She was very accommodating and sweet and took care of both! Prices were extremely reasonable and I really appreciated that there was no heavy odor in the salon since they don't do acrylics. I had the best pedicure experience at Nail Care! As soon as I walked in, I showed Tia my two big toes that were painful due to ingrown nails. She handled it so smoothly and professionally! I felt relief immediately after she removed them. I've tried three different nail salons in Dallas before, but Nail Care was the only one that truly took care of the problem. Friendly but unskilled ladies working when I came in today. Whoever was doing my pedicure must not have been able to shape because another lady said she would do that part. So they switched on and off. The one who did file my nails did a terrible job...So bad I ended up filing them myself. At this point, I cancelled my gel pedicure and ended up leaving. All that was done was gel removal, filing (which I did myself) and some terrible cuticle clipping. I asked how much it would be as I'm trying to get out of the chair, and she said it was $30 so I might as well get clear put on too. Na. I was trying to get out of there. My birthday is coming up and I don't need my toes looking crazy. I'll go somewhere else. The stars on yelp are deceiving. Personally would not recommend. I like the new chairs ! Feels good to sit in it , be massaged while having your toes cleaned and colored. Been coming to this place since my move from another state. I like the ladies that works here. Friendly and they do a good job. I especially like Nini. I am diabetic, so i am really careful where i have my pedicures done. I like that they change the plastic cover on the tub and show you the it's new, every time. It's clean. They also have a wide selection of nail colors. Today is Monday and I got my nails done here 2 days ago (Saturday). My nails are already chipping off and they put powder over my cuticles. Started off slow and relaxing then another customer came in and she was rushing and very sloppy work. They don't take Amex and also charge 3% for credit card use...fyi. I do not recommend. Absolutely the best nail place ever! I used to come here regularly, but had to stop coming for a couple of years. I never went anywhere else to get my nails done in that time. Today, I dropped by at lunch and it was just like being "home" (I know - corny, but true!) Nails were done (dip) beautifully in less than an hour and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Conversation easily flowed, and the atmosphere was totally relaxed. I would rather come here than to any of those over-priced, chandelier, bar, and tv places ANY day! I've been to this nail salon before and the reason I returned was because the lady that did my toenail gel polish was amazing. I liked the way they turned out and it was quick and easy.. unfortunately when I returned, I got the same gel nail polish on my toes, which turned out perfect, but I decided to get gel nail polish on my fingers as well, and I was sorely disappointed if I ever do come back here, it will only be for gel polish on my toes and buy that specific woman. Beside that I wouldn't really recommend going here the lady drilled into my pinky now almost down to the cuticle. It hurt very bad and I'm not one. That's very sensitive when it comes to getting your nails done.. I'm also a little picky on my nails specifically my hands because they're seen by everyone, but that should be self-explanatory when I'm paying you $35 for your service on top of a tip. I feel like I should be happy with what I walk out with and I was not so I asked them to remove it because I was not paying for that.. and unfortunately, in the process of removing my polish, they did not remove it in the nicest manner at all left my nails looking very sad in the next nail salon I went.
