I walked in today to treat myself a pedicure and manicure. Anne & Sharon were very kind and did a great job on my mani/pedi. I was greeted warmly upon walking in, offered a drink and felt very much catered too. These two ladies were very sweet and I would recommend coming here & will visit again for future appointments. read more

I refuse to go anywhere else since finding Michele Nails. I've recently moved to Rowlett, and still make the drive to come here. Their customer service is outstanding, better than anywhere else! Every single employee I've had has been amazing and so sweet! They all go above and beyond, without having to ask. The atmosphere is relaxing and they even offer complimentary drinks. If you're looking for a new regular nail salon, this is the place! read more

I decided to try them for a pedicure and was extremely disappointed. I thought the lady I booked my appointment with would be the person to do my pedicure. However, when I arrived, she had a guy do my pedicure. He was lousy!! He should not be in that type business. He cannot cut straight and my nails were cut uneven and look out of balance for appearance. I will never go there again and I will never recommend that nail spa!! PASN read more

I was on my way to firewheel to run errands and saw this place. It wasn't busy and figured it would be an easy stop. I got a dip mani and a regular polish pedi. The lady who did my mani cut up my left hand. My thumb was the worst finger after she was using the electric tool for my nail she was rushing and cut me multiple times. I was bleeding and she didn't bother to be gentle after I even said ow that hurt. Continued to do the dip and never has anyone cut me so bad and still put my open wound cut into the dip powered container. It's been a while since anyone has cut me but I remember when I was the lady used a scooper cause she didn't want to dip my cut finger into the container - the sanitary thing to do. The pedi was ok, no cuts and maybe a 5 minute leg message. By the pictures I posted you'd think this was 2 1/2 - 3 weeks from when I got them done but no I got them done Saturday (6/4) and it's only Thursday (6/9) and they have already chipped and cracked. Waste of $80+ for a bad job. read more

I normally don't go here, bc every time I've gone they manage to cut me or burn my finger from drilling, but I was restricted on time so I ended up here. I finally found a person named Trish (manager) whose really good, so I called two weeks later to schedule an appt with her, and she called 30 minutes before the appt to tell me she couldn't take me at that time bc she scheduled someone else and so I told her ok I'll come the next day at noon. I go there the next day 5 minutes before noon, and she had just started on someone, and told me no, she took someone else and to wait 20 minutes. Never said sorry, or acknowledged that she screwed up on my appt twice! Back to Villa nails for me. read more

Let me just say I will be back again. I am not much of a "yelper" but Trish and Ann provided amazing service and made sure I was a happy and satisfied customer by the time I was done so they deserve credit! Recently found out they had went under new ownership so it looks like some things might have changed and I'm only saying this due to the reviews I saw on here which did make me question on coming in at first but I'm glad I gave them a try cause I will be a returning customer! Thank you Trish and Ann for making my first experience here an amazing one and I can't wait to see y'all for my next visit!! read more

Look,I'm someone who gets her nails done on a regular so I've had bad work done before and I usually am not mad about it,But this day was the day before my anniversary and I needed them done right .Ive been here 3 times and the first 2 times where awesome ! I had my nails and toes done by Tina the first 2 times...But the third time I had my nails done by Lana....I'll just say this ..If you want your nails done right, it's best to wait for someone you KNOW will do your nails the right way and take their time on them ,then to let someone who doesn't know what they're doing, rush and mess them up... that's exactly what Lana did. I basically had a French tip with white toes ...On top of that they tried charging me $100 for literall mess . After I paid I went right across the street by target and get them fixed .....Don't go here unless your dealing with some you know does good. read more

I have been here plenty of times and never had an issue. Went last week for a gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was good but the manicure wasn't. The whole time she was telling me to get dip, which is what I usually do but this time I wanted just a manicure to clean up my nails from COVID closure. She didn't even do that. The next day I laid out by the pool and three of my toes completely lost polish and two of my fingers the gel ripped all the way down. The rest of my nails were all chipped. I went back to get them fixed and the day after one toe was gone again and the rest of the nails were pulling off. I ended up taking off my nails when they were only done less than a week. So disappointed. read more

I was surprised to see this nail salon at anything less than 5 stars! Most of these reviews appear to be from when the salon was under previous management. Tran is an incredible nail tech, and person, who takes great care of my natural nails! She won't let you leave until you are 100% happy!1 Joanna is another very sweet person, who does great work. Horrible experience..: I've been going for a year now and they changed their policy beginning of June and added $5 for long nails no matter if you already have the tip on or not. They do not make you aware of their policy either. They take out their own tips and include it in the receipts. Be careful they're sneaky. Would not recommend... read more

The salon itself is nothing special but they do good work! I was referred by a friend but when I got in there I was disappointed at the feel and look of the place but decided to still give them a shot because my nails were ridiculous. They ended up doing a great job. Just feels dirty in the salon and needs some cleaning and touch up work done to be a nice, enjoyable experience. They don't offer wine or complimentary water or soda which is a negative for me. Cam did my manicure (gel) and did a great job! read more

