This visit, I experienced microshading, and I am absolutely in love with my new eyebrows! The service was done in a private room with soft classical music playing, which made the entire experience calm and spa-like. The process was so painless and comfortable that I actually dozed off multiple times. Tracy was extremely thorough and detail-oriented. She carefully measured, re-measured, and had me both sit up and lay down to ensure my brows were perfectly even and shaped to my face. I got dip nails with manicure and an upgraded pedicure. They did a good job and it has been holding up well. I am a week out and they still look great. A little pricey, but not completely out of line with other salons. Probably just missing a little bar or something as that seems to be the standard nowadays so a nice drink or something while you get your nails done it's always a plus , but I would definitely come back. read more

They could be honest. They chose not to be. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I specifically asked for something that was not going to damage my nails. She said regular polish and then said oh wait you can try press ons. They won't damage your nail.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I knew the second the lady started dremmeling my nail, it was going to be damaged. The lady who sold them to me came over and said it's going to be so much better. It was actually painful with how far they went with the dremmel on my natural nail. Honestly, I've never had so many bloody fingers either. 7/10 fingers had blood in the cuticles. I can understand buffing it, but a dremmel? I'm just so disappointed. The color looked nothing like what I picked out. All and all, I won't be back. It's my body and at the end of the day, if you can't be honest, you lost me. read more

I can't recommend this place enough, it's the best!!! This is my second time here and it is always so amazing! the first thing i noticed was how CLEAN everything is. the chairs, the floors, all the desks... and the tools come out of a sterilized bag. This spa CLEARLY values how it presents itself. Everything that they used for my pedicure came out of a sealed bag or looked brand new. i hate other spas that just reuse dirty tools but that has never been an issue here. Vivian did my pedicure (the "deluxe" one) and she did a great job. she kept me relaxed and pampered me. And she gave a killer foot massage! After coming here for 4 months straight, I can honestly say this place is one of the best nail salon that I've been to! I got Kasey twice now and I love her! She's super detail-oriented when it comes to doing nails and always getting my designs right. I'll come in, show her the design I want, and she'll get to work. They actually recommended Nam for design although I never book early enough for him, but I love Kasey and her skills. It takes about 3 hours for my mani/pedi on average, and I just feel so relaxed afterwards with my cute mani ‍ I actually went to another salon in March because Peace Nail Spa was full and I had to leave town for a trip but the experience wasn't the same. The nail tech there rushed on my nails, gave me 2 cuts while sanding and it just felt like I'm just a "fast food" customer. But at Peace Nail, I never felt rushed and they alway ask if I'm ok with the design every step of the way. It's a simple courtesy but I really do appreciate the customer service here much more than previous nail salons. The shop recently remodeled so it looks super nice, with new massage chairs and drink bar! The polish colors are all displayed on the shelves or books depending on what you want. The salon is also packed even on weekdays, so that's how you know the service is great. I usually get there late because of work, but they don't mind staying much later to finish my nails. Even I feel bad for making everyone stay so late myself! The only thing they can improve on is asking what drinks I want. I was offered drink once out of the four times I came, but I see others getting drinks right when they sat down so it was a little disappointing. I started coming here because Nam was amazing and does my manicures.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got my first pedicure here and left with scrapes and scratches all along my feet. I've gotten many pedicures and this has never happened before. I came back to the Spa the next day to ask for some money back or a credit and they told me they don't do that. I tried to avoid slandering the spa but wth is that? Included photos of the scrapes and scratches all along my feet. Definitely wouldn't recommend this salon. My sister and mom both come here and now they have lost all of us because of poor conflict resolution. read more

I am very happy with the pedicures I've received at Peace Nail Spa. I stopped getting pedicures years ago after some bad experiences at other salons, but wanted to treat myself and try again. Good decision! This place is fabulous -- clean clean clean and comfortable. They take great care of me and are always ensuring I'm happy and comfy. Free beverage is nice, too! The equipment is up to date. I schedule my appointments during a weekday afternoon hoping to avoid busy times but even when they have several customers at once I never feel I'm being hurried or overlooked. I am in love with this place! It is always clean, and the employees are so friendly. They are always on time for appointments. I have just recently begun seeing Kim for pedicures, and she is the best! She really takes her time and ensures you're a priority rather than some nail salons who herd you like cattle in and out. The paint jobs last for three weeks before needing another pedicure, and she also works on your toes and any ingrown toenails. I love her and this salon. You can't go wrong! read more

Not happy I had a bad experience at this salon. My nail technician didn't understand what I needed and was not listening to me for my requests with powder arycllic for my toes. She was irritated to work on my nails and was too rough and aggressive on my feet. She was talking about me with her other employee complaining about my service while working on my pedicure. She ended up cutting into my skin on my big toe with nail clipper and I had a minor bleeding. I was very upset and addressed this to the manager of the salon she was listening and understanding of my situation but then her husband told me to leave and not come back because I complained about the unprofessional and rude service I experienced. The manager apologize for her husband and made an excuses saying it wasn't towards me. But as I left her husband stood out their and told bye don't come back. I cannot believe the mistreatment and verbal abuse I experienced at this salon. I have never written a complain on this nail salon or ever experienced this unprofessional and rude service. This will be my last visit. I'm so upset with Peace Nail Salon in Richardson. The disrespect & unprofessional mannerism was just too much and beyond devastating.
