Worst pedicure ever!! My feet feel like I didn't have a pedicure. My heels and balls of my feet are still very rough. Felt like a very rushed job. I got gel on my toes and the gel polish is all over my big toes. The nail tech used a nail file to saw the gel off of my cuticle. The massage was mediocre at best. I paid $75 +tip. 5 STARS FOR SAM!!!!!!! This salon is clean and comfortable. I don't like getting my nails done and have brittle thin nails so the filing can be unfortunately uncomfortable but I told that to my nail tech, Sam, and she was so understanding and very accommodating to ensure I was comfortable while also focusing on the health of my nails. She was so sweet and so intentional about my experience and my nails are PERFECT. She was very gentle and took her time to make the shape perfect. I got dip and she even filed them so they would have the natural curve like nails do without them looking chunky/thick which dip sometimes can look. Highly highly recommend Sam. I am beyond upset I got a pedicure Saturday last weekend and the tech got the callus remover all up the back of my ankle and when I told him it burned and was trying to splash the on it to wash it off he proceeded to take the file and scratch the area it burned! I pulled my foot away because it was literally scraping the skin off the back of my ankle! I am left with huge DEEP cuts and haven't been able to wear my gym shoes or socks! There is going to be some scaring as it's been a week and it's still horrible deep scabbing. Here is a picture from 2 days later after plenty of antiseptic ointment. Honestly, probably the worst nail salon I've been to. I usually go to Rose couture, but I tried coming here for a fill. They came out looking horrible, then I asked her to redo them. And they looked bad tooo, all I wanted was French tip coffin shape .. it's usually very easy. I spent four hours here fixing my nails, and $75 just for a fill. They ended up just doing one color but didn't pay me back for the French tip fee.. even the third time they were fixed, by the owner they still aren't good. I was just trying to choose one color, but she told me with the color I can only have one coat, so all the colors I wanted were way too late and see-through. So I had to go with a bright pink that I don't really like. But I just wanted to get something done so I could leave.. during the four hours I was there, within the first 15 minutes a lady sat by me, and something happened, and she stormed out.. then a girl came in for her birthday, got pedi with her& her boyfriend .. apparently they cut his foot and he was very mad, told them to stop doing the pedicures& that they were leaving.. they stormed out as well.. horrible first impression. And it was more expensive than the nice mail bar that does an amazing job. I tried to ask for a refund, but she told me she could only give me $15 back so I just ended up getting them fixed for a third time.. most of them are rude and honestly will never go back. read more

There are too many nail salons nearby to accept the low quality of service here. My nail tech spent 90% of the time gossiping and laughing to the tech beside her rather than paying attention to my pedicure. It makes your customers feel upset when you're looking at them and then laughing to your coworker regardless of whether you're talking about them or not. Came to check out this new nail salon near my house. I had a coupon for 30% off, but I found out that all services were 30% for the month of August and I just got in on Aug 31! It's really nice and big inside. They offer drinks like water, soda, wine, or a margarita. They have new big massage chairs for your pedicures. They have a somewhat wide variety of polishes. No Essie though. a Bunch of ORLY and OPI though. I ended up just getting a classic pedicure, although they did try and get me to upgrade it which I knew they would. The leg massage wasn't great. Jenny was meticulous with the pedicure though in terms of handling the dead skin cells. I had brought my own Seche Vite for fast drying, but the girl said theirs was pretty good too. It ended up drying pretty fast because I had a massage 10 minutes afterwards and it was still intact. Overall really friendly and accommodating. I went at 10:45, so there weren't many people there. I would come back, especially because it's so close to home. read more

I booked two pedicures for my sister-in-law and myself. Her toes were beautiful, the man who did hers was so nice. However, the lady who did mine went to TOWN with the cuticle nippers. She asked me if I wanted her to clip my toenails and I replied by saying only a little bit. She cut away like she was mining for gold! I am currently in SO much pain and I'm terrified that thy are all going to become ingrown. I took a shower when I got home and the hot water felt like fire. I tried to call for a refund and they didn't seem to want to help me. Update, it is now 9 hours post pedicure and I am unable to sleep because of the throbbing pain in my toes. read more

