Honey was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to educate me about my nails and explain the different services they offer, which I genuinely appreciated. My technician, Tia, started my appointment right on time. She was quiet but checked in with me to make sure she understood what I wanted. While the service itself wasn't bad, there wasn't anything that stood out. At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Since my nails were completely dry when I departed, I believe those issues should have been caught before the service was finished. For me, the overall experience wasn't worth the drive or the price I paid. The video of my nails tells the story better than this caption ever could. That said, based on my interaction with Honey, I genuinely believe booking with her could result in a different experience. She made a great first impression, and if I were to return, I would specifically request an appointment with her.

My daughter got a pedi and also took my granddaughter to get her nails done and the "guy" that works there started asking her how long she wants her nails and she wanted them kind of long, so he started showing and telling all the ladies that work there and talking about her nail length to them in their language. It was very weird, like he really had a big problem or issue with it. My granddaughter told me he took a picture of her nails when he was finished cutting the length and he started sending pics in his phone to someone and was messaging someone on his phone talking about her nails. That is so rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. My family and I will never go here again. And we will never recommend anyone to get their nails done by him. He needs to be fired for treating a minor like that, and intimidating her. She did not know what to do and told me all about it when she got home. read more

This place is great. Any tech that has worked on my nails have left me incredibly pleased and satisfied, that is a rarity in this business. I used to get anxious every time I had to get my nails done because I try to take care of my money and it can be frustrating to spend on something that doesn't last or that does not satisfy you. In here no more that! My nails easily last two weeks, hands and feet, and I only go back to get them refilled because they start looking too long and you can see the growth. I'm so happy I found this salon! After trying at least 10 other places over the course of two years, I finally found a shop where the professionals are not only very skilled, but also very friendly! Even though Ann and Lan are my go-to favorites, the rest of the women make the experience truly special every time I visit. I use her every time unless for some reason she's off that day and then I'll use anyone. They are all wonder and friendly. Their prices are great and comparable to other places. Such a relaxing time after months of trying to do my own nails! They were extremely clean and safe, everyone wore masks and they have plexi-glass shields up between customers and the nail techs with only every other seat available. Walked in a little after opening and they were already filling up (8+ customers). However, once I picked my color they were ready for me. I got a new set of their "X Gen" in color 114, Tropical/Detox pedi and my eyebrows waxed. All services were up to my standards and in a very relaxing environment. Will be returning. read more
