I got the 60min zero gravity package for Mother's Day, and I told my husband I want to do this every Mother's Day forever more The massage chair is incredible - I love how it leaned back all the way and pressure massaged my arms, legs, and feet as well (I selected "light" pressure which was plenty for me!) Anna had such a gentle, relaxing touch- from the way she turned my head size to side to the massage at the end. I will request her again in the future! My only request would be for the music to be played louder - there were people talking nearby (I think they were getting a group treatment or something) and since the place is so small, I could hear every word. Come in groups when you reserve this place because you a bit more off. We got a 25% discount because there were 5 of us for this spa. It's really cool here because they'll take pictures of your scalp and tell you what issues they'll focus on. Our group had a mixture of oily hair, to scalp buildup, & dry skin. It's was really cool to see the before and after photos when we were done. The massage beds are pretty comfortable and helped A LOT with my back pain. Best head spa Definitely recommend I need to go back they left my hair and scalp so clean my hair was so smooth

I booked this after seeing it recommended on social media and went it without much expectation. First, they do a scan/photo of your scalp. As you can see in the before, there's a lot of oil and build up from products I've used throughout the years. I always assumed I had a dry scalp because I have dry skin but turns out, my scalp isn't dry- but oily so I've been using the wrong products my entire life. Then you're taken to this darken section with zero gravity massage chairs. The scalp treatment feels very relaxing with the sounds and the water. You get a free sheet mask treatment with it as well so it was a treat yourself day. Afterwards, they do a simple blow dry of your hair. Sometimes your shirt is wet so they'll use the Dyson to dry it off. The blowout isn't really a real blowout. It's just dry your hair with the Dyson and then brush it out. Wish I lived in Dallas so I could do this more often. Also it's one of the more affordable options compared to New York and LA. read more

Recommend this place: Yes Service: 1 hour Head Spa I am giving this review off my first experience that I just had. I had read many reviews from others. Good and bad. Yelp and Google. I will say that I was pretty prep for what I may encounter here. I called in the morning for a very last minute appointment to see if I was able to fit in today. They had scheduled me at 4PM. Before I left the house, I got a call that they were running behind and asked if it was okay to move my appointment to 5PM. I was very accommodating cause I didn't have anything planned for the day and plus I was the one that requested the last minute appointment. They even pushed their place to be open longer to accommodate for the extra time. I like the honesty. 5 minutes: Once I was there, I filled out a quick form that ask a few simple questions. I think they had taken customers experience into consideration cause some of the reviews about massage chair being on hard and hair extensions getting taken out was all something that you can fill out in advance. I signed up for the 1 hour head spa, selected medium for massage, and I don't have hair extensions so it was all good. I think there was something about make up as well. I arrived early so filling this out didn't take too much of my time. 3-5 Minutes: Then after I filled out the form, sweet Emily took some before pictures of my scalp condition. Explained to me how certain areas is a bit oily or where it's dry and have build up or a bit of dandruff. I could see it all in the picture and I love that she explained it. She even double check one more time if I was wearing makeup before seating me on the massage chair. Also, they did take into consideration of privacy from another review I read and so I give kudos to that improvement. About 40 minutes: Took around 3-5 minutes to set but as soon as you're in the chair, the complimentary massage starts. It is full body. For someone who can handle most pains, I can tell that the pressure may be a bit strong for some. I recommend light for those that are sensitive. I was offered a blanket and I accepted. After I'm settled, Emily started the head massage with some essential oils. Very relaxing. Then there's like 5-10 minute head steaming process. Emily checked on me to make sure it wasn't too hot. Then afterwards, it's the shampoo (twice) and conditioner while giving full head massage. My favorite part. I will say that if you are going out right afterwards, watch out for top getting wet. My recommendation for them is to add a towel around the neck so the costumer's clothes don't get wet. Emily was very good at keep my clothes mostly dry. A bit of my collar or back was a bit wet but it dry up pretty quick when she was blow drying my hair. 5 minutes: After my hair was washed, I got up from the massage chair and head towards the chairs with mirrors for the blow out. Before we did that, Emily took the after pictures and compared them for me. It was very cool to see the difference. She even helped me take the photo attached. I was given a short neck and upper shoulder massage. 10 minutes: There was a few hair products that was sprayed into my hair. Emily made sure to show me and confirm that I was okay in putting then on. Then I got my blow-out. Emily even asked if it was dry enough. I really love her customer service. Would I be coming back? Yes I probably can't go every week or once a month like I wish I could. But I might be able to go back once every other month. read more

