BEWARE!! I do not recommend this place! This is my last time ever going to this spot EVER AGAIN!! They don't listen to you at all. I specifically said I don't want my nails dipped and sure enough the guy doing my nails says the only way to achieve the look I was wanting was to dip them. So I said okay...the nails looked trash. They were big and bulky looking. Look like a 5 year old did my nails. I walked away hating them. They had to give me half off because I expressed that the dip layer on wouldn't achieve what I wanted. But he reassured me. And sure enough...they turned out trash. I wasn't willing to allow them to fix it because everyone in there needs to go back to cosmetology school. Also the older women at the front desk will force an upsell on you. Terrible way to do business. You won't have long lasting returning customers doing business that way. Best believe your nail tech is going to sit there and talk shit about you the entire time in their language and then expect a tip... All the workers just look miserable... Totally done! I went in for a full set acyclic, almond, french tip which i was first being served by a young woman. Everything started to go well but I noticed that when she put on my nails on my left hand, i kid you not, they were crooked. She proceeded to take it off then redo it again..crooked. Midway through the treatment, the other tech and her switched. The whole time they were talking about me. I thought that the new tech would do a better job but he did not listen to me when i don't him that they were crooked and also while he was filing my nails he cut my middle finger and i had to yank it away. He also started on my friends nails and cut her cuticles and made her bleed twice. I would not recommend this place read more

The technician seemed very young, inexperienced and I'm wondering if he even had a license. He didn't file my nails properly and I paid for one that included a 15 minute leg massage which I didn't get. I told the front desk lady when I paid about it and she gave me an $8 discount. I have been going here awhile and I really love it. My favorites are Louie (pedicure) and Mimi (nails)! They do amazing work and I have the best time spent with them. I went to get a manicure for the first time at this place. I regret going so much! honestly it was a terrible experience. They hurt my hands so much that I ran away from there, a the fact that I asked for something and they forced to do whatever they wanted, my nails were natural and they wanted to add tips to them. What got me real upset is when I told the man to not put my fingers in acetone, yet he still did it and burned my fingertips! I do not recommend it at all, terrible service! I have no trouble getting an appointment or just walking in. The work is professionally done by most. I suggest going, finding someone you like and sticking with him/her. They are all friendly and will get you something to drink as you sit in massage chairs getting your mani/pedi. The atmosphere is business-like, not a lot of conversation (other than manicurists talking with each other), but it is a pleasant place overall, to get your nails and toes done. There are other services, but I have not tried these. I have not had any mishaps but I usually only get classic manicures and pedicures, nothing special. read more

Have been before a few times as I live in Cityline. The staff is pleasant, but the work is always inconsistent depending on who you get. Never bad, just nothing to praise or refer anyone to. I don't get my nails done often, and when I do it's typically a gel mani and pedi. No tips or designs and so I'm not looking for intricate work. I have went twice in a row recently and this last time, once the gel was taken off, you could see nail fungi underneath my thumbnail and the tech brought it to my attention. I told her I have never had nail fungus before and since I had only gotten my nails done there last time (with virgin nails), their tools must not have been cleaned properly. I called the Manager over and brought it to his attention. I informed him that this was the last place I had been to, and that he could look up my information to verify. He politely and calmly told me that was not their policy and that is most likely came from the polish being cured for too long or how the gel was applied. He charged me full price for the manicure (I opted not to do the gel manicure after the fungus was found, and did not want to cover them), and the removal of the previously gel. As soon as I left I went straight to a pharmacy to get some over the counter anti-fungus medicine. I hope this will not spread and cause me to lose my entire thumbnail. My advice would be to SKIP THIS PLACE. Not worth the risk. read more

Between getting cut up at the cuticle almost every time I come here (I try to give plenty chances because it's different techs each time) and now false information of their operating hours, I wouldn't waste my time unless you were seriously desperate. The esthetic is beautiful, but that shouldn't be the only thing we're paying for. The actual service should be at least decent enough that you don't walk out hoping your cuticles will stop bleeding some time soon and that their operating hours actually match the website and signs on the darn door. read more

