Worst service eve...you walk in they say come back at such a time fair enough it's busy. but for me to come back at the appointed slot and make me sit for an hour with no help and not even an offer of water for my inconvenience is unacceptabl. Then with that being said you serve your kind first when I have been there for an hour and make me sit at a chair when there's no one to help me is really the worst of it. I was really excited to try this salon since it's less than three minutes from my house, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. My appointment took two hours, and my nail tech accidentally cut my finger multiple times. On top of that, I was overcharged by $10. The quality of the nails also didn't hold up. One nail chipped the same day I got them done, and another chipped just a few days later. I had high hopes because of how convenient the location is, but based on this experience, I won't be returning. read more

I know this nail salon because of my friend's recommendation. But I'm very unhappy with my hands. The guy who did my hands is quite old and I asked for a square nail shape. But he couldn't do the shape I wanted. He did my hand for a long time and it still didn't look good. He kept filing my nails which were painful, the surface of the nails was rough and uneven. I wanted a deep french but he made it thick and looked bad and then he took a pink powder to make flowers for me but he kept wiping it off and redoing it but it didn't work. Then another girl came to take my hands off to redo them. She did it quickly and beautifully. But I came here to experience good service, why do you let a newbie practice on my hands? My initial experience was great, but the true review for me is how does the manicure last. This picture is 19 (nineteen)!! days after my manicure! Not a single chipped nail!! That has NEVER happened before. Several times I have looked down and thought surely I chipped one this time - but all 10 still look perfect - they have survived dishes, cooking, cleaning, gardening and workouts! Beyond rude and pedicure was half done. How do you charge an upgrade for a French when you didn't even apply the pink coat?? Crooked white line over naked nailbed isn't a French. Extremely rude service. Wasn't even offered a beverage. Ann pretended not to understand English. I know she speaks English because 4 of my coworkers go here for services and they couldn't believe how rudely I was treated and how terrible my pedicure looked. Didn't even clean up the cuticles or scrub the callouses properly. Nails cut uneven. For this I paid $42? Ann pretended she didn't understand anything I was saying. Refused to speak one word of English. If you only want to do nail art then don't offer basic services and then treat people like crap because they only want a basic service. Over 500 colors to choose from, super bright and clean. From freehand drawing to 3D Sculpture, I came in with some basic ideas and walked away with nails that were always beyond any imagination. Highly recommend it for gals like me. Life can be boring, but your nails should not be. Oh, and their lash extension service is great too. Truly a one-stop shop. Did I mention the nail never chipped either!! I usually do dipping powder they can last up to 6 weeks for me... Can't think of a better place! It is the best salon in DFW area for sure. read more

I found this place quite by accident but I was so glad I did! I showed up not too long before closing but they helped me immediately and I never felt rushed. Not only that, but my nails look great and are holding up beautifully a few days later. They were friendly and kind, and chatted over a bottle of water. The shop is slightly hidden right now due to the construction of the new mixed-use development, but it will be on a main road once that is done. I highly recommend and would tell you it's worth the tour of the parking lot to find them! read more

I went based on pictures for nail art. I scheduled an appointment,and I showed up an hour early,it was my birthday,and my hair appointment went faster then expected. But I did ask if they could fit me in. Everything was fine until the nail art, I brought specific pictures of what I wanted. My fingernails looked ok,except the mickey mouse ears were smudged,the design wasnt right and some of the gel looked bubbley. My toe nails were the right colors but the big toe was supposed to be a minnie mouse bow and she put one tiny mickey mouse ears instead. Also when the lady gave me a back massage it literally felt like she was hitting me. I was in tears when I left. I went to another salon, had it all removed. I didnt even take pictures thats how bad it looked to me. read more

I never went for the old ownership, but the new owners are SO sweet and welcoming, the location is clean and cute, pedicure was perfection, they offer wine and sodas (red was so good!), reasonable prices and the massage was amazing too! They offer Wi-Fi so I was able to sit and get work done in my computer while relaxing- great addition to east plano, I'll definitely be back! read more
