This location is under new management so this review is for the new managers - Tracy has been doing my nails for almost 2 years and always does an amazing job!!! I was thrilled when she let me know that she and her husband were moving locations so they could open their own nail spa - and even closer to my house! ;) Yes they are both fantastic! One of my recent nail looks was for a vacation and the palm tree design they did lasted through all the beach days and came back looking just as good as when I left. Decided to try a new nail shop close by and saw that they were running a grand opening special. I had Leena on my nails was extremely satisfied with the neatness and shape of my nails!! She was very friendly and nice and has a client from here on out. I also had Kelly for pedicure and was super fast and did a great job as well. Ruined my natural nails. I went here for a good 3 months straight and actually thought I found a salon I loved and close to home but I was wrong. I get gel on my natural nails because of work, I also get short nails. The last experience I had with "Heyley" is the reason I will not be returning. The whole manicure she was not understanding what I was asking for. I wanted the old gel removed from my nails and a new color applied. One of my nails had broken so I asked if she could put a tip on only one to make them even with the rest of my nails. My nails were still short but the one that broke was obviously shorter than the rest. I also had a rounded oval shape to my nails I wanted on the broken nail too with a tip. She did not understand and had to ask multiple peoples help. I understand there's a language barrier and I did not care that she needed help with translation but she still would not do what I was asking. Every time I would say something she seemed annoyed I was correcting her but she wasn't doing what I was asking for. I do not mind explaining better what I'm asking for but she seemed annoyed every time. I'm not the type to sit there with my mouth shut and let them do whatever they want when I know what I'm asking for and it was not what she was doing. It was a sub par manicure compared to the rest I've gotten here. However my pedicure was still great, hence the 2 stars vs 0 stars. To top it off I went out of town two days after this experience and my nails did not last a week. They have a policy that they will fix for free in the first week but I was not in town so I couldn't get it fixed. It's been some weeks now and all my natural nails are brittle and weak and never have been this bad after only a gel manicure. Not sure if the lady was qualified to do gel manicures but she did a terrible job. Ask for anyone else if you want a decent manicure but I won't be returning after this. read more

All the staff members are friendly and courteous. I went for the first time and miss Lee did my nails. She was friendly and I've never had someone take such good care of my nails. She took extra time and paid attention to detail. She did the best arm and hand massage I've ever had and took her time. Usually the massages are quick and short. Also affordable! This is not a good business for nails. I made an appointment to retouch my nails since I knew it was busy as it was Mother's Day. They kept putting me off to work on new customers for over an hour! As a returning customer, it was the worse experience. The crew kept telling me only a certain tech could touch up my nails which is utter malarkey. I will not be returning EVER. When the tech finally got to me & an 1.5 LATER THAN MY APPOINTMENT, she quickly completed my nails. It took LONGER TO WAIT than my actual procedure. This is not a good business for nails. read more