Had a really great experience here today! I think I was the only guy in there (besides some of the workers) but I didn't care. I got to have a really nice pedicure while watching Sunday Football. It has been well over a year since my last foot treatment and it was really overdue. The staff was taking precautions for COVID and they offered me complimentary drinks during my time there. The more I look at my nails, the more I realize they're undeniably uneven... The photo with a spot is immediately upon me getting in my car. That's not a shadow- it's a lack of dip! Just moved to the area from downtown. My downtown nail tec is amazing and this place made me realize she is work the 50 min drive. DONT COME HERE. I asked for a basic pedicure and full dip set: gave the nail tec a photo of the shape of my nails I wanted. See photo below. It's a common shape called ballerina. He said yes he could do it. He couldn't do it. And after He put the nails on and shaped them they were no where close to the same shape. I asked them to take them off and I'd go somewhere else. They were immediately rude. Below is a pic of what I received versus what I asked for. Granted the salon had begun to get busy, but I asked for a seemingly simple design. And I hate the way they try and gaslight you to think it's a good job and it looks horrible. This is my second time coming here and my second time being disappointed. I go back in before it starts to break and their solution was instead of fixing and repairing the nail to slap a little bit of nail glue on it, and call it good and sent me on my way. This place used to be my go to, but since I moved away, I frequent it less often. Seriously, I am not sure why though, they ARE worth the drive. My husband swears they give him the best pedi from any of places we have visited. My manicurist was very detailed oriented and friendly are she cleaned up my destroyed cuticles. Honestly when I first started going here their work was fantastic and I was very please. The past few times have been terrible. I have now gone twice in a row where I've left with my nails uneven. Last time the dip even was poorly done. This time I didn't even have them polish my nails when the tech told me my fingers were crooked. Also tonight two people who showed up after me got a tech before i did. One person arrived 10 minutes after me. I wouldn't recommend this salon at all! I will say one of the techs offered to fix my nail tonight but I refused because I just wanted to leave and fix it myself. I walked in to this nail shop after a long week at work. Went in to get a pedicure and a full set of dipped ombré pink and white nails. I could tell right away that both workers didn't want to do either service. I figured it wasn't me, I just walked in. The lady doing my pedicure looked at her watch the entire time, my guess is that they are on a schedule. Fine, I'm ok with being on a schedule. The guy was still working on my ombré set. After awhile the lady packed up, the guy on my nails was finishing up. I noticed one of my feet looked ok, but there was something about the other one. Which I couldn't figure out until I got home. Welp I guess she ran out of time, she just stoped on one of my feet, leaving it all half done. Literally. The guy on my nails started telling me to have a good weekend, I looked at the powered white egg shells he created and asked are you finished? He said yeah you don't like them, I said well if your done I guess it won't matter. I went to pay and the lady at the register, she was looking at my hands so weird, she then walked around as if she was asking a question but I noticed her looking at my feet. I said to her yeah I'm not happy, she said oh I'm sorry. Next time you come I'll put you with some other people. I said oh no worries! I proceeded out the door and knew I would never return! I came here for a pedicure with 2 of my friends. We are trying to find a new spot central for all of us and really wanted to love CityLine Nail & Spa but it was a big disappointment. The customer service is horrible. The tech doing my nails didn't great me. During the entire time doing my pedicure she didn't say hi, ask if I had a preference on my nail length, ask if the massage okay or anything. She hardly even acknowledged me other then working on my feet. The quality of the pedicure was horrible. I get my feet done on a regular basis. They always last for a minimum of 1-2 weeks where the paint doesn't chip or dry skin is showing. The very next day the very top of my thumb toe had a huge chip. On top of that my cuticle looked like it was not even touched. The massage was a joke. She pretty much just rubbed lotion on my legs. i actually really like how they turned out. Didn't expect it to be so pretty. It took a little long but i liked how the result was. Kenny did my nails and was super detailed about it he took his time and made sure about the detailing. They are not coffin shaped like the picture because i asked him to keep it squared! Thought I would try a new place... I purchased the pedicure package with the extra massage time. It was enjoyable but he finished rather quickly. I normally get pedicures and never question the timing but I should have looked. It just was just way too fast. Then, 3 hours later I went to the gym and put on my tennis shoes.... Toes were completely ruined. I can understand if it was a few minutes later or 30 mins later....but 3 hours later they should gave been dry. The guy that did my nails did a subpar nail painting to begin with. Yes I could have gone back after spending $70 to ask for them to repaint BUT I honestly didn't want to waste time for them to paint them again and not look decent. I will not be returning.
