Had an 8:00 am appointment on a Saturday. Showed up to the Richardson location only to discover that I scheduled the appointment for another location and was unable to make it there in time to be serviced. It was a big day for my daughter and this was her first sugaring experience. Worried that I'd royally screwed up, Kai came to the rescue and took great care of us. She understood my dilemma and managed to squeeze my daughter in as well as cancel the other appointment. She was very kind, professional, patient and comforting towards my daughter which made for a great 1st time experience. Both my daughter and I were thankful and we left happy and well cared for. I've been going to Sugaring NYC for a while now, and every visit has been amazing! The place is very clean and fresh, and it has a welcoming and cute atmosphere. The service is fantastic, and all the staff are super friendly and attentive. Kaira is amazing! She's so confident and secure in herself, and just there for a good time. She makes me feel welcomed and comfortable--she's real fast and efficient, easy to talk to, funny, and laid-back. She feels like a big sister and a true girls' girl. I love this place! I started going to the location in Manhattan when I lived in NY. When I moved to Dallas last year, I found the Richardson location literally 10 min from my house and was super excited. I retained my membership and I started with one wax professional, went to her once or twice then started going to Kai. Kai is the BEST ! Since I switched to her for my wax, I have not switched up. I strictly book with Kai and will even wait until she's available if I have to. She will talk you through the tough parts , assure your comfort and just does an outstanding job. The place has a great atmosphere and quite comfortable! I saw Ashleigh for the Keratin lash lift. I was very impressed with the process and the ease with which it's done. I'm a senior woman and not accustomed to getting my lashes done this was the first time. My lashes are short and have some gray strains. Ashleigh relaxed, lifted them up and open; and took care of the gray strains all this with natural products( water, lemon, and sugar. I can see my eyes better now that my blinds are opened!!
