Came in for a trim on my over grown Frida Khalo unibrow. I mentally braced myself for the incoming pain from the hair removal on the end of the brow....let me tell you!!! She has the lightest hand ever. Not only did she perfectly shape my eyebrows...she perfectly designed that funky part of my eyebrow where it just shoots hair in all different ways. Heba is an experienced "brow-tician" with carefully light hands that did not make me sweat from pain and swell from soo much hair. I will definitely come back! read more

I was a bit hesitant to go to a new eye brow lady as I had been going to mine for years back in FL. But I must say, HIGHLY recommend Heba. I made an appt with her for 5:30 and due to pouring rain, I made it to her place at 5:50 and she was beyond nice about it. Not only did she do an amazing job with my eye brows but her salon area was also very clean and professional. Safe to say I will be back! read more

Typical at home business service!!! Rude unprofessional communication. Cancels bookings, then cancels the new booking that they made because they accidentally double booked. Doesn't even send a new confirmation schedule for the original appt they have now said you could have. Then the day before said appt expects you to respond within 2 hours to confirm through fb messenger and because you haven't seen it, BECAUSE PEOPLE have lives!!!! Cancels the booking. Completely unapologetic, unreasonable. read more

Absolutely PHENOMENAL brows, and super flexible on timing. Get my threading done here fairly regularly and not only does she get it right immediately after the first time I told her what I like getting done, but it's also not painful at all. I always want just a cleanup done, which is always great, and she never makes my eyebrows thinner than what they are. I'm sure she would if someone asked but I like keeping volume and I never have to worry about them coming out too thin. Could not recommend more!! read more

I'm obsessed with Brows By Heba! I've been seeing her for close to 2 years now. She recently took an extended trip. Which left me to try out some of the other brow threading studios in the area. None of them compare to Heba. She's quick, personable, & consistent. Traits that I found other business were lacking. I'm very picky & have brows that kinda have a mind of there own. BEST BROWS EVER! Funny how I met Heba. I was in an uber and the drivers eyebrows were perfect; I asked her where she got them done and she told me Heba did them! Appointment only services makes for a better experience. Unlike other salons, you will not feel rushed when getting threaded. You will have my full attention for all the services. I am flexible and work around most schedules. I open later then most, to get the clients who work later then normal business hours in. I am the after hour brow specialist! :-)

Established in 2008.

I started back in high school and since then my clients have started to grow and are now more like friends than clients. I love what I do, although it’s not my main job I still find time to do it. I just moved into Dallas Tx and would love to build my business and creat a wonderful clientele. I work from home and work by appointment only. Thank you for your trust! Long story short, this ended up being a great experience. I had "Q" who did a fantastic job. When I say she did a great job, I mean, she was inspecting each one of my toe nails like a jeweler inspecting a diamond. She actually scrubbed the rough spots on my feet and took time to make sure the polish was on perfectly. Even though there were a few people in the shop, I did not once feel rushed or uncomfortable. Plus, one of the employees had her kid there who was seriously one of the cutest freakin kids I've ever seen running around offering me Ritz crackers. If you're in the area, come give these ladies some support. I was very impressed and will be back!

They will charge me if I am late but give 15% off if they are late as well. First appt was ok but they were late. I had to wait about 15 or 20 min. The appt for hard gel I had took 3 hours! Yet I was ok. I was trusting them and the process. I made my next 2 appts at that time. The second visit took just as long if not longer. I had plans but was not able to keep them as they were because the appt took so long. I never got the chance to go to the third appt which I made two months prior and had planned right before a vacation. They sent a text the day before asking if it was ok to move my appt to a new tine. I declined because again I had plans for that day. They then sent multiple confusing texts asking me to change my appt time which I didn't understand when they originally asked and I declined. They finally called and confirmed my original appt. They then sent a text on the day of my appt two hours before to say the tech had the flu and they would have to reschedule me and gave me 5 or so random appt choices during the morning hours as if I don't work. So very unprofessional. If you value your time do not waste it on this establishment. I overlooked the contract, the high prices and the long timeframe for the service but I will not compromise on how I am treated. I will never go back and I encourage you to not waste your time or money with this establishment either. Value yourself, your time and your money!
