I definitely was charged for a full set only to loose half of them on the way home and the other half overnight! Let's not forget about the new "bonding" serum she used which felt like she stuck a torch directly in my eye! The next day we exchanged a few text messages and she said she would refund me my money. Well it's the day before Christmas Eve, she ended up blocking me on her cell phone and never returned any of my calls. Keep in mind I never lost my temper... I was actually in tears because she took away something I wanted for the holidays! Jennifer is very unprofessional, is cold hearted and untrustworthy! Speeding through to the after and roughly 3 hours after; I'm finding grief that has been left on my eyes, there are areas of tint that were not removed, and my eyes are still sensitive. First impressions can be the most important aspect of any customer service area, but it blew most trust out of the water with Kaitlyn. With this being my first eyelash lift and tint, I thought I as a customer would have been more important that whatever conversation was with her friend.
