I recently visited Oasis Nail Spa to get gel nails done for my vacation. Just three days later, the gel started peeling off, which was incredibly frustrating as I got them done specifically for my trip. When I called to address the issue, I was told that it was my nails' fault, not their service. I find this hard to believe, as I've had gel nails done at other places without any problems. If I had known they couldn't apply gel properly, I would have opted for regular paint and saved myself a lot of money. Gel paint should last up to three weeks, not three days. Absolutely loved it! Was recommended by my college roomie. Katie was so precise and diligent with her work. So proud of the outcome of my nails. Update after my second visit: I was unable to work with Katie today, and unsure of the name of the woman who did my nails today. I called this morning and asked if it was okay if I came in at 6 to get my nails off and redone and they told me 6 was good. I showed up 20 mins early and they started to soak my old nails and remove them. I'm so glad they soaked and drilled rather than how some salons will use a nail tip to pry the nail off. All was well until I started to fully inspect my nails. They seem sloppily done. Bumpy and uneven. Possibly could be because I finished at 7:09 and they closed at 7. But why tell me I can come in at 6 if you are going to rush to be out by close? Very sad with the outcome of my nails today :( read more

My mom and I stopped by as a coworker said this was a great nail salon. The salon was extremely clean which is a plus. We were the only customers there at 11am! I am now under the care of a doctor for an awful nail fungus I got from this place. And yes I know it came from here. My once strong nails are no more. I could have lost my entire nails. The lady starts my nails and I wasn't paying attention, five minutes pass by and now I have orange nails. Back again to Oasis and all I can say is AMAZING! I always like to jump around and try different nail salons in the area and always find myself coming back to Oasis and they never disappoint. Recently came in for a nexgen French and the sachse pedicure for a total of $93. The sachse pedicure comes with all the classic pedicure cleanings plus an awesome scrub and a hot stone massage that feels OMG good. My nails came out perfectly filed coffin shaped and perfected that I always find myself oogling over them. I don't remember the technicians names but they both did an awesome job and took their times to make my nails looks good. Will definitely be back for all my nail and pampering needs. read more

Came here for a manicure and pedicure to get ready for the 4th of July and love my nails! I'd give 5 stars but I do have a few imperfections, but they're so small probably only I will notice, and the price was $98 (kind of steep for me). This was my 2nd visit and I will be back :D Originally gave 4 stars but I'm taking that back. I will not return here. Had these nails done on Saturday, June 30th. Tuesday, July 3rd, while I'm showering getting ready to go out of town my thumb nail completely just popped off. I called Oasis and they said to come in and they'd fix it. So I came in, with my family waiting on me to go out of town, and they fixed the nail. I expressed my concern for the other nails popping off while I'm out of town and they told me to come in again if another breaks while I'm away. When they repaired my thumb they didn't dip it into the nexgen color as many times as the others and it's obviously a shade lighter. The very next day my pinky and my middle finger popped off. So I ended up removing the nails, that I had spent $98 on (before my $20 tip), and they only lasted 4 days. Now the few imperfections that hadn't bothered me are really bothering me. They didn't trim my cuticles, the nexgen nails were the thickest I've ever had, sides of the nails were missing color. I read other reviews before I came in for my 2nd time (other people having nails pop off) but I disregarded their review because I'd been here before and loved the quality. I wish my 4th of July nails lasted through the 4th of July. It's a shame they're so close to my home, but I will not return. I would appreciate a message from the owner, if there's any way to remedy this I would give y'all another shot. If not, I won't return. read more

