It was my first time coming to the salon and the gps took me to the shopping center behind the place. When I called to ask where exactly it was the man answering the phones was extremely rude and annoyed then hung up on me! Got a gel manicure and luxury pedicure. Pedicure was average (like your basic pedi at a nicer nail salon except with paraffin wax) manicure was terrible. 3 nails chipped the very next day! I've never had gel nails chip so soon! And I've been doing gel for the last 5 years! Only reason I'm not giving one star is because the staff was very friendly. **edit- down to one star- went to get my chipped nails fixed and the staff was not friendly at all. Told me I would need to wait 40 minutes so I said I'd come back at 3. Got back at 315 and staff said that I said I'd be back at 3 and since I'm late I'll have to wait longer. I will definitely make this my go to nail place. If you're an OPI or ESSIE polish fan, I would suggest bringing in your own polish bc they're selection is very limited with these brands. Worst pedicure experience ever, it was a half done job and I understand you get what you pay for in life but it was terrible & very unsanitary. The lady didn't even ask My boyfriend & I what we wanted in our water she just picked something & when expressed we wanted something different she got an attitude. It's sad I had to tell him to get another glove after touching another customers feet. Like ewwww, I don't think I've ever experienced anything like this. Found this place here on yelp and I'm so glad I have them a chance, from the moment I walked in the staff was very friendly. They have special as I'm sure you've seen on here from other reviews they offer $20 gel manicures during the week and they have soooooo many colors to choose from they even offer the mood changing ones for the same price! (You know the ones that change color with different temperatures) also they have 3 different pedicures options. This place was pretty amazing. I would give them five stars but I was a little disappointed in the cup of wine that was given. It was is the smallest foam cup you could ever imagine. Other than that, the place is great. When I first walked in, I was acknowledged and they began to run my water for my pedicure immediately. I was the only customer, but it was still efficient service. I am writing this review three weeks later and my polish is still there. The lady took her time on my pedicure and my feet were so soft. For only $25, I received a foot scrub, massage, and hot stones. That was awesome and the chair massage stayed on the entire time!! I totally recommend this place. read more

The worst service ever! I came in to have my current powder set removed for a new beautiful color. The lady that did my nail kept telling me she could do n acrylic fill-in and just polish over. I thought it was weird that she said that because you have to remove my current set to do ANYTHING. She continuously asked do I want a fill in instead. I told I her I would like her to remove my current powder set as I requested (which is the normal procedure) and continue to start my new set. She then goes to try to remove my current nails with another nail and cuticle clipper. I told her to stop because she was hurting me and asked her if they do not wrap your fingers in acetone or allow fingers to soak for removal here? She then tells me to put my hands in the soaker. I notice there's no liquid and look at her...she's looking at me and doesn't reach for any acetone to put in for my powder to soak off. So I ask...should there be liquid in here? She then ask is there not liquid? I look at her with an are you serious look. She pours the acetone in there and by that time I requested for just a soak off and left. I was nice, I was patient and honestly I shouldn't have been. She was older and I hope she isn't the owner because she should know better! Shortly after I left my top layer of my own nails was cracking and peeling. I've never seen that happen before after any soak off. My natural nails just looked horrible! Seriously, I'm never going back. read more

Well, this is a pretty cut and dry case of you get what you pay for. And for $20, you get some pretty jacked up gel nails. Lol. So the shop is a very small and modest one, no bells and whistles whatsoever. But it was close and on my way home from work, and I thought it was a pretty awesome deal at the time. Terrible mistake. Not a lot of techs there, but I managed to be seated with the most unenthusiastic one in the salon...scratch that..in the planet. I think she was the owner/owners wife. Anyway, she very sleepily does my nails, albeit pretty quickly. I was in and out in less than 30 min. Loved the nail color but the the technique was absolute garbage. Cuticle edges were not even remotely clean--polish on my skin in some places. Which hurts to try and peel off. What hurts more is I actually paid $20 too much for this mess. Great little place. They were about 3 months old when I bought my house down the street (I can literally walk) so I gave it a try. I'm glad I did! The family that runs it is super nice, the place is clean, and you cannot beat the prices for the services you get. It's not 5 Star spa level or anything, but by North Texas/suburban nail salon standards it's great. They always offer me water or wine and they make you feel like they "know you". I took my mom here to get her nails done. The usual place I go to in Dallas was all booked and we decided to give this place a shot. I was so disappointed when we walked out. The polish from the edges of the nails around the cuticles were all sloppy. You could see some of the nail polish on the skin. I think it's fair to say that we will not be coming back. Although it was only $20, which is fairly cheap for a shellac manicure, I can't justify paying this much when the nails will end up looking messy and sloppy.
