Booked this place for a lemon mani and pedi combo with my man. Terrible idea. Nails were bad and Henry huffed and puffed the whole time. We get to payment, and we are told they charge a fee for using a debit or credit card. Since we didn't have cash, we had to pay the fee. This is something they should tell customers before hand, and not trap them into getting the service done and then they( customers) have no choice than to pay. If you want to go there, make sure you have cash.. wouldn't recommend HENRY for anything.. the other women were so kind. read more

My friend and I walked in on a Thursday morning and was immediately greeted. Upon first impression the salon is spacious, very beautiful, and clean. We both got the basic pedicure and NexGen with tips. The lady that did my pedicure took her time and made my toes looook amazing. Cosmo Nails & spa left me with horrible nails. I left satisfied with my nails as they originally looked beautiful... however they did not even last me to the next morning. They started peeling off around the edges since the clear polish was pained over my cuticles. When I went back to get them fixed they painted over the chipped polish! Leaving it caked and I could still see the chipped polish underneath! This was NOT worth the $50. I do not care if this is regular polish. I understand it does not last as long as gel or dip but this is not an excuse for poor work or customer service! Regular polish should still at least last more than ONE NIGHT. I left fuming and unable to speak clearly to ask for a refund. I will never go back to this place. The quality is just horrible. Save your money , disappointment and time. read more

It was my first time ever getting my nails done here and it was the best experience! Right when I walked in, I got helped. I got nexgen with extensions and the classic pedicure. Jasmine did my nails and she would check up on me and make sure I liked what was happening. I unfortunately didn't get the name of the person that did my pedicure but it was still the best pedicure I've had! I love this salon because of the quality of my nails. I only see Jasmine for my nails and will wait to schedule appoints for when she's in-she does a fantastic job. I also love the way Tiffany and Ann do my pedicures. However, this review gets 4 stars because the gentleman that works at the front and answers the phone is by far one of the rudest and unprofessional employees I've ever met in any business. He acts irritated to everyone who comes in, no matter what, and they are paying customers. I had made it my mission to go out of my way to be kind to him and no matter what he is always rude and shuts me down. From other reviews it sounds like this is consistently an issue. I feel like the people who work your front desk should be friendly, welcoming, and inviting. Not mean and cold. I just don't look forward to seeing him any time I'm in the salon. read more

I came in for a pedicure today. I called first and asked for anyone that was available. I was seated pretty quick . I wish I had asked the woman's name who was about to give me the pedicure. I could tell as soon as I sat down this was not going to be good when she spends 5 minutes looking in her very unorganized Cart for manicure tools . She then pulls out nails clippers and a cuticle trimmer right out of her cart and neither was in the sterilized packages . Today I finally decided to try Cosmo Nails out and got a pedicure. The place itself was immaculate and the decor was actually stylish, instead of just functional (as most nail salons tend to be). The staff was courteous and professional- I was offered a complimentary soft drink, which blew me away...most nail salons wouldn't even think of that, and this girl can't say no to Coke so I was ecstatic! As far as the service goes, I was very satisfied with my pedicure- as it was the most basic kind ("classic spa pedicure") yet still felt quite luxurious and relaxing. My technician paid great attention to detail and I was beyond happy with her thoroughness. Clearly this place wants customers to be happy and seems to excel at providing excellent service- as I noticed that they were on a first-name basis with several other customers that came in while I was there. Went here for pedicure and dip nails. Pedicure was okay. My displeasure is with the dip nails I was charged extra for a design. I showed a picture of French tip nail I wanted l. I was told if I just let her dip the tip she wouldn't charge extra. If I wanted the slight line down the sides it would be considered a "design". (I am aware designs always cost extra) I am attaching pictures to show what cost extra ... I should have gone back to complain but couldn't because I had to leave to go out of town. This place sucked!! They pressured me into getting nexgen which I did not want, and they said cost the same as what I wanted (normal acrylics) but it was nearly double the price. Then as she started filing my nails she didn't ask me how short I wanted them and made them incredibly too short. I had just grown my nails out to the length I wanted and I just wanted a little bit less and she filed it down to my skin pretty much. Needless to say that was what really bothered me. And to top it all off almost every single one of my nails is slanted even though I asked her to fix it twice, and she didn't fix it. I would not recommend coming here. Also I asked for rounded square nails, and I got the most square nails I have ever seen. I can't believe I wasted $40 on having nails that look like hot garbage. They did offer a refund to fix my nails after seeing my review, so they have nice customer service. read more
