I had the most absurd and bad experience here today. I've been here before and had 3 of 4 times been pleased. I had apparently the owners wife these times. The owner himself was a bad experience, repairing a day old chip with the wrong color, insisting it was the same color. He actually told me this. He told me the color had changed over the night. I was speechless, what could I say? So I go in today. Not too busy. But apparently I was sitting next to a favorite client who is getting very pampered and special treatment. Fine OK I get it. She may have been a very loyal customer. I waited over an hour and a half for Sara to do my toes. She had done my toes before. Unfortunately, she went to heat up the water and poured scalding water onto one of my feet. SCALDING. HOT. She apologized profusely after I literally screamed and everybody in the place looked at me and her completely shocked. I didn't see her coming. She kept saying oh, he must've just been surprised. Three times I had to follow this with, no, the water was hot!? I may be blonde, but I'm not stupid. She pointed to a machine and said that she was so sorry she didn't realize the water that came out of this giant metal machine was so hot because she had gloves on and she couldn't feel much in her hands anymore. I'm sorry, but I sure felt it!?. This was followed by Five of her request for me to confirm that I was OK. What was I going to say?? If you've ever been burned by hot water before you know that it hurts for a minute or two and then goes away. It still doesn't take away the fact that you were scalded!? I felt like she did a somewhat rushed job on my "DELUXE" pedicure as the place was now getting busy. Granted, I waited over an hour and a half for my turn. I don't know about you but when I get told how beautiful my nails are how nice my feet feel 100 times during my pedicure or manicure from the person who was doing the work, it gets annoying. I feel like I am getting played. Word to nail establishments ....we have our own brains. LOL BACK TO THIS RELAXING $60 TREATMENT. SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO CUT MY TOE WITH HER TOOLS. IT DID NOT DRAW BLOOD, BUT I ALMOST JUMPED OUT OF MY CHAIR AT LEAST THREE TIMES. SHE KEPT SAYING IT WAS NECESSARY--THAT SHE HAD TO GET SOMETHING OUT OF MY NAIL BED. THERE WAS NOTHING THERE. Sorry for the use of all caps not intentional and I don't feel like retyping, but I did want to get a word out. So when I was checking out, I was astonished. They offered me no discount. You would think they would've said no charge. Oh well, there are plenty of other places to go. I did also want to say that a black gentleman walked in. He was never acknowledged. He walked to the back and sat there for somebody to do his nails. After approximately 40 minutes, he stood up and left the establishment. There were two women who worked here who said something in another language, and then giggled after he walked out. UnbeLIEVable I don't blame him for leaving!!!...he's probably lucky. He won't have his feet or hands burned off I'm just really surprised that a business like this is still around. read more

The place is super clean, beautifully decorated and they play soothing music - making for an overall relaxing experience- which is how I like it. Not sure if it's the lady I got that day... But she shamed me for having a lot of callous, grabbed me by the toe to hold my leg up, and then asked me to "hold my leg up" myself. What the heck, I am here to relax but was treated as second class. My friend who came with me did not have any issues. We paid together and tipped our normal 20%, but don't think I will be coming back. read more

Full upgrade: new seats, new stations, and now, quiet Spa ambiance. It's still priced higher than other locations, but worth it with the new additions: after mani hand massage, cuticle oil. The $55 Pedi includes hot wax, hot stones, hand held massager, and it's the reason I stop in. They do get busy after 2pm so arrive early. read more

Phuong is the best with nails! She is fast knowledgeable and efficient. My nails rarely ever lift when she does them, even after 3 weeks.

Here's an honest review: I'm new to the area and I have tried most nail salons in this area. I think I have found my salon at Bliss. I love the fact that my oval shaped nails are always shaped the way I want them Stella normally does my nails and I prefer for her to do them. However I feel as though setting up an appointment with her is pointless, because of her great work she is bombarded with clients. Stella is super fast with a great personality, but I just wish it was more of relaxing experience. Instead it feels rushed. One time the guy at this location took a personal call while doing my nails. Unprofessional. But it seems in this area that's the typical. I might be wrong, but most salons provide cuticle oil and hand massage with lotion. I end up leaving with great looking nails but with super dry hands. If they did that I would definitely tip higher. read more

In my opinion the design could've been better it looks a bit messy. Ive had $75-80 sets with much better quality and design than this $120 set. Not worth it but still paid and tipped. My left hand that is in the picture is completely crooked. Lady Didn't want to re place the nails when i told her they were majorly crooked. (Looked so bad before powder).I was getting a pedi too so she wasn't sitting straight from me. Right hand was fine. I had about 5 different people work on my nails. Kept getting slightly cut and tech opened my skin on my toe from filing so hard pressing on it. Definitely overpriced. read more

NO ONE DESERVES TO BE LIED TO. BE WARNED. BLISS NAILS INCENTIVES CLIENTS WITH $5 DISCOUNT FOR A POSITIVE REVIEW! I completely displeased with the service. I went to Bliss Nail salon a couple times before and the service was excellent, but I guess the "newness/grand opening vibes" worn off quick. I went to the nail shop on 7/5 at approximately 12:30 PM for a routine full set and toe polish change. Several technicians were in the back room and the owner (wife) was on the phone in a massage chair. Instead of being efficient and do both nail and toe polish, the tech starts just on my nails. At 1:35 PM, the technician only put the clear acrylic on my nails and my toes have not been touched. As a reminder, SEVERAL TECHNICIANS were available to get me out of there sooner. I had to leave because who knows how long it would take for my toes to be done!!! I ended the service with just acrylic overlay, no polish and was charged $46 (full set + nail polish removal). When I went to pay, the WIFE/OWNER (very talkative, thin lady who drinks a lot of caffeine) LIED and attempted to GASLIGHT by saying they did not accept my card payment, which is ILLEGAL (look it up). And again, I been to Bliss several times before and used the same card. SHAMEFULLY BEHAVIOR TO LIE! I was looking forward to a longtime salon since I recently moved to the area but I will keep looking. read more

Looking for a nice place to go and do my nails and ended up giving Bliss Nails a shot and I can say from the morning I walked in I was greeted so friendly and they where on the spot to start accommodating my needs. They offer you complimentary drinks and the nail colors what I loved was that they where all set up so you wouldn't have to keep looking through books. I got a pedicure and it was okay, not terrible, but kind of gentle I suppose. The salon is beautiful and the complimentary margarita was amazing! My one complaint would be the massage chair, I'm a pretty petite person and the massage chair was really large, I could sit all the way back and have him do my feet. So I had to use a pillow to reach the end, meaning I didn't get to use the chair while I got worked on, and isn't that just the cherry on top of a pedicure? Even before I was getting it, while waiting I sat all the way back and the neck massage option was just up by my ears. While it's not uncommon for me to not fit perfectly in these chairs, this seemed extreme. My lower back didn't any "action"! read more
