I was recommended this salon by my coworker. She had a bad experience somewhere else and this salon helped her achieve what she originally wanted. Her nails look so good and I wanted the same result. I went this evening (Saturday, they are open until 8pm) I arrived at 6pm and got out a little before 7:30pm. I got a regular pedicure w/regular polish. I actually decided to change my original pick for one that the woman who greeted me was wearing on her toes. It was a pale orange color by the brand Essie. I forgot to get the name of the woman who did my pedicure but she was great. Shout out to Emily for doing my full set of short acrylic nails. She did so good! Im so so sad to write this review because the ladies who serviced me were so sweet and so nice and i felt like they did a really good just BUT they habe Dirty tools and dirty feet tubs. I got a fungus infection in my toenail bed from the tools, they also dont use liners for the tubs, and the lady who did my nails didnt glue on my nails good so theres a space between my real nail and my false nail so ive had to try and keep it clean so bacteria wont grow. otherwise service was amazing they were so nice and made me feel comfortable/welcomed. read more

LOVE THIS NAIL SHOP. This place has been my go to since high school prom. The customer service is great, the atmosphere is nice and the prices are pretty good too. The ladies (and a few gentlemen haha) there are so nice. They really really take the time to do your nails and make sure the details are just right. They always check with me if I'm happy with what I'm seeing through out the process and work with me to find nails I like the best. Ok so I've been coming to Kim for like the past 5 years and she always done me well. She always know exactly what I want and how I want it. Yes sometimes she gets busy and moves people around but it's called being a boss a** b*tch, she is always making sure everyone is taken care of, she even stays after hours when she closes early for extra cash and for her customers to get what they want. She does care, if you go to get your nails done ask for Kim, she does a fast job but does it perfect. When I get my nails done with her my nails last around a month. Broke a nail and came in to get it fixed. First time here and it was very cozy, reminded me on my grandmas apt, ladies were very receptive and friendly. Fixed my nail quick and efficiently and you can't even tell it was broken! First of all, I would like to start out by saying I've gotten a manicure here before and was pleased with the quality. Based on that experience I decided to go back again for a quick manicure, but was ultimately convinced to get a $20 pedicure in addition as a special deal since they were slow. I was pleased with the quality of work, but fast forward a day later and things went south quickly. My legs and arm were swollen, bright red, and covered in welts. I can't even begin to describe the amount of pain and discomfort I was in. I couldn't for the life of me figure out where I had gotten such a reaction from until it dawned on me...the nail salon did not use the proper lining nor special sanitized and vacuum-sealed tools while I was there. $120 of doctor and medicine bills later, I had a full blown staph infection from what I thought would be an innocent manicure/pedicure. It's still a week and a half later and I am still writhing in pain and can't sleep at night. I was extremely reluctant to write this post, but felt that I had to bring some kind of awareness to the business and prevent further spreading of the infection. This place is extremely unsanitary! I've been going to this nail salon for many, many years. I have had great experiences and I've had miserable ones. It's inexpensive and very close to my house, so I think that's why I keep giving them another chance. Today was a not-so-great visit. I have a specific person that I prefer for my pedicures. She does a precise job, helps me with my ingrown toenails, and gives a great massage. The pedicure was no different today - very good. But, the guy they gave me for my manicure was new. He was rough with my cuticles, did a really crappy paint job, and forgot the best part - THE MASSAGE! I wanted Kim to ask me how everything was so I could discreetly tell her it looked awful, because I hate the big fuss they make when you complain and they talk about you in Vietnamese the rest of the time you're there. She usually checks on me when she gives me a new person. But, she was too busy this time and I didn't want to call this guy out. All that is to say, I'm sure I'll get over it and return. It just sucks to be a long time customer and get such hit or miss service. read more

I have been going here for 4 years regularly to get my nails done. It's a low budget nail salon but up until yesterday the staff seemed like honest good people. I go yesterday and get my regular mani and pedi for 35 dollars and i also brought a friend with me. She decided to get a full set based upon the price posted largely on the window advertising a full set for 18 dollars. After she waits an hour for anyone to start on her nails, gets moved 3 different times to a different station so that other customers may be accommodated by the better manicurists, she ends up with one who speaks no English who can't give her the coffin nails she asked for, my friend settled for square nails and 2 and a half hours later when they're finally done they charge her 40 dollars not the advertised 18. When we ask why the price more than doubled they say it's because her nails are long and she wanted one nail another color.... and that their special is only good Monday through Wednesday. Mind you we were there on a Monday. I will never give these people another dime of my money they are very shady and honestly racist in my opinion. Find another salon folks they don't deserve good business!!! read more
