Update: Okay... I think this place officially has me coming back regularly now! This visit, I tried the Deluxe Manicure and honestly, it was very reasonably priced for everything included. I got such a good arm and hand massage, hot towels wrapped around my arms, a collagen treatment for my hands, plus steam treatment--it felt super relaxing and honestly elevated the whole experience. I also always love their complimentary matcha boba tea whenever I come here--it's honestly such a nice touch. While waiting, I noticed they also have a huge selection of jewels, charms, and nail art designs you can add, which made me want to come back and try something more fun next time. I also decided to try builder gel this time and I'm SO happy with the results. Sophia did an amazing job. My nails came out clean, smooth, and beautifully shaped. She was very detailed and took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. At this point, every visit I've had here has been consistently good. I read the reviews and should have listened to what they said. I wanted to try this place because it's been popular on my TikTok fyp and looked so cool. Not going to lie this place is 10/10 when it comes to aesthetic. Beautiful, pink, decorated to the max, they got cool robots passing out cookies, you get free boba, you get tokens for a claw machine and the trays with your pedicure essentials are super fancy. Basically very Instagramable. I got the rose champagne pedicure with gel polish because it supposed to last longer. The price for the pedicure is standard. My tech was Katie and she was sweet and friendly. The pedicure was going okay, but I couldn't seem to get relaxed, they had kids running around, some were banging on the piano and it just wasn't the relaxing vibe I thought it would be. Although my tech was sweet, she was a bit clumsy and kept dropping items, and spilling things around me. When she was done with my pedicure everything seemed good, until I got home and one of my nails the gel polish was gone!! I came here with my sister in law, and her nail lady buffed her skin so hard with the pumice stone that it cut her and made her bleed. Also the hot stone she was massaging her with slipped out of her hand and luckily only hit the floor. I called about what happened, the owner apologized and said I have 7 days to come in for a redo. This place is absolutely gorgeous and I love how you don't feel like you're being rushed just so they can get the next client in. They really take their time taking care of you and if you get the Champagne Pedicure, you are getting the works. And they're not too overpriced either. There's still some potential for improvement such as, I think their color number identification system is off because one of my daughters got the wrong color and the nail tech didn't verify if it was the correct color. My other daughter's nail tech had to come back multiple times because it wasn't the color matching the number we gave them so finally she had to bring over the chart...but at least she checked. Out of the 3 of us 2 of us were super happy but the other didn't really get matching shaped big toes. Her right toenail was quite a bit longer. So not only did she get the wrong color but her toes were very off. Lastly, they could offer more alcohol refreshment options. They offer a champagne pedicure but don't offer champagne to drink. A place this big and GORGEOUS should offer the champagne drinks with the cotton candy in them. Imagine! And the robots were just way too cool. If you get a drink, the robot will bring it to you and if it's your birthday a robot will roll up with a birthday cake and the whole place songs for you! Fun experience. Would return. Oh and the champagne pedicure is amazing although it seems like it will differ depending on who you get. So when I saw the TikTok about Nail Love, I was so excited!!! Who wouldn't want to go and be pampered in the worlds largest glamorous nail salon?!? Then I read their reviews - yikes! But I kept an open mind and wanted my own experience. I called to make an appointment. No answer. I left a voicemail and got no call back. So I decided to drop in the next day. I'm VERY passionate about family-owned businesses, so I really wanted to give them some wiggle room during their soft opening. Wow!! Nail Love is everything you are seeing on TikTok. It's upscale, modern, theatrical and stunning. But as I stepped in, my first impression was a pack of ladies, who obviously worked at the nail bar, glaring at me. It instantly brought me back to those petty middle school years, lol. But, I decided to ignore them and was greeted by a very sweet young girl at the counter (who I later learned was the owner's daughter). She offered to give me a tour, but before we took 10 steps down the amazing red carpet in front of the beautiful black grand piano ... she was pulled away from me to take care of a phone call from an upset customer. She never came back to finish my tour, nonetheless, I was capable of looking around