My post is about the Hennas east of 75 next to a dry cleaners, not the Hennas west of 75 by Alamo Drafthouse. I have been coming here since a teenager (so 20ish years now). It still looks exactly the same. The location is very old, dated, never remodeled, but I love it! The owner is there every single time I have been there for all of these years. The price hasn't changed much over all of these years, still really cheap. Now, the variability- the employees may change and you may get someone who doesn't do threading of eyebrows evenly. After all of these years only one employee has done my eyebrows wrong and didn't go back for a while. Other than that everyone has done a great job at making my eyebrows even! Well it's the day before Christmas Eve, she ended up blocking me on her cell phone and never returned any of my calls. Keep in mind I never lost my temper... First impressions can be the most important aspect of any customer service area, but it blew most trust out of the water with Kaitlyn. With this being my first eyelash lift and tint, I thought I as a customer would have been more important that whatever conversation was with her friend.
