I love this place however I'm unsure what changed today. I got my nails done like always and they were acrylic. Typical I get dip and my toes done. Today for what is pictured I was charged $75. The staff was very friendly and the spa was clean, however, the quality of the services provided was lacking. I got a gel pedicure and dip on my nails; the dip on my nails was very thick, uneven, and spotty in areas. The nail tech ended up putting gel over the dip which ended up with the all the gel chipping off. I did ask for several areas to be evened out because they looked really bad and the nail tech acted as if she couldn't see them. My dip began to lift within a week. I ended up leaving pretty disappointed with my services- I wouldn't go back. read more

Amazing! First time here and all I can say is AMAZING!!! Me Lily did my gel dip for the first time and they are so fabulous this will be my nail salon forever. They did my nails for my bachelorette party, my wedding, etc! I brought some of my weed party, as well as my parents and the groom, the day before the wedding. They ordered mini Bundt cakes for all of us! We had a great time and they did great work! I somehow managed to crack one of my nails during the wedding/reception. Where do I start? The owner Lilly is an angel. She takes pride in her work and provides A1 customer service. My pedicure came with a foot/leg massage that made me doze off :) and my toes were - toe model ready. LOVED THEM! I've been to the spa twice and I've enjoyed both visits. May did my nails- I can't stop looking at them! FLAWLESS. They're natural looking and they were able to match the polish on my toes perfectly with the dip on my toes. C'mon how often does this happen?? We all wore mask and i noticed shields at the nail stations. I'll be back.. it's worth the 30 minute drive from Mckinney. Kudos to the salon. read more

My daughter got married in January of 2022. I had contacted the owner about a month or so before to schedule manis and pedis for the family and the bridal party. She offered to close the shop just for us and serve snacks and champagne. How special! Then, another Covid spike came right around Christmas. I came down with Covid 10 days for the wedding and went into isolation as soon as I realized I had Covid. Everyone in our family split up and isolated according to CDC guidelines in order to try to be well to attend my daughter's wedding. Understandably, the wedding party was a bit "spooked" and chose not to join in any day-before-the-wedding fun. So, I had to call KT Nail Spa to let them know that only 4 of the 8 people were able to come for manis and pedis. They were so kind, and my two daughters, my mom, and my sister went on their own. I was so sad to miss it, but the owner and staff made it a very special time for my family. My family was so impressed by how nice they were, how professional, and how attentive.