myself. The space is visually exciting, the pink vibe is so girly, you can't help but look around, it's definitely a social media pic dream. Yes .. the robots are part of the experience but two of them were deactivated and the other two were parked at the end of a very long hallway. What is the experience if they are not actively serving you? I have to admit the gold-themed chandeliers, wash bowls, hallway doors and bathroom are showstoppers!! The toilet too lol (see my pics). The fresh delicious snacks and bobba tea they promise on TikTok as part of the experience is .. disappointing. More like a school bake sale with homemade Rice Krispies treats, sticky boba stuck at the bottom of a container, and swirly "tea" self serve machine that looked more like a science experiment than a beverage. No thank you. The technicians were not friendly or inviting. I guess they weren't invited to the morning power talk about customer service. I watched a few services being performed and was more concerned than impressed. It made me wonder if these techs are licensed, or just winging it. I'm dead serious. As I circled around, another customer, coming through the front door was visually upset. Chaos seemed to be the theme of the day. At this point, I decide to pass on getting a manicure and pedicure. I did not feel comfortable based on what I had observed. I came in excited, but left with a newfound appreciation for my current nail salon. Nail Love is clearly an ambitious concept, and I respect that. But during a soft opening, all hands should be on deck, not hiding behind gold fixtures hoping the new hires are capable of putting forth the same effort as those who are invested in its success. ALL CLIENTS should be showered with friendly faces, upbeat energy and welcoming vibes the minute they walk in. The social media hype is true, but the reality of what it really is doesn't match. I predict they will close by the end of the summer. I sincerely hope they find their groove. This review isn't meant to discourage anyone, I think you should go see it and experience it for yourself. Did a walk-in on a thursday around 2pm with 3 other girls for my best friend's birthday. Accommodating, plenty of workers didnt have to wait. Communicated well. If the nail tech wasn't able to do a design they were honest and found someone who could, which we really appreciated. They made the birthday girl feel extra special. Sang happy birthday sent the robot over manually (it needed a software update and was currently not working). Can be overwhelming for someone's first time. There was so many different services/tiers they offer. You can read in detail at the kiosks, see your estimated total (I say estimated cause once you sit down and add things/ designs it'll cost extra! No surprise there). Self serve drinks/ cookies. 5% off if you pay cash. Additional 15% off if you go during happy hour. So you can potentially save up to 20% off! Which is nice. They even offered Complimentary collagen hand steam at the end for us. Claw machines, a real piano, cute spots to take numerous photos. Restrooms are slacking though. Old Broken toilet seat. I dont care for the "all gold toilet" look. It looks more dirty and rusty. The restrooms didnt feel as inviting and luxe as the rest of the salon... it needs an update. Its like they focused on the nail salon and just slapped everything together in the restroom LOL. None of us had any complaints with our mani pedi. Our hands and feet felt soft and refreshed. It was my first time going and i was in need of getting a manicure (I wear gel overlay on my natural nails) and a pedicure. I was seated right after I got my color picked out and the two loveliest women came And worked on me; one on my feet and one at my hands. The pedicure I got for $45 and it was the one of the best I'd had. I'll be going back to try more lavish ones in the future. The nails, were OK, but I'd be more exacting in what I wanted. However the ladies helped me pick an alternative color based on the one I grabbed and they were patient as I was indecisive. The lady next to me was having a pampering before a birthday and the owner had the robot come down the aisle and it had a faux cake on it and he asked us all to sing happy birthday. WORST nail salon I have ever been to. Will NOT COME back! I got here with my mom and sister at 10am for our pedicure appointment. My mom almost never gets her nails done so it should have been a treat but instead they cut her toes funny where her toes look worse than before she came in. She asked them for a "natural pink" color and it was not a good color they chose and they didn't do a very good job painting her toes either. The coats were not evenly painted. They had to redo her toes and it still wasn't good. My toes were also not good. They did a sloppy job the first time and I told my nail tech but I guess because there was a lot of people waiting and the manager kept coming by and telling her they have other customers, she rushed through the paint