What made the experience even more frustrating was that once it became clear I wasn't ready to pay the deposit without additional information, communication essentially stopped. Rather than addressing my concerns or answering my questions, I was ghosted. The entire interaction felt more focused on securing a deposit than helping a potential customer make an informed decision. Maybe their services are great, but based on my experience, customer communication and transparency during the inquiry process were disappointing.

When I chose to follow the instructions I had previously been given, I felt that my concerns and preferences were not respected. What ultimately bothered me most was learning that personal comments about me were later shared with another client. Regardless of any disagreement about treatment, I believe clients should be treated professionally and not discussed with other customers.
