I think it's very unprofessional for them to tell me that they close at 5 PM when it clearly says on their website they close at 8pm and on their front door that they close at 7:30PM on Fridays. I showed up at 4:30 PM, took time out of my day, and used my gas just to be told that they close at 5 PM. They didn't even give me a reason why. This is my second time coming here, and they just don't have customer service at all.

They do such an amazing job. I personally will never go anywhere else. Andrew was the one that done our designs. He takes alot of pride in his work.

This is when I left. The nail tech did this. She put her own fingernail under my nail and pulled it back. Painful.

I would not recommend to go to this nail salon ever. I used to go here and had not been in a long time and before when I had been, it was fine. Today I went in a little bit of a pinch because I wanted to get home before it got too cold. When I arrived, they had no music on, no TVs, and a few people were working, but they acted like they almost weren't open. I asked if they were open and they said yes to come in. I said I wanted to get my nails done and get a pedicure, but not at the same time. They sent me in a different pedicure chair and started my pedicure and then immediately came over and started trying to do my nails. I told her I did not want them done at the same time and she ignored me and just kept doing my nails. Then she wrapped all of my fingers in foil and acetone and proceeded to get on her phone and talk for about 45 minutes. When the foil pieces started falling off my fingers, another girl came over and started working on my nails and she was doing fine. This made the one who was originally working on my nails mad so she came and told her to get up and kept working on my nails while she was still on her phone talking as loudly as possible. I put in noise canceling headphones and turned on music to listen to and I could still hear her over that. The one doing my pedicure did not speak any English and I asked her to heat up the water and she just smiled and nodded and never did. Other than that, the pedicure was fine. I decided I was finished and was leaving without getting my nails finished whenever she started trying to physically peel off the nails that were still on my nail beds. She tried to manually remove them by using her own fingernail to scrape them off. It hurt and ripped my own nail. So I grabbed my hands and pulled them back and I told her I was done. She then got upset and would not speak to me the rest of the time I was there which was fine and I could tell she was talking about it to the other two but not in English. I immediately left there with my nails, looking like they look in these photos and went to my regular nail place, which was further away, and they were so kind and fixed them for me. I will never go back to this nails salon or suggested to anybody else. One of the worst experiences I've ever had while trying to get my nails done.

Nexgen, 4 weeks later, still AMAZING!

I stumbled on Sunny Nails via Google Maps and ratings. And I have to say, what a pleasant surprise! This is going to be my new go-to. $30 for Nexgen, and all I did was stroll on in. I went on a Friday afternoon, right before rush hour. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the owner, asked to pick a color, and was seated almost immediately. My technician (Lien) was amazing. She was very attentive and efficient - the whole process was about 45 minutes (which is perfect because I always wonder what the heck happened when a single polish manicure takes longer than 60 minutes). One of my nails was a little bit shorter than the others, so she asked if I wanted to put a tip on it (never done that before) at no extra charge. I've gotten tons of compliments. It's been nearly 4 weeks, and my nails still look amazing (aside from them growing out). Highly recommend this place.

Came at 10am! Super nice. Literally no pain whatsoever! They knew just what I wanted.

Thorough and clean with the polish, but look at my angry red inner right big toe :(

I really really wanted to like this place, mostly because I wanted to believe I could get a good pedicure for $20. It probably isn't possible though. When I was in the shop, it was just me and a couple of regulars. I didn't really talk at all, but even the regulars weren't really talking to their pedicurists/manicurists. While she was doing my nails, she nicked me with the cuticle clippers a few different times, but I didn't make any sign that this was uncomfortable, so maybe this was my fault? But at the nail place I usually go to, I never have to tell them and they don't hurt me. My big toenails curl in a little bit at the sides, so she used the cuticle clippers to cut downward angles to cut the sides off. I felt like I had read something about this being bad, but she does this all day- she knows what she's doing. I did appreciate how thorough she was with the paint though. If I got one little nick, she would re-paint it, and once she even removed the polish from a whole nail and re-did the two coats. That part I was really pleased with. That's where they earned a star. I got back home and my mom, who used to do nails professionally, confirmed that yes, that downward angle thing is not favorable. Fast forward to this morning, and my big toes really hurt where she did that :( like I said, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, and I'm a pretty laid back reviewer/rater usually, but I feel that this is unacceptable.

My beautiful nails! Thank you Sunny nail salon!

I'm very happy, my nails look incredible. The salon was very clean and the customer service was great! I'll be back! I made the right decision to go to Sunny nail salon!

Worst service I've ever received. Not a good atmosphere. She had some dude on FaceTime while giving me a pedicure. No thank you.

Recommended to come here by a friend for my bridal nails. I made an appointment online and sent a…read moretext with my inspo design. Because I also had to remove dip and apply extensions, we started half an hour earlier so there would be enough time. Although I texted in English, I was greeted in Mandarin--as a Chinese-American, this made the whole encounter feel like I was being reprimanded in Chinese school or something. Dip removal and extension application was done systematically and skillfully. This design must have been difficult and too frustrating, because I was given excuses--I was told it was winter style and not fitting for a summer wedding. Absolutely shocking since everyone else treats brides nicely. I was also told this was completely out of style and that I should download xiaohongshu for more recent Chinese styles. (My parents worked way too hard to leave China, and I'm definitely not about to download xiaohongshu.) I stated that I don't like recent Chinese styles, and this was the style I wanted for my floral-themed wedding. Only then was I told this design was too difficult and we were running short on time, but I asked them to try their best anyway. Sometimes speaking Mandarin helps to build rapport, but on the other hand, I don't think I would have had such an awkward exchange if we had only spoken in English. Although it was allegedly out of style in China and although it doesn't look like the inspo photo, I like how it turned out. I received many compliments for my wedding as well. I might go back for another special occasion, but next time I might try someone else.

I've been going to She Nails for four years now, and I really enjoy their services. They are respectful and quiet, which is very important to me. They require appointments and typically have two girls working at once, so walk-ins are not accepted. For someone who would pay $180 to $190 in California, their prices are incredible.

Y'all are sick and unaccountable. 0/10 do not go here for waxing. Even in person when I was leaving the lady tried to lie and I stated my phone calls are recorded then she took accountability for stating they were not busy and could take me appt immediately. TERRIBLE. THEY WILL BLAME THE SCARS THEY LEFT ON YOU CRAZY. I have a plethora of pics without scars and have never had chicken pox avoid them at ALL costs. Update: I recorded the call when I scheduled. The manager is now stating I didn't get service there and denying accountability. I would've said go here but be patient with them but now, do not go. I don't need the refund, but good customer service would've said oh no! We waxed your chin so bad you left in pain, we're bleeding which we saw, and then we added Vaseline to try and help with healing, let's refund you. But yall are terrible. I bled and my chin was waxed in such a rush barely waiting 3 seconds between another application and rip off that it burned for 2 days. I asked if they had appointments and instead of saying they have one in 30 minutes they said I can come in now and get it done now. 2 people left because their services were half done and paused, and they rushed me leaving hair and then blaming needing to rush on why my chin was now raw. I want a full refund for this service and will contact the business. I now have scars on my chin and bumps. Terrible experience. They said they were rushing to help me- I never asked or pressured to be rushed. Helping me isn't ripping the skin off my chin and refusing to take accountability