I felt amazing after coming here and even though it's almost an hr drive from me, I'll def keep it in my feel-good, self-care routine. We [me + 4 other girlfriends] came here on a Wednesday afternoon and the process was seamless, plus, we each got XX% off (I forgot how much it was) for first time clients; the price was already very reasonable but the discount was a bonus. They scan your head first which is very interesting, then you go lay flat in a full body massage chair, but don't worry, they don't get any water up your nose. Maybe it was just be but for us shorties [5'2" and below lol] you might be cautious at the end of the treatment and the massage legs are going back down to their upright position. The 60 minute treatment includes a bunch of treatments on your scalp/hair, neck massage I think [yeah, I sat on this review for that long], and a mini facial with mask - I wouldn't suggest coming here after a fresh set of lashes but they do brush them out for you at the end. After you're done, they scan your fresh scalp again and amazing! You finish with a blowout - Dyson hair tools, nothing but the best right haha read more

Tracy was amazing! First time here at this spa in Garland. I've seen this on TickTock and wanted to go and check it out. I had a hydro facial and 60 minute hair spa treatment and it was amazing! The facial was one of the top facials I have received and I usually do facials each month. I even fell asleep for a bit. And then the hair spa was also relaxing. I was in a massage chair that laid all the way back so she could do my hair and she gave me a scalp massage for 30 minutes or so. First time for that and probably won't be the last. OMG! So they bestie saw this video on tiktok about a girl getting her hair washed and massaged at a Head Spa! So he tells me let's do this we looked around our home cities and and near cities and nothing! I stay in Fort Worth and he stays in Mansfield so of course we searched the mid cities area, Saginaw, lake worth, Dallas and Plano but we found one in Richardson! So we go on the website and they had a special 2 for $128 or 1 for a 60 minute session for $85 and a 30 minute is $45! So we got the special which only made sense! Of course it's by appointment and they require a deposit as well. We head on over and they do a Before & After scan of your scalp and show you how greasy your scalp is. Then they ask you to lay down on a massage chair that massages you from your shoulders down to your feet, and like I said it's an hour, 60 minutes! She began to wash my hair and massage it as the water ran through it and began to add the hair product and lathered it in. Every time she lathered my hair and washed it she massaged my scalp and neck! I'm assuming 30 minutes in she lets my hair run on water and adds something that made my scalp feel fresh! As that's going on she is massaging my face and adding a facial scrub. I did have an option in the start which I forgot to mention. The facials were option A- for sensitive skin option B- was for oily face and option C- was to brighten your face. Of course I chose option A. Once she scrubbed my face she added something to it that she massaged in and then added the mask. She let the mask sit for 15 minutes as she went on ahead and placed a warm towel on my face over the mask! As all this is going on my body is getting a full massage! She then starts to lather something in my hair and gives me a scalp scrub and uses a scalp massager and some sort of want that moved my hair around. Then she stopped and removed the facial and washed my face and with the towel removed the remaining of the facial. Shen then added something to my scalp that felt like minty and left my scalp fresh. Once done she goes back and blows dry your hair and scans your scalp again and compares it from the first initial picture. Let me tell you it was a major difference! I was pleasantly surprised by this place. A friend of mine from Miami recommended scalp treatments so I found this one near me. The outdoor area is not promising and when you walk inside, it seems really cramped. I'll say, though, that they make good use of every square inch they have inside. The scalp treatment started with a scalp analysis which included video/photos you could see as it was happening. The treatment also included a facial, neck/shoulder massage. Annie provided my scalp treatment and she was amazing! I definitely would discourage anyone from judging this place by its outward appearance. Seeing what my scalp looked like in the analysis before the head spa was also very interesting. My scalp definitely looks and feels better after an hour in Tracy's hands! The ambience of the place was also very relaxing and dark. They also sell a lot of different products that address whatever your scalp needs. For example, I have dry and itchy scalp, so I got a tonic that caters to those issues from a Korean brand, Mrs. Moon's Recipe. Writing this review as soon as my service was completed because I am so satisfied with the service. I made the appointment very last minute (about 2 hours before I wanted to come in) and the staff was very accommodating and responded quickly to my messages. When I showed up they made me fill out a quick questionnaire form regarding any medication I was taking and what issues I was having with my skin, after filling it out I was led to the room where the facial would be done. Originally I was going to get the detox facial, as it seemed to be the one that would help most based on what I read on their website, but the person who did my facial (Tracy) read the form that I filled out and suggested the Hydra Facial instead, as I wrote down that I had very dry skin and lots of black heads on my nose. She described what each of their facial did and how long they were and let me decide based on that information, I went with the Hydra facial and I am glad I did! I have never been more relaxed and my face feels amazing! Tracy was absolutely wonderful and she worked her magic! She did a wonderful job on the facial and also an amazing job on the face, neck and arm massage! This place was great. If you are coming here to get the experience of the scalp evaluation and cleanse you will be 100% satisfied. I enjoyed it throughly. The Facial was decent but if you have had a facial before this is really just a quick cleanse of the face and than a mask put on you. I am knocking One star just because they blow dry your hair for you and have real no experience with hair at all unless it's super thin and it was obvious not that I expected much but my hair was blown up with them trying to dry it and I wish they just left it alone even if it was wet because I have thick curly hair so it just made it worse. They did not really clean out the brushes or blow dryer heads so that's something to be mindful of. But scalp experience 100%. read more
