I went in with more lashes than I came out with! I asked for a refill....she said I needed a full set. She took off all of my lashes, my eyes were burning and I laid there for two hours and when she was done I had less lashes than I had before I went in. My eyes were stuck together and were burning and when I opened my eyes there were big gaps where she pulled my eyelashes out and it hurt. And she charged me 150 dollars to come out with less eyelashes I had when I went in. I look horrible and I paid $150 to have my own eyelashes pulled out. i asked her what kind of lashes she was using and she said that I SAID I WANTED THEM TO LOOK NATURAL. I NEVER EVEN SAID THAT!!! Ladies be careful of this place if you're looking to have lashes done. THEN She said she would take them off for me!! HA! After pulling out my real lashes and having my eyes glued together.... do you think I want her to take them off and leave me looking like this? They took their time shaping, cleaning the edges and painting and gave me a sweet hand massage and warm towel. went to get my eyebrows waxed as well as a pedicure possibly. I even said that when the lady asked what I wanted that day. When she finished with my brows, they were red, swollen and bumped up. I went home immediately and put alcohol on them and now over 24 hours still small bumps. I will not be back as this was my first experience. Mspa is now under new ownership. I saw some good reviews so I went to give them a try. I arrived at 5pm for a gel pedi & nexgen/ dip (on fresh nails not needing to remove old ones which takes longer) I was there for FOUR HOURS and they finally finished at 9pm. Pedicure was ok, the only thing I didn't like was that they trimmed my toe nails down when I only asked for them to be shaped. The manicure is really bad, my cuticles are damaged one of them was actually bleeding from getting nicked by the dremel & the nexgen is stuck to some of my skin and it's very jagged around the cuticles on my nails where it's not actually stuck to the skin. I would no longer recommend Mpsa under its new ownership. I don't know anyone who has time to get their nails done for 4 hours, and on top of that it's not even nice. And they charged me over $200 for the service. Very disappointed. Do not come here. The 5 star reviews on this business are from the previous owners. Not the current ones. read more

If you're considering getting a full set of nails or a pedicure, think twice. The pedicure water was lukewarm at best--they literally had to boil water in the back just to heat it up. It was the coldest pedicure I've ever had. I went back a few days later to fix a broken nail. She repaired it, but the nail ended up being a different length and a completely different color. I came to this location around 8 pm on a Wednesday. I asked for an acrylic set a pedicure. I got the milk and honey pedicure and for my acrylic I just wanted a natural pink or a bubble bath OPI pink. I showed the nail tech a picture that my nail tech has done on me but unfortunately, my nail tech was out of town at the time. The picture was very straightforward. It was a clear pink and a square set around medium length no design, the nail did my pedicure did not The water was very cold. The nail tech that did my acrylic said did not listen to instructions my nails were oversized. He also did not wear gloves during my treatment. I love hating my nails and my feet. I paid $150. I have been going here for about 6 years now. I am not consistent by any means but I have tried other nail spa's and none of them have ever compared to this one. Today I decided to take my mom out for a girls day for Mother's Day and we had a great time. They were gentle with her and Q did an amazing job with my nails. The worst place I have ever been! I called before going in to make sure walk ins was acceptable, I was told yes. I told her that I would be there in 20 minutes and I did, told her the services i needed which was pedicure for my sister and mom, so 3 people in total. She said okay, took my name and said thanks. I got there and she sat us down, soaked our feet in cold water for 10 minutes then left to go do another client. Got tired of waiting and called her attention. Then 2 new people came and did the pedicure. That was done and I wanted to get my nails done on my hand, I was told 10 minutes and not one person spoke to me. They are all unprofessional and need serious help. Don't accept walk ins if you are not capable of providing services needed, absolute shithole. read more

I took my daughter here for a mani/ pedi for her bday, and then a chrome/gel manicure and just a pedicure for me. The service was an insane amount of time. They were done with her in like 30 minutes, and I was there for 3 hours. Also, I told the lady I had regular polish on and I didn't want it to be filed off 2x. She still got the file. My nails are still recovering from dip and are super thin. I had to tell her again. At the end of the service I told them to skip the top coat on my toes, because we just needed to go. They did not cure my gel nails properly between coats or they used bad product, because the next day the tips started to come off and the paint underneath wasn't even dry. It was also super expensive. I felt bad it was not a great experience for my daughter, who essentially just asked me to do hers from now on. I used to come to this place all the time with my friend, and liked it's proximity to Central Market. Apparently they aren't under new management, and it's just not working. She also said she had a bad experience and had to find a new place. read more

The other guests were treated well and everyone was talking to them but you get kind of left out when you feel singled out because when I walked in, I was a bit lost because no one was at the front desk so I stood there and a saw me and nail tech asked me what I wanted without being greeted. Then it was downhill from there. I tried to engage in conversation with the nail tech but it was one word responses. Not only that when they were cleaning my nails the mess went all over my shirt and hands and they didnt make an effort to help me clean up so I had to stop the nail tech and clean up the space and myself. Literally wandered in after leaving central market & just needed my soo removed and a gel pedi, I got a manicure the pineapple or papaya or something (only $10 more than the regular $20 manicure) it comes with a arm massage w/ hot rocks and omg I fell asleep/ so relaxing on the arms. They were quick and so friendly. Yes you still get spa quality but for a decent price, no more expensive than a regular nail shop. Not my usual place but I was on this side of town today and needed to get my gel polish removed from my nails and toes. I specified a few times I only wanted and gave time for purely removal, nothing extra. She went through the whole process, I noticed she seemed to be doing some more like filing the nails too. My other places I rotate between include that in their removal but we finally got done because she took about 40 minutes for this and then told me my total was $30!!! For What? She cackled and said she tried to tell me. Negative. I asked all the appropriate questions and no where did she tell me that all the little stuff she was doing on her own (not me asking for) would rack up my total. She finally said she knocked some off so it went down to $25. I'm sorry but if you specify multiple times ONLY removal.... Then that should be ONLY what you're charged for. Also have a bloody cuticle from her drill thing and she didn't get all the gel off some fingers. I'm sorry but I feel this is equivalent to lying by omission. Just not fully honest. read more
