TERRIBLE customer service!!! My sister drove 5 hours in Saturday morning to surprise my mother for Mother's Day. We had lunch and then decided to get pedicures. So we stopped by the first nail place we saw to see if they could do 4 pedicures. Keep in mind it's a holiday weekend and nail salons are booming with business. Well not this one. It was a ghost-town! (red flag #1).... But I thought I would give them a chance.... When I asked if they could do 4 pedicures, they looked at me like I had three heads. Couldn't tell me in plain English "yes" or "no". Kept pointing to a stupid iPad to sign in on. Just overall not how I want to be treated as a customer. Then 2 of the ladies working in there started talking crap and pointing at me. So I happily walked out and went down the street to a much better place who welcomed the 4 of us and showed they wanted our business. Also ol' dude that worked in the first place I walked out of, decided to chase after me, followed me to my car and started tapping on my window. Like definitely not!!! Will never step foot into Diamond Nail Spa (next to Domino's) EVER again!!! Way too many other great nail salons to spend your hard earned $$ at. Do yourself a favor and go to the nail salon next to Pizza Hut, NOT the one by Domino's My hope is that they read this and improve their service so that nobody has to go through such horrible treatment, especially on freaking Mother's Day!!!! read more

Have been acustomer of this place for 5 years, getting my nails done every 2 weeks and pedicures in the summer. Loved Jason and Terry was the best nail tech. Jessica was great, so I was releived I got to stay. Now there's another new owner! He is terrible. No loyalty for customers who come every 2 weeks. Say's appointments don't matter. Umm, so this is my last time coming here. This has been the worst experience by far. They charged me for a tip and long nails which my nails are not long at all she cut 3/4 of the nail off. So coming from Frisco this nail salon is ridiculous and overpriced for mediocre service. I came right I and sat to get my nails done which took 2 hours and 15 mins! Getting in at my regular nail salon is proving to be really difficult so I flipped through Ad Pages for nail salon coupons. I came across a coupon for $24 mani/pedi at Diamond Nails & Spa and decided to try them out. They have a wide variety of colors to choose from. Sadly, it seems most colors need to be replaced as they are thick and somewhat dried out. Leely asked which package I wanted and I pulled out my coupon. She seemed confused as she suggested the $35 package twice. Once we were both on the same page, she began my pedicure. Initially, she didn't take off all my polish and was proceeding as if she didn't notice. I pointed out the leftover polish on both feet. She mumbled something in her native tongue before removing the polish. Overall, the pedicure was okay. The polish is what sort of killed it as it was darker than I thought and Leely had issues getting the globs of polish out. Again, the polish was obviously old and thick. There are better salons out there so this one is low on my list of places to return to. read more

Come here more often than other places, but this time was the worst. I just wanted a basic manicure...what I have gotten the last couple of times. The guy that did mine seemed irritated that that's all I wanted, rushed the entire thing. Didn't massage my hands/arms like I usually get, didn't even ask me if I wanted it. Also, I asked him how he could secure my broken thumb nail, he said that he could do a couple things, I said yes please, and then he completely ignored it and QUICKLY buffed my nails and was like done... I got my nails "done" last night (12/20 at 5:30pm)...I have had 3 nails break, and the cracked thumb nail separate AGAIN... Front desk people very nice, my only issue was the person who did my nails. The work they do is AMAZING!! I cannot WAIT until Quarantine is lifted so I can get my nails beautified like only they can do!!! I got my nails done (dipping powder) on March 17 with THE sassiest gold glitter ombré and YESTERDAY (a full month later) I finally had to trim & file my nails shorter. And although they don't look perfect because I have NO skill, NOT ONE NAIL broke when I trimmed with clippers. So impressed with the quality of their work! read more

Since management changed a year or more ago I've started coming here again! I used to come to this nail salon 6 years ago when I moved to the area but management changed and they were horribly rude and had bad service. Now management changed again and they're awesome ! Jason does a good job of running the place and Terry is my favorite nail tech. They're always nice and accommodating. INSANELY OVERPRICED!!! They use cheap products, it is not nice or luxurious inside. They charged me 68$ for a dip set with a very simple design. I wanted french tips but the artist couldn't do it, so I had to choose another design. I wanted gems as a part of my design but they don't have them. The artist was also not the nicest, repeating "relax please" when I was as relaxed as I could be. He was also muttering to himself angrily. She was fast, efficient, shaped my nails the exact way I wanted and even suggested the perfect color when I had difficulty deciding! I went to this nail shop 3 weeks ago and was told that adding gel polish to my pedicure would only be $1.00. It turned out to be $58.00 for the pedicure that was normally $38.00. I thought I might have misunderstood so I went back today to give them another chance. When I got there I told them what happened last time with the pedicure to make sure it didn't happen again. I got the pedicure I wanted but they charged me $5.00 to take off the gel polish. As the lady is putting the towels on my legs the towel on the right was so hot it turned my foot red. I got my nails dipped and when I went to wash my hands the nails on my left hand were covered in a white residue and when I showed they lady that did my nails she tried to say it was something I did. It's pretty safe to say that after this experience I won't be going back to that shop. Don't waste your time or money! read more

Word has gotten out - they are busier which is fine except that they now rush through services AND they raised their prices even though their quality has gone down. I enjoyed my visit. I'm a big yelper and my nails starting to crack, so i started looking for places around. I am from Houston and I am in this area for work. Wanted to wait until I got to Houston but 3 nails had already cracked. I went in here and she was so nice, she is the manager. I went during "happy hour" she was so helpful picking my color because I am so basic and natural but also picky if that makes any sense. She helped me with my color and even did just one nail before applying to all my nails. I can go on and on. first i wanna talk about these nails, i go to different nail salons all the time but this is now my permanent spot. these nails are absolutely stunning I called in this morning about 9:30 to schedule an appointment I told him I had a wedding to go to and they said they'll take care of me as soon as I walked in everyone was so sweet and greeted me and told me to go pick my nail color there were so many choices it was hard to decide so I just went with a basic white sparkly dip when I sat down the lady started doing my pedicure and she was so gentle and so sweet when I started getting my nails done she kept a conversation with me and my nails ended up looking beautiful I have a really hard time finding a place that will do a good coffin shape and this place did perfect I'm guessing it was the manager or the front desk person ended up doing my nails the rest of the time and he was super nice I will definitely be back! and since it's right next to my job it makes it easier to go get my nails done. I came in late, and as soon as I walked in I was greeted right away and asked if I would like anything to drink. I showed a woman named Amy a picture of nails I wanted and she helped me pick out the same color as the color in picture. She took her time and did a great job. I have been going here for over a year, and yesterday it did me in. I will not be back - ever. They just switched management - and I couldn't be more unhappy. Not a fan of how the new owner is now running things. The place was also a mess, because she is trying to change everything. The ambiance was never really good, but now it is just horrible. My mom and I came in at the same time, and they couldn't get us both done at the same time. We were sitting in the pedicure chairs for OVER 2 hours, when we were just getting a basic pedicure and dip. The pedicure that I got yesterday was a joke, not relaxing at all. I felt like it was equal to the job that I would do - which is not good. Also, the lady that did my nails was new, very young, and very annoying. She kept telling me to relax, relax. When I had been sitting in a pedicure chair for 2 hours, and she kept hurting my cuticles. She filed my nails crooked, and I had to get her to fix them. Well her attempt at fixing them. The new owner also has upped the prices. It is now $35 for dip nails. Never again - please save yourself and do not go here. It is the least relaxing manicure, and pedicure you will ever have that will take WAY too long. read more
