One of the better manicures I have ever gotten. Shape was great and polish lasted a long time. It's a very no frill kind of place and I'm personally not sure their pricing dictates that. I've personally been on the hunt for a nail place I can call home but have been unsuccessful in the past 6 years. They do not have your traditional nail chairs, they use lazy boys with buckets. I personally wasn't a fan of that but I didn't get a pedicure. I had the youngest girl do my nails and she was honestly great. I just personally won't be back because of the pricing. They really are the same price as everywhere else but the vibe offers so much less. $20 for basic manicure if you're wondering. read more

After several years of enjoying this salon, we won't be going back. My heels were left a bit raw with small open wounds after the callous remover was used. Five days later my feet are swollen and sore. Not only is this uncomfortable but dangerous. The risk of infection is increased. Very sad to be looking for a new salon now. read more

Well.... I should have known that "no frills" means quickie. Went by for a pedi. They use the portable plastic bins for your feet. Charged $5 extra to buff the bottom of my feet. My nail tech had me in and out in less than 30. No English. Meh. read more

This is by far the best nail spot I have ever been to. They always do an amazing job, take their time, and are extremely well priced. However, what stands out the most is that go the extra mile to be friendly and get to know their customers. I have been coming here about once a month for about a year, but then stopped in March 2020 because of covid. I just came back, a year later, and they remembered my name and greeted me with it when I came in.... I was SO impressed. While I was there I saw them do the same thing to several others walking in who were just as equally impressed. They also just redecorated the entire place including mew chairs that are easy to sanitize. I love park nails! read more

You get what you pay for here. It's a no frills kinda nail place. Everyone seemed nice but it's stuffy and smelt of incents and didn't appear to be up kept very well. But they did a good job for an extremely cheap price. Think it was $20 for a Pedi and $12 for the mani. But don't come here expecting anything extra. I probably will come back here when I'm in a pinch or if it's own my way. I just didn't feel "relaxed" the whole time I was here so that's why the 3 stars (it's passing to me but barely). read more

I like this place more than I thought I would for a strip mall nail joint. I've been 3 times now and have had a good experience each time. Basic manicures are $12. Can't beat that. They have a decent color selection and I've never had to wait for my walk-in manis. They take their time, even including a nice arm and neck massage. I haven't had a pedicure there yet but have seen them done. A little old school as they don't have the typical pedicure chair setup. This is where I remember to mention even the manicures are given in a leather recliner. Nice! So your feet are soaked in a basin at the foot of the recliner. Other than that, the pedicures look pretty standard. I recommend this place for a nice inexpensive manicure. read more

The worst service pedicure I've ever received. Sloppy service. I'm too embarrassed to post a picture of my pedicure. I had to go home to redo my pedicure. I had to pay an extra $5 just for them service the bottoms of my feet and that was a waste of money! They had no other customers so they all just sat around and stared. They switch at the end so another person painted my nails and the polish was messy and my cuticles peely and raggy. When I told them about it and asked them to fix it they looked at me like totally surprised. That's what I get for trying to go cheap! Back to Castle Nails in Wylie!!! True professionals!! read more

Had my gel manicure done at another location and came here only to hear them complain about how hard the paint was to remove as they scraped with their fingernails and filed away at the gel. Left with new gel manicure that already looked like my nails started growing and lifted days later. Went back for them to fix it and was provided with an uncomfortable response as they agreed to fix but had every technician stare at me as the owner fixed my nails. When done she slammed my reclining chair back up from recline and said nothing. When I asked if I was finished, she said yes and turned away as if I had done something wrong. This plus the foreign chatter of obvious complaining about me will prevent me from returning. I know people who love this place and I have lived in the area for years. I come here and there if heading in their direction. I may not be a regular but don't think the crappy manicure or service is warranted. nOT recommended!! read more

This has been my go-to place for pedicures for the last 7+ years. The owners are super friendly and always greet me by name, even if I haven't been in months. You can make an appointment, but I never have. I just walk in, and am usually seated and soaking my feet within a few minutes. The absolute BEST part of the pedicure is the leg and foot massage. It's a little piece of heaven on earth. Even at their busiest times, they still give a very generous 15 minute massage. They will recline the chair back all the way for you and go to town. It's wonderful!! The only reason I didn't give Park Nails 5 stars is because there have been a couple of times they've been a bit heavy-handed on my cuticles. $20 for a pedicure and amazing foot/leg massage is a great deal. You get an equally wonderful neck/shoulder/arm massage with a $12 manicure. They also have a special for a mani/pedi for $30...which means you basically get a full-body massage! read more

Found this place on yelp looking for a pedicure close to home that wouldn't break the bank. As much as I love a pedicure, I hate paying $40 for one. The establishment is clean. They use liners in little foot baths and the instruments all came out of an autoclave packet. I got there around 6, they close at 7. She didn't rush, I got an amazing leg massage with my standard $20 pedicure. Relaxing establishment, lots of polish choices and great service. I'll be back for my next pedicure. read more

Looking for a swanky nail place? This isn't it. But Park Nails is my all time favorite mani pedi stop. It doesn't have the fancy spa decor. And they have traded in the long line of massage chairs for big over stuffed recliners... most genius idea ever. And all the massaging is done by hand instead. Prices can't be beat. I'm not impressed. For a $25 "spa pedicure" they don't do anything but hardly scrub with a pumice. It's an extra $5 for callus removal. I won't be returning. They focus more on a leg rub than actually scrubbing and filing your nails. I asked for them to square the nails and my 2 big toes are filed in different shapes. I hope I don't get an infection.. Next a different person came and put some kind of oil and then lotion all over my arms.. The lotion was nice but the oil was kinda weird to me. Finally, the paint. They use buckets for the pedicures and put on unused clear bag and then throw it away when they're done with a customer so you know it's always clean! And you sit on a couch that is soooo comfortable! And a leg massage comes with the pedicure, I would have to say it's very nice just for $20. And service is great! I have been a client at Park Nails for 10+ years. Who needs fancy when you can get quality service in a clean environment? I go every 3 weeks for my nails, a pedicure and eyebrow shaping. The owners are wonderful and their long term staff works hard to make each visit a pleasant one. Hint: If you are tried of acryllic or gel nails, you must try the NexGen Nail which does not damage your natural nail and lasts for weeks.....a miracle (check out on google). I had gone to Park Nails for over 15 years and then moved about 25 minutes away and tried no less than 5 nail salons closer to home. No one could do my nails as good as Ann - I like them super thin & natural with light link & soft white. I now make the drive from Fairview to Plano just to get it done right. It's totally worth paying for extra massage time on arms & shoulders as part of the pedicure. It's not fancy but I would rather have a job well done. Another thing I completely appreciate is that Ann & Tommy manage this salon so they are stable and will be there for years to come verses high staff turnover which is frustrating.