job. The corners of some of my toes aren't painted. She basically got up and told me my toes are good to go. I asked if I should wait for a bit since they just got painted, she said I was fine to leave. As I was on my way out, I asked the manager about my toes, and she said the same thing. Anyways, we were there for way too long and I have to redo my toes now. TERRIBLE job. We drove a bit to check out this new salon. They were friendly and helpful as soon as we walked in the door! When you arrive, you select your services on the monitor and then they take you to your seat. My mom and I got pedicures and my daughter got a full acrylic set with a design. We both picked different types, mine was the basic and hers was the fresh fruit pedicure. Both of our technicians took their time, made sure we had a drink and that the color we picked was what we wanted. My daughter's set, she worked quickly but my daughter said she was a little rougher than she was used to. Also, while the design and nails look great, she wanted another color which she has picked out but she painted the design in white instead. I wanted to love this place. I was super excited to try this place out because I seen it on TikTok. I'm in the nail industry myself & hospitality is super important to me. However, I believe Nail love lacked that for me. When I chose my pedicure color (pink gel with French tip) the nail tech tried to talk me out of my color and to choose a translucent pink. She told me that the pink color I wanted, the white French tip wouldn't show up. That's incorrect. But I didn't say anything or tell her I was a nail tech also. So I just said okay, you can do that pink. The service was fine. No complaints. Clean work, but when it came to the color I told her to switch back to the original color I wanted because I have a bruise on my toenail that will show with the color she recommended me. She brought me the swatch book & didn't say anything. When it came to my French tip she said "this color looks nice like this, you still want the French?" At this point I realized she just didn't want to do French at all. I told her yes I still want it. & she didn't say anything again. The whole time workers were walking by, speaking to her, also the manager walked up and down & didn't acknowledge me once. I wanted a drink, & my tech told me it was self-serve. I'm not going to get up? lol. The drink stand with jelly/cookies looked dirty & there was no robots. It wasn't the best hospitality. If you're looking for a place that you feel acknowledged, or catered to, I wouldn't recommend this one.. Prices are fair. They seem to be clean. I even saw someone coming around cleaning chairs and collecting dirty towels ect. Never seen that before so I was impressed by that. The reason being a day or two after my services which was rented on Thursday of this week, the cat eye nail coat that I chose is already chipping, typically nail color does not chip this soon after a service. I am extremely disappointed. I would complain however I drove 50 minutes to this establishment and although my services are within the seven day grace period it's really not worth my time to drive another 50 minutes for them to correct the problem so I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Update: well, I thought my pedicure was done properly until I had to also pay an additional price to have a toenail repaired. I did notify the person who booked the appointment that I had acrylic on one of my toes and they did not even feel that toe, she just drilled it down, super thin to where it would break in less than 24 hours. If I could, I would demand my money back from my pedicure. I have never had to spend $200 for a gel pedicure to be repaired along with a whole new set of nails because of another salon's negligence. All the nail techs are nice, the guy that greets you is nice. I think the lady if shes a manager needs to work on her customer service. Went less than a week and 2 nails broke. Went back to fix and even said id pay to fix them. At first the guy said there would be a wait. So I asked how long. The lady says something and seats us, then she looked at my 2 broken nails. And said she could fix them, but they might not look the same I said thats fine. I mean they aren't anything extravagant. Literally dipped white sparkle tips dipped with blue and gold, so then she starts wiping the table, and when she comes back with another excuse about she wouldn't know what colors he used. Literally, I highly doubt he remembers every single color of nails hes done. I didnt care, my time is more valuable. So I told her it didnt matter if they were identical. She clearly didn't want to do them. Which she could gave just said that when I first walked in rather than havin us seated and waiting.. did I snap at her, ya. Nail love is chaotic. I got a pedicure and the process did not go according to the normal routine. First of all, it took more than 30 minutes for a technician to get to me. My paraffin wax came at the end and included a massage that felt like feather light massage of kitten toes running up and down my legs. The nail art was spot on but the place is too chaotic. She got upset, called management and demanded that I pay for her design as it took her an hour to draw two fucking flowers on one hand. I called prior to going to Love Nails and asked if they had someone available in 30 min for a manicure. Betty politely responded indicating that I did not need an appt because they have immediate availability. 