The owner is incredibly friendly, the salon was spotless, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. As a man, walking into a nail salon can sometimes feel a little intimidating, but the atmosphere here was relaxed, welcoming, and comfortable. I felt completely at ease the entire time. I was honestly disappointed with my experience here. They don't have any set prices posted, and you aren't told the price until after the service is completed, which I found really sketchy. Hannah charged me $70 for a fill-in, which is more than I've ever paid for a fill-in. What made it even more concerning is that my receipt listed it as a "custom sale," meaning prices may vary depending on who is doing your nails. I was here just two weeks ago and paid $80 for a full set. For only $5 -$10 more, I could have gotten a brand-new full set instead of a $70 fill-in. That option was never offered to me. I definitely feel that customers should be told the exact price upfront before the service is done, especially when there are no posted prices. i still tipped $10 because that just who i am but I personally won't be returning. read more

Easily accessible location! Hanna waxed my eyebrows and did an amazing job, I loved her gentle touch and sweet humor. Hanna convinced me to get a pedicure with one of her employees which I'm very glad she did, it was exceptional! As a man, I never think "hmm, today ima get a pedicure" but this was something I can definitely see myself getting at least once a month as a treat since I'm on my feet all the time. the complementary drinks, pleasant/kind staff, the amazing detail they place towards making your pedicure feel amazing, I rate this spot a 10/10 and highly recommend to anyone like me working in the restaurant industry your feet will thank you! They do not post prices and do not let you know upfront how much the service will be. They will suggest additions but do share how that will affect the price so you get to the register and get the shock of a lifetime. I've gotten my nails done for cheaper and they looked way better. Each time I stopped by, the place was empty and the technicians were hanging out and eating in the pedicure chairs. Save your money, there are better cheaper places. read more

This place is really bad, they are unsanitary and my nails started lifting not even a week my nails are already coming off and they weren't even the same in shape. There was a dog running around eating toe separators and the lady just put them back with the rest in the little cabinet opening where the dog got them. read more

My daughter and I loved this nail spa. Very clean, staff is friendly and they do a great job. My feet are tender and ticklish so the tech took her time and listened to my requests. My daughter is different she wants a more aggressive pedicure and that's what they delivered! I was asked if i was thirsty and needed a drink before starting . my nail artist was Dan he was very patient and took his time and created the exact look i asked for. he even let me be picky and shaved my nail down extra because i like them super thin. over all great experience. very clean. he also mixed colors for my girlfriend so she could have the specific one , you won't find the color on the market super designer hahaha((: he was also a good conversation he didn't really talk unless we talked to him but when he did he was super nice and funny , just what i needed to start the week. read more

I came here 2 days ago. My nails were done by the owner and a gentlemen with glasses. I loved the way they did my nails a year ago. I came back and they didn't clean my cuticles. I'm sad the old owners sold to these people who only seem to care about pleasing MEN - so if your a dude looking for a good time you might like it-- if you're a woman looking to be pampered and treated well, this is not the place for you! My husband surprised me and made an appointment since he knows how much I used to like this place, previous owners. We show up and two women are just staring and talking in a language we don't understand, being completely rude- my husband let them know that he had booked an appointment for me, etc. The older of the two women stared my husband up and down and kept asking him if he wanted to get his feet massaged, etc and she was trying to be all giggling and flirty. He's like ugggh this is about my wife, not me... We about died laughing and I swear I wanted to walk out right then. My husband whispered to me if I would be ok to which I said yes I would enjoy the surprise anyway no worries. We would have a good laugh about it over dinner tonight. Well, 20 min there and my mani/pedi were done! I have never been in/out of a salon so quickly - no leg/foot massage like I normally get with a pedi- I guess because I wasn't a man- the young looking kid who did my pedi, all he did was basically take off my old color and file and repaint- I can do that at home!! Worst ever- but if you need a good laugh!...i'm sure they won't be in business long. Oh and the towels they use on are dirty. You will need to clean yourself when you get home- gross place - in so many ways!!! read more