Walked in with my sister and had to walk back out. Site was very unsanitary and dirty which is the first thing I usually notice. It's a tad small and cramped which I don't like. We were asked to wait though it didn't appear like they were all that busy for a Monday afternoon and the receptionist didn't really seem to stop up selling at us. No thanks. read more

I walked in and was immediately sat down. I usually just get nexgen and the last couple nail salons I have been to were disappointing for the price. Finally! A nail salon that knows how to do good nails close to my house! Very lovely people and know how to hold a conversation as well. The manager was super sweet and welcomed me as if I was a regular customer. Ann did my nails and they are the best they've looked in a long time! Highly recommend this salon :)) read more

I asked for chrome nails for my birthday they were arguing saying it is chrome and they were charging extra my sister pulled up what it's supposed to look like they all started yelling I asked who the manager was they said both managers were not there. For my pedicure they lady had put three different colors on one toe I asked her to redo it she started yelling in whichever language she spoke to the girls doing my manicure and quickly finished the rest of my toe nails and walked off. For my lady doing my nex gen nails she kept arguing with me about what color and the length I should be doing it was ridiculous. Never coming back I can see why there was no one in there besides us. read more

I used to go to Coco nails in Dallas. I've gone there since I was 13 years old. I moved to garland about two years ago, the drive from my original nail salon was 40 minutes away. I have literally tried almost every nail salon in the area, but none were up to my standards, until I came here. I had my set done by Cam and she did an amazing job and Lam did my pedicure and she did a good job as well. The inside of the nail salon itself isn't fancy, but the service is great. I will definitely be coming here regularly. I'm so happy I found a nail salon in my area that I love! I was starting to give up hope! read more

This place is awesome. I have moved up north but whenever I come home I always get a pedicure here. $20 for a thorough pedicure is an amazing deal! I have never had a bad experience, I wish I could come here all the time! read more

Everyone is nice, but god my gel manicure was awful! The polish was just everywhere, leaking and jagged near my cuticles. It was not a clean application. My first time here and my last! My fault for wanting to try a new place! I never felt so upset and disappointed over a manicure ever! I also got a pedi which was alright. What sucks the most is they do an okay job and charge more than other places that does a great job. If you get shellac often, don't come here. What a waste of $52, spend that hard earning money else where that does a better job. read more

I have been visiting Michele Nails for 15 years, most all of the technicians have been here since they opened. After having a bad day. I took my girlfriend to get her mani and pedi. Right when I walked in, someone was there to greet me. We did not have to wait at all. After being seated, we were offer cold water or a can of soda. Both Mani and Pedi was done at the same time so it was very good timing. The nail tech that took care of my girl friend was Cam and Lan, she made sure everything my girlfriend had everything she needed (Pillows, water, fan, ect.) Cam and Lan both did the mani and pedi within 45 minutes, which is a fairly good time for both. I will difinitely talk her back to Michele Nails, Maybe next time even bring my mother. read more

We got the $35 pedicures and they let us have extra 10 min leg/foot massages for $10 extra. They used real oranges and other fancy lotions and goop on our feet and legs and massaged them all in one by one. It felt fine, kinda repetitive just getting everything squeezed. My lady (I didn't catch her name) did it so hard, her latex gloves ripped. After she scrubbed my feet with the foot callus remover/grater, she slapped it on the towel where I was putting my feet up until all the dead skin came off the grater. She left it there the good majority of the time we were there. I'm not very assertive but was so grossed out by it just sitting there, I almost asked her if she could get a fresh towel until she finally did it herself before it came to that point. It had probably been 30 min, which is the picture I have attached. I noticed the other nail technicians did similar but I think they rubbed it in the towels so it wasn't as noticeable. She also cleaned out her brushes and other buffers under the water where my legs and feet were. Which sucks because then all the gross stuff that I was having taken off my feet, were now floating and soaking around and into my legs and feet? They didn't offer refreshments until the end when my aunt requested it. Then they asked everyone out loud in the salon. Overall it was okay. Just kinda gross. read more

I have being a client every since they open about 13 years ago. It has changed hands recently - same staff and my favorite is still there Ms. Ann (Tran). My original person left and recommended Ms. Ann. She has been my go too person for my medi/pedis for least 8 years. read more

I payed $70 for a Nexgen full set and pedicure. Which was not worth AT ALL. Not even a day passes and one of my nails broke. They fixed it for free, but a few days later I broke 2 more. I'm literally sitting at this place as I type this review and it sucks! If I wasn't in the middle of getting a "massage" I would leave. The massage chairs are old and crickety. I had to wait 20 mins while sitting in a chair with water getting cold before anyone said a word to me. I'm skipping my manicure I told them I wanted and leaving after she polishes. Needless to say, I will be going to a different nail salon tomorrow to get a real manicure and pedicure and never coming back here read more

Clean, well run salon. Love that they are open 7 days a week. My favorite nail tech Tracy left in January but not to worry, they are all good. I have not had the male do my nails but have had each of the ladies. I appreciate that they understand my "runner's toe" dilemma. They are very gentle and when I show them wear my toes have been damaged they are very, very careful. Great place if you are a runner! Thirty dollars for a mani pedi. No television but new massage chairs and lots of magazines. read more
