I was visiting here from San Antonio for travel ball and desperately needed a pedicure and was also limited on time. michelle did my pedicure and she did such an amazing job. they helped me right away and had no wait at all. price was great for a basic pedi+shellac. 10/10 recommend! if I'm ever back in Plano for any reason I'm definitely coming back again. thank you so much. the atmosphere was nice and clean as well and they had lots of color options. read more

The customer service from the front desk was great. She was very friendly and attentive. My pedicure was great too!! But I took my older aged mom for a pedicure on Mother's Day and she told her nail tech the water was too hot and the nail tech teased her (basically called her a weeny), but I felt it wasn't very nice. I added a manicure and she did an ok job but it was very rushed. I had to clean up the nail polish paint from my skin when I got home. read more

I hadn't had my nails done in a long time, so I was really excited for this appointment until the experience took a turn. I chose a red French tip. The base was done nicely, but once the French tip was started, it looked uneven and lopsided, with one side noticeably thicker than the other. After two nails on each hand were completed, I politely spoke up and apologized for not saying something sooner. Unfortunately, the nail technician responded in a very hostile manner, telling me, "You should've told me sooner," in a mean and dismissive tone. I understood her point and apologized again, simply asking if the French tips could be made a bit thinner. From that point on, her attitude became increasingly hostile. It was also very obvious that she was talking about me to the nail technician next to her, as they both looked over at me and my nails while speaking. This made me extremely uncomfortable, and I no longer felt at ease addressing any further concerns. She continued working on my nails, but her frustration was clearly reflected in the final result. My nails are uneven and not worth the amount I paid. A young woman I believe to be a supervisor came over and spoke to the technician, and it appeared she had already been informed of the situation, as she also looked closely at me and my nails. Due to how I was treated and the uncomfortable environment, I did not feel safe or comfortable speaking up to anyone at the salon. I am very upset not only with how my nails turned out, but also with how I was treated as a customer. I would not recommend this nail salon as a French tip full set is proved to be a complicated request. read more

My husband and I have been here several times since it opened, and yes, it is new and really nice. But we will not be going back because I feel like some of their pricing could be a little deceptive. During past visits, I just assumed that no matter what shape I got, it was included in the price of the manicure. Maybe because it said nail shaping, and there was no indication that anyone shape or another was special or not special, with special shapes being $5 more. And evidently, the only shape that you do not have to pay $5 more for is the square. Yes, I should have been reviewing my receipts more carefully after my husband paid the bill .... but it just feels deceptive. read more

I made an appointment about an hour before I arrived. They fit me in and were kind on the phone. The nail tech had issues with my color and getting it right. She called the manager over and he was rude and didn't offer any help. When I finally had had enough and asked to just get a clear polish they still wanted to charge me (with a 20% discount). I refused to pay. The messed up my nails and made them look horrible. I'll never return. read more

My first two visits to the salon, I was pleased. On my third visit I was not pleased. The nail tech failed to service me fully. They don't clean under your nails, the massages like a feather being drug across your feet and the water was mildly cool. Great decor however.
