefully light hands that did not make me sweat from pain and swell from soo much hair. I will definitely come back! read more

I was a bit hesitant to go to a new eye brow lady as I had been going to mine for years back in FL. But I must say, HIGHLY recommend Heba. I made an appt with her for 5:30 and due to pouring rain, I made it to her place at 5:50 and she was beyond nice about it. Typical at home business service!!! Rude unprofessional communication. Cancels bookings, then cancels the new booking that they made because they accidentally double booked. Doesn't even send a new confirmation schedule for the original appt they have now said you could have. Then the day before said appt expects you to respond within 2 hours to confirm through fb messenger and because you haven't seen it, BECAUSE PEOPLE have lives!!!! Cancels the booking. Completely unapologetic, unreasonable. read more

Absolutely PHENOMENAL brows, and super flexible on timing. Get my threading done here fairly regularly and not only does she get it right immediately after the first time I told her what I like getting done, but it's also not painful at all. I always want just a cleanup done, which is always great, and she never makes my eyebrows thinner than what they are. I'm sure she would if someone asked but I like keeping volume and I never have to worry about them coming out too thin. Could not recommend more!! read more

I'm obsessed with Brows By Heba! I've been seeing her for close to 2 years now. She recently took an extended trip. Which left me to try out some of the other brow threading studios in the area. None of them compare to Heba. She's quick, personable, & consistent. Traits that I found other business were lacking. I'm very picky & have brows that kinda have a mind of there own. I always leave Brows By Heba feeling like a new human, with perfect brows ;)She's responsibly priced & has the perfect little studio set up in her home. Located near the Intel Ronler campus. BEST BROWS EVER! Funny how I met Heba. I was in an uber and the drivers eyebrows were perfect; I asked her where she got them done and she told me Heba did them! I am flexible and work around most schedules. I open later then most, to get the clients who work later then normal business hours in. I am the after hour brow specialist! :-)

I started back in high school and since then my clients have started to grow and are now more like friends than clients. I love what I do, although it’s not my main job I still find time to do it. Mixed experience: skilled brows, awkward process…read more I read a lot of reviews before trying a new place, and this one had a very consistent theme: great results, not-so-great hospitality, and a bit of a strange vibe. I figured I was just going in for an eyebrow cleanup, so I could live with that. The location is in a street-mall style complex with a bunch of beauty suites. Parking is super easy, which I appreciated. The area itself isn't particularly well kept and feels more open, almost like a market-style setup--but that was pretty much what I expected based on the reviews. Before heading over, I called to ask about availability since I'm used to appointment-only systems (especially after living in CA and NYC). The phone interaction was... odd. I was asked how far away I was, told to call when I arrived, then to text my name. It worked, but it felt a little disorganized. For clarity: this is appointment-only, even if that's not super obvious online--definitely book ahead. Once inside, things moved very fast. I was immediately told to get in the chair, but there wasn't much interest in discussing brow shape or goals. I tried to show reference photos (of my own brows from before), but they were brushed off with "it's different for everyone" and "I know what I'm doing." No photos were really looked at. The service itself was quick, but very curt. No warmth, no consultation, very "next step, next step." I didn't love the initial result and asked for revisions. I had to be extremely specific and insist on showing my reference before continuing. By that point, some of the damage was already done, but the final result ended up being okay. The price was $15, which felt reasonable and comparable to what I've paid elsewhere. I do think she's skilled, and she even mentioned that next time would be much better--which I believe. It feels like she knows what she's doing, but doesn't enjoy listening or collaborating, especially with new clients. Bottom line: Good technical skill, fast service, very rough around the edges. If you're confident, very specific, and already know her style, you'll probably be happy. As a first-time client, though, it's a challenging experience. Go in knowing exactly what you want--and be prepared to speak up.

The price hasn't changed much over all of these years, still really cheap. Now, the variability- the employees may change and you may get someone who doesn't do threading of eyebrows evenly. After all of these years only one employee has done my eyebrows wrong and didn't go back for a while. Other than that everyone has done a great job at making my eyebrows even! My technician, Tia, started my appointment right on time. She was quiet but checked in with me to make sure she understood what I wanted. While the service itself wasn't bad, there wasn't anything that stood out. At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Since my nails were completely dry when I departed, I believe those issues should have been caught before the service was finished. For me, the overall experience wasn't worth the drive or the price I paid. The video of my nails tells the story better than this caption ever could. That said, based on my interaction with Honey, I genuinely believe booking with her could result in a different experience. She made a great first impression, and if I were to return, I would specifically request an appointment with her.

Yet I was ok. I was trusting them and the process. I made my next 2 appts at that time. The second visit took just as long if not longer. I had plans but was not able to keep them as they were because the appt took so long. I never got the chance to go to the third appt which I made two months prior and had planned right before a vacation. They sent a text the day before asking if it was ok to move my appt to a new tine. I declined because again I had plans for that day. They then sent multiple confusing texts asking me to change my appt time which I didn't understand when they originally asked and I declined. They finally called and confirmed my original appt. They then sent a text on the day of my appt two hours before to say the tech had the flu and they would have to reschedule me and gave me 5 or so random appt choices during the morning hours as if I don't work. So very unprofessional. If you value your time do not waste it on this establishment. I overlooked the contract, the high prices and the long timeframe for the service but I will not compromise on how I am treated. I will never go back and I encourage you to not waste your time or money with this establishment either. Value yourself, your time and your money!

Heba was amazing! My eyebrow's have been struggling to grow back and it feels like I would never be able to find someone who can work with what I have. I told her I wanted to keep as much of my eyebrows as I could due to the slow growth and she was able to clean them up and tint them exactly as I requested. Great experience!! I called during the week aiming for a weekend slot, which she did have, but she was also ready to fit me in that same day! Super sweet and super knowledgeable. I was able to see Heba soon after reqesting an appointment. She was very helpful and professional. Most importantly, her work is wonderful! She is really good at her work.