They usually do a good job but this place is OVERPRICED. Since the first time I went, they have been upping their prices and are now charging $30 for a gel polish change. 12/29/20 3rd time going there. 1st & 2nd times were pleasant. I had nail dip and only my toenails trimmed and polished by the same person. And when I go back I will be sure to ask for Hanna. But this last time they tried to charge me an extra $5 for Nail Tips, which I did not get. The lady that did my nail dip said she put nail tips on my nails. I said "No" she did not add tips. She asked me if I wanted my nails shorten, which my reply was "yes". "So why would I want tips, if I wanted my nails shorten?". Another employee came over, looked at my nails and said "yes u have nail tips". I said again that the under part of the nail dip were my nails. The young lady that gave me a pedicure at the same time my nail dip was put on, interrupted and said it would be $70 instead of $75. Their prices are okay. And I will probably go back; but I will definitely have my pedicure and nails done separately. This way I can better pay attention to what is going on. Had the Sachse pedicure - it was great!! Great price for all of the services included. The tech took her time and listened to my requests. First time NexGen nail experience - the tech was extremely rushed and it was 11:00 AM so it wasn't around closing time. She clipped my nails and started with powdering immediately. I asked if she was going to trim my cuticles - she said they would come off when she was buffing. She essentially drilled my cuticles off, which was not pleasant. She filed my nails - I asked for square. The right hand are all rounded while the left hand are square. I asked if they needed to dry - she said to let them dry 5 minutes then she would come back. 2 minutes later she came back with her jacket on, slapped cuticle oil on, said "done!" and she was out the front door before I had even gotten out of the chair. When paying $36 for a nail service, I expect to at least get lotion with a hand massage. I've also never had cuticle oil be applied at the very end of a manicure - maybe this is how all places do NexGen? I would give 5 stars for the pedicure and 2 for the manicure. read more

Always friendly and attentive. Convenient, easy to schedule, consistent, and clean. Fair prices are a big plus, as is the small size. Some nearby places are going for the "glam" feel, and that's great, if that's what matters to you. I like that it's smaller, friendly, and that means EVERYONE there is friendly and polite. I've tried a couple of nearby places with the lure of a coupon or a discount, but the discounted prices at other places equate to about the same as the regular prices here. I always come back here, because it's a really great place to get a great pedicure, and to be treated well. The only thing I wish would change, is maybe them requesting for people to respect others' time to relax and enjoy their treatment by NOT being on cellphones. I personally find that annoying at any nail spa, and just want to relax - not listen to anyone having a long, loud, conversation about things that nobody should be forced to hear. Keep earbuds handy. This is not something that happens all the time, but when it does, I feel a little cheated on my time to just relax and enjoy the treatment. Give them a try, you won't regret it! read more

While the staff is very nice, I was not pleased with my service. I'm not one to critique one's work ethic or anything, but the woman I had seemed to be either in a rush or didn't care. I thought it was normal to roughen up the nails BEFORE the tips were put on to give them a better grip, but she didn't do that. my friend's tech, however, did. My tech also placed my nails at like a lifted angle, which makes them look really fake, i also feel that this helped them break off easily. I have broken 3 nails and have had my set for a week. the nails shouldn't pop off that easily. i got these nails for an upcoming vacation, and it's safe to say i'm not happy about the way it turned out at all. i don't have the money for a whole new set. read more

My sister came across this place through a friend, myself being the nail freak I am, was hesitant because of the awful reviews left by multiple people. Myself, sister, and mom decided to try the place out, as we walked in we were all greeted with very friendly and welcoming hands and smiles as they were helping us in any way possible. My sister has her first prom today so it was very important that she got what she wanted and they did more than just exactly that. I'm very OCD about my nail shape and this is the first place I have ever been to where they got my nail shape down to the point and EXACTLY how I wanted it, I have not received that type of talent in over 4 years that I have been getting my nails done. If you're looking for a relaxing time, and want your nails done as perfect as they can be, I high recommend this place! I'm in awe with all the ladies that work there and making sure we were being treated to a nice time. The reviews previously left, ignore them. They are lies as I am convinced because the treatment and quality we received was out freaking standing! They also have thousands of color choices which is also a plus on my list. My only complaint is that my nail tech didn't cut my cuticles and when I asked her to cut them she said next time I need to ask before she starts and I don't feel like I should have to ask for my cuticles to be cut. It's my first time here and I doubt I'll be coming again. I had the Sachse Mani and Pedi, which included paraffin for hands and hot stone and towels for feet. I had the regular nail polish (not gel or nexgen) and I paid $60 (tip not included). I think it was overpriced, especially since they had to do my fingernails twice because the first time they messed up all the nail polish. They did a good job on the pedicure, though, but this price would be expected with gel or nexgen at any other salon, with a good job the first time around. read more

Went in for an acrylic fill. Lady cut down my nails without asking, chipping the white tip and then proceeded to start to remove all my nails. I said hold on, I wanted a fill... what are you doing? She couldn't tell me, but then proceeded to tell me she couldn't fix the white tips she cut off because they didn't carry white tips and then told me she couldn't paint a french tip on because "it was extra".
