First impressions can be the most important aspect of any customer service area, but it blew most trust out of the water with Kaitlyn. With this being my first eyelash lift and tint, I thought I as a customer would have been more important that whatever conversation was with her friend. Sheetal (the spa owner) and Sandra were highly cognizant that I needed to get going by a certain time. They so graciously threw in a complimentary Paraffin treatment and wonderful foot massage to make up for the inconvenience and even with the extra service on top of the already amazing package I had purchased I was still out the door at the time I needed to be. A wonderful place to go and escape for a couple hours, even the extractions weren't too bad ;) Extremely thorough facial with superb evaluation of my skin's condition.