1:19 called 1:45 checked in- I was told there is a 15 Minute wait 2:17 nail tech sits down to do my nails I very clearly said...barely file, they don't all have to be exactly the same length because I know they're short and growing out. Not flat, rounded (I gestured with my hand to show a complete curve/hill shape). She said cut and I shook my head no and said they're already short. She began filing with a very rough file and within a minute this is what I ended up with. I said no not flat & she pulled out the nail clippers so I said no just clear polish skip the rest. My nails don't grow fast and they were finally acceptable for polish. I understand there are language barriers, but if you're unsure of what someone said you should ask for someone else to clarify. Even better yet, why not wear an ear piece that translates English to your native language. The tech went and told the girl up front that I switched to just a polish & when she came back I asked if they had a drying spray or fan for my nails. She didn't understand so I went to the desk and paid. No one asked how my experience was but as I walked out they thanked me for coming. The facility is darling & the pink is fun. I hope the family that worked so hard to create this lovely space takes a step back and uses this feedback to find a process for the workers that do not understand English. We were excited to try this place, lured in by the glam, boba, and arcade games. We first tried to visit the evening before, but arrived to discover that their hours were incorrect and they closed an hour earlier than expected. No biggie. We came back the next morning Shortly after settling in for our pedicures, we discovered there was a party going on. How you might ask? The shrieks and screams of little girls emerging from the adorable party room. Totally fine. We're excited too. Until those screams continued and continued. The. They spilled out of the party room into the main area where the girls proceeded to scream, climb on walls, interrupt other customers, pound on the piano, and man handle the arcade games. No. One. Said. Anything. After 10 minutes or so, I said something to one of the front desk ladies. She went and said something to the moms and kids, but nothing changed. If anything it got louder. The mothers sat by. Another 10 minutes or so went by. We said something to one of the managers. Again, nothing. I again said something to management and was dismissed. Their response was "you have to understand where we're coming from." Oh I do. My $140 ticket vs whatever the party was bringing in wasn't important. Additionally, while getting my service, the manager walked by and told my nail tech to hurry, twice. If you are looking for a relaxing experience, do not come here. Disappointment! Went to correct chipped and cracked powder dip; dip was applied 2 days prior. The tech ruined my nail shape, filed my nails down very thinly, was out of dip color used initially. Applied wrong powder dip to my nails. The shape and thickness of my nails has to regrow. Techs are inexperienced or just don't like the customers or the job. A lady sat next to me, she wanted a light pink dip, the older Asian tech applied the wrong color of pink; then told her she has to wait 3 weeks to change the color. Very unprofessional! She stabbed her straw into the cup of a drink another tech brought to her and the liquid contents squirted out the cup on myself, and the patron whose nails she messed up! I went here and paid around $125 for my nails and toes with tip. At a local place by my house that's much less fancy it's about $100 with tip, but I tested it out and I actually enjoy this place enough to pay the extra money. I love the atmosphere and I love that when I got a gel manicure they gave me a really good hand massage as well and gave me that luxury manicure experience. I feel like at a lot of places when you get a gel manicure, they tend to leave out the massaging and the lotions and stuff which is so disappointing, but this place doesn't miss that! My pedicure was excellent, sometimes I feel like my tech is rushing through a pedicure at other places but at this place I actually did get the full 20 minute massage which was great. You do definitely pay a little bit extra, but it's for the experience. It's a lot of fun, the owner is super smart to include the Boba! The only thing I wish is that they had more diet or sugar-free drink options. I can't have any drinks here yet but I'm looking forward to the day I can!