Their price menu says $10 for gel removal which is what other salons charge so no biggie. After I sat for 35 mins with acetone on my nails, I decided to pick off the gel myself. Well, my daughter & I went to get manicures/pedicures. The lady that worked on my feet had no social skills or personality. I said hi & she ignored me and never made eye contact. She spent 10 minutes rubbing my calves and she was very rough on my shins. I politely asked her if she was going to work on my feet. She nodded & kept at it on my calves. I finally told her it hurt so she stopped. She then put some gel on my feet, rinsed it off fast and started polishing my toes. I literally had to stop her and ask her to WORK ON MY FEET. I have nothing positive to say about my experience here. Walked in & they immediately sat me. After sitting there for 20 minutes, the guy who seemed to be in charge roughly wrapped my fingers in foil and acetone soaked cotton swabs. Came back 35 mins later and roughly drilled the existing dip powder down until my real nails were paper thin. Mind you, that was after he stopped at least 10 times to answer the phone, ring people up, etc. Finally he had someone else take over for him. Not only did she file two of my nails crooked, but the dip was labeled incorrectly (wrong color). Once she put the topcoat on it started bubbling up and reacting with the cuticle oil or something. Initially I thought one nail was smudged or something so I had them redo one finger. Once I got to the car I realized the same thing had happened to the topcoat on all 9 of my other fingers as well. There was no way I was going back though because it had already been 2 hours at this point. What made it even worse was they were not dipped enough times (some had more coatings than others) so my index finger cracked right in half the next day with minimal effort. Complete waste of time & money. Don't ever go here. read more

So my first time here... as I walked In the guy at the front asked me what I wanted and as I answered he walked away to talk to a different customer ... it was rude . So I sat down to get my nails done and the girl I got did an amazing(picture 1) but was rude and rough.. she got me to change my shape and helped pick an amazing color and I've never been happier but as she was putting the final coat on I noticed there was fuzz on my nail and I stead of fixing it she painted over it and it looks bad (picture 2) I won't bash them for a mistake ... LOW QUALITY - LOW CARE -- Not Impressed! I came here only because it was conveniently located to another errand I was doing. It was not busy at all on a Sunday afternoon. I waited 35 mins while I had my nail dip polish taken off (w/ foil). After 2 attempts to file off the polish by the male Mgr, still had polish on but the tech finally appeared. She was clearly RUSHED. It was The Most "bare bones" mani I've ever had. No cuticle care, not precise, and no hand massage. I spent $109 with tip for the worst mani-pedi of my life. My daughter is an esthetician and was shocked and told me I should demand a refund. I Had my nails done on Sunday with nexgen. By Friday I had 3 nails chipped. I was out of town so I called to ask them if I could come in and have them redone when I got back in town. They said I could only have them redone if I came in the same day I noticed the chips. It doesn't help that the guy who did my nails seemed rushed and worked very carelessly the entire time. At the end of the appointment, I was not exactly satisfied with the work (nails were thin, in-even and didn't go all the way to the cuticles) but I didn't want to be picky so I let it slide. I got a dip manicure and it was the worst experience I've had getting a dip manicure. It was my first time to this location. The guy who did it was tearing apart my cuticles which left them burning. He also left color all over my fingers. When I tried to tell him, he told me to wash my hands. So I told who appeared to be the manager. He tried to clean it up and also had me wash my hands. The pictures I took are what my nails look like after all of that. He did give me a discount, but I will never go back there again. They look awful and my fingers hurt so bad. read more

Allen Nails is clean with plenty of seating, mellow atmosphere, great music playing that will have you reminiscing of days gone by (70's,80's etc s. They offer alcohol and non- alcoholic beverages. As for the nails service they have plenty of nail technicians to assist so waiting is 10 minutes maximum , if that! My first visit was October 2016 and my service of choice is Next-Gen. I love the color selection. My granddaughter gets the kids mani/ pedi and requested some design the techs are creative and make her very happy. My preferred tech is Nevik, as I have tried a few of them but love Nevik 1) he's from Southern California whoop whoop my home. Lol, but that's not the only reason why, he's is very polite, accommodating and does excellent work. He will shape them as you request , design as you request but most importantly.. they last. I paid for $60 pedicure and the girl did only 5 minutes massage while another salon did at least 20 minutes. They was rushing on my pedicure and try to get another customer.
