I'm extremely picky about my nail shape, and he is sooooo meticulous every single time. He listens, he perfects, and he always delivers nails that make me feel confident and excited to show them off. There isn't a single design he can't pull off. Tommy does my feet, and I absolutely adore this woman. She is incredible at what she does and keeps me laughing the entire appointment. I'm super ticklish, yet she somehow manages to get every bit of dead skin off while still making the whole experience enjoyable. After all this time, these two feel like family. I came in to get acrylic nails and a French tip pedicure for my birthday, and unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the results. My acrylic nails were crooked and not shaped evenly (I asked for almond shaped) and the French tips on my toes had uneven, messy lines. Just seemed like they were in a hurry to finish. Since I don't get my nails done often, this was something special for me, so I called the salon hoping they would be willing to fix the issues. While they did agree to fix my nails, I was still charged, which was frustrating given the original service wasn't done properly. Even more disappointing, they only fixed my nails and not my toes, which were also part of the problem and also no apology from them at all. I originally payed $94 and then when I came back, they made me pay $58. Overall, the experience left me feeling let down, especially for a birthday. I won't be returning, but I hope this feedback helps improve the quality and consistency of services for future customers.

The owner himself was a bad experience, repairing a day old chip with the wrong color, insisting it was the same color. He actually told me this. He told me the color had changed over the night. I was speechless, what could I say? So I go in today. Not too busy. But apparently I was sitting next to a favorite client who is getting very pampered and special treatment. Fine OK I get it. She may have been a very loyal customer. I waited over an hour and a half for Sara to do my toes. She had done my toes before. Unfortunately, she went to heat up the water and poured scalding water onto one of my feet. SCALDING. HOT. She apologized profusely after I literally screamed and everybody in the place looked at me and her completely shocked. I didn't see her coming. She kept saying oh, he must've just been surprised. Three times I had to follow this with, no, the water was hot!? I may be blonde, but I'm not stupid. She pointed to a machine and said that she was so sorry she didn't realize the water that came out of this giant metal machine was so hot because she had gloves on and she couldn't feel much in her hands anymore. I'm sorry, but I sure felt it!?. This was followed by Five of her request for me to confirm that I was OK. What was I going to say?? If you've ever been burned by hot water before you know that it hurts for a minute or two and then goes away. It still doesn't take away the fact that you were scalded!? I felt like she did a somewhat rushed job on my "DELUXE" pedicure as the place was now getting busy. Granted, I waited over an hour and a half for my turn. I don't know about you but when I get told how beautiful my nails are how nice my feet feel 100 times during my pedicure or manicure from the person who was doing the work, it gets annoying. I feel like I am getting played. Word to nail establishments ....we have our own brains. LOL BACK TO THIS RELAXING $60 TREATMENT. SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO CUT MY TOE WITH HER TOOLS. IT DID NOT DRAW BLOOD, BUT I ALMOST JUMPED OUT OF MY CHAIR AT LEAST THREE TIMES. SHE KEPT SAYING IT WAS NECESSARY--THAT SHE HAD TO GET SOMETHING OUT OF MY NAIL BED. THERE WAS NOTHING THERE. Sorry for the use of all caps not intentional and I don't feel like retyping, but I did want to get a word out. So when I was checking out, I was astonished. They offered me no discount. You would think they would've said no charge. Oh well, there are plenty of other places to go. I did also want to say that a black gentleman walked in. He was never acknowledged. He walked to the back and sat there for somebody to do his nails. After approximately 40 minutes, he stood up and left the establishment. There were two women who worked here who said something in another language, and then giggled after he walked out. UnbeLIEVable I don't blame him for leaving!!!...he's probably lucky. I watched at least half a dozen people come in after me and get a full service and get to go on with their day while I had the longest experience. The person doing my nails wiped her nose with her arm or hand every few minutes before touching my hand again. I do understand that it could just be seasonal allergies, but since the service requires lots of skin to skin contact I didn't love that. She was very friendly, but took two and a half hours to do three basic coats of paint on my hands and toes. Now I know what you're thinking - I thought you said you were there for nearly 3 hours? I was. She was drying my nails with a small portable fan that looked like it came from the dollar store. I saw the standard heat lamp station behind her, but no patrons were asked to use it. She then told me I was all set and I told her I didn't think my hands were dry. She touched a finger and said they were. Trusting her judgement, I walked over to pay and got out my wallet. I then walked out the door, looked at my nails, and turned around to walk right back in. My left hand was completely smudged off. She said she'd fix it and repainted my entire left hand. She then sat the little fan next to me for 2 minutes and told me it was probably dry and to "just be careful driving home". I told her I was left handed and knew they weren't dry, but the rest of the staff were waiting with their belongings to leave since the business was now past closing. I sat in my car drying my hands at the air vents, crying because I just spent three hours trying to do something nice for myself and it was such a bad time. She was apparently parked next to me, because I saw her get in her car. She saw me and said "just be careful!" through the window. They smudged again by the time I got home. If you're looking for the viral Cajun shrimp Opi color, they have it - but depending who you get to work on your nails you'll only see it for the length of a Martin Scorcese movie before it peels off and you're allowed to leave.
