My pedicure was spectacular! Unfortunately, my manicure was the complete opposite. I felt like the technician was rushing through the service and wasn't paying attention to what he was doing because he kept looking over at another area. When I pointed out that there was white polish left around my nails, he told me it was my skin. However, I had just gotten white tips, so it was clearly polish, not my skin. I ended up having to go back to have it fixed. He did apologize, and I appreciate the apology, but the experience was still very disappointing. When you're providing a service, especially one people are paying for, you should give your client your full attention and take pride in your work. If you're unhappy doing the job, it may be time to consider doing something else. read more

The service was good. The Manni/Pedi has lasted. Be careful when you go to pay you are being charged for the services you received. W went there before a wedding got two pedis and two Manni the exact same service. Each bill was different prices. Came out to be a $12. difference. Asked that day and the lady said we got different services; we got the same thing. Called when I got home and spoke with manager. She said there is nothing she can do. JUST BE AWARE OF THE COST. read more

Jenny is a Rockstar! I've been frequenting Nail Lounge for years & typically take whomever is available for my pedicure. Today I had Jenny & I will forever request her! She was kind & polite, but her massage skills won me over. This was the BEST hot stone & leg massage I've ever had, EVER! The pressure & length were perfect - so relaxing! Their pedicure menu really had it all & you can always add on extras too. I've always had great pedicures here. The chairs are clean, the polish options are vast, the massage chairs are incredible & my pedicures always look great. Whether I bring my own polish or use theirs the polish lasts for weeks. I suggest making a reservation, their website makes it easy. You can walk in, but it's usually slammed in here, so there may be a wait. They offer kids mani & pedis too! read more

I showed them a picture. They got the shape, length and color wrong, and they were drastically uneven lengths. I didn't even get any design. When I asked for them to be redone, the nail tech called me spoiled and tried to play it off in a joking tone, then fixed one nail because of how terribly uneven it was with the others. Never going back. read more

I visited this salon yesterday, 9/20, for gel manicure and coconut gel pedicure. My manicure was ok. It wasn't amazing in regard to the polish job however, I'm still giving 5 stars because of Julie. Julie completed my pedicure service and is 10 stars all on her own. She was friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job. Not once did she rush me or make me feel like she had other clients waiting. She took her time, giving me full value for my purchase and repaired a nail I didn't even know was coming off! I will definitely book just for Julie again. Thank you Julie for helping me look and feel my best for my event last night. read more

Nail Lounge - Beautiful simple nails done by Lily! - Nail Salons Near Me - Allen, Texas

I have been coming to Nail Lounge for over 15 years. It's my happy place to sit back and relax and get my mani/pedi. In the last few months I was fortunate enough to find Lily for Nextgen nails. My nails grow upwards which makes it very challenging and hard to keep nails on. Lily found the secret and I'm thrilled to not have to return because a nail came off. She is so fun to talk to, chill personality and I leave relaxed and happy. I highly recommend this shop and especially Lily. read more

I've been going here for 10+ years with my daughter for pedicures and they just always do a good job. Have tried other places, but always come back to Nail Lounge. Over all the years the service has been great and I've only had a tech, that wasn't the best, but still good. I can go a good six weeks without my polish starts chipping. read more

Went here for the first time and the technician Lilly took my nails from ragged to beutiful Great service

I have been going to this place for a few years now. I can't speak for the other services because I only get pedicures done, but I always enjoy my pedicures. It doesn't matter which type I chose. They were all wonderful. Cindy is my go to girl. Sometimes if she's busy, I will book with Christina or Tammy. They are all very attentive to my needs. And of course I also enjoy their complementary wine. read more

Nail Lounge - My to go girl, Cindy working hard. - Nail Salons Near Me - Allen, Texas

Today was my first visit, will never go back. very difficult time communicating that I wanted my nails cut shorter. Took multiple people and still didn't understand, so I gave up. While removing the gel from my toes, individual slipped with the tool and caught my nail and it lifted away from the skin. It was indicated that the last time I had a pedicure it happened and the last person must have glued it back down on my toe. My appointment was at 5 and started at 5. It is now 6:45 and I am just leaving. the chairs are the most uncomfortable chairs I have ever sat in. Price for service was pretty average. read more

My go to @MinxMeBridgette is booked up for a minute. While handling business in Allen I could not hold out so I dropped in and was not disappointed. The two young ladies at the front were courteous and professional. The ambiance was relaxing and aesthetics beautiful! Lisa did my dip and did not use drill on my natural nail prior to applying dip powder. What a great experience! I requested almond shape and like it! Lisa was kind and professional. She took her time getting gel off. Tina did my pedicure. My feet and legs needed a massage it was relaxing and much needed. I also was not expecting to receive 10% off!!! read more

Always good service, friendly workers, and a neat and clean environment! Great place to get your nails done!

Nope Nope Nope I had a dip powder manicure. I have two broken nails and one cracked in 5 days. Unacceptable. Now I'm at another salon having to pay to get them fixed. My gel pedicure has polish in the crevasses of my toes and it just looks dingy. I won't be back. read more

I wouldn't recommend coming here, and I would never come here again. The shape of my nails was totally off, and the technician was clearly in a rush. There was no customer service at all. When I arrived, I asked about the wait time since it looked pretty busy, and I was told there wasn't any wait. However, I ended up waiting for almost 20 minutes. The person who did my nails didn't even file them properly, and I didn't like how they looked. read more

All of the staff is very nice, the lounge itself is always clean and organized, so pretty inside and neat. Oh wow! This place is hugeeeee and clean!! Omg cleanliness is one of the things that I look for know a nail salon. DID NOT DISAPPOINT So I walked in on a random Monday thinking it wouldn't be busy and welp it sure was busy! I walked in and was shocked by how big it was! I signed in and asked how long the wait would be and they were so nice and accommodating. For as busy as that place was, my wait time was only 5-10 mins. I spent that time picking out a nail color anyways. My nail techs were Souky (I think that's her name) and Hannah and they were awesome! I have found my go to nail place in the DFW area! Not only did they do an awesome job, they were super informative and they didn't try to upscale or rip me off in any way. It was my first time doing powder ever and they were extremely knowledgeable. They taught me a lot about the difference between acrylic and powder, etc etc. Tip: do the nexgen aka dipping powder, it lasts a long time! The picture shown is three weeks after. I will be back! read more

Nail Lounge - Love my nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Allen, Texas

So, I called and walked in they weren't busy, which was good. I told them I wanted the dip nails and a pedicure and they got started. I told I believe Vincent I wanted my nails long & he seemed very judgmental about it and told me it will be an extra $5 dollars first and I told him that's fine. Then shortly after I decided to get acrylic cause it's better with longer neils then he said that's an extra $10 dollars, I said alright even though I was upset, but my nails looks alright, but his customer service sucks! So now to my pedicure, that was a rush job seem like he only spent like 15-20 mins for a $50 dollar pedicure! I didn't appreciate or like how they over charged me and I still tipped them because I know how hard it is these days, but I will not be returning cause it's not worth the $120 I spend there! read more

this weekend is my sisters wedding and i made an appointment to get dip 2 days ago. i had a photo of what i wanted for inspiration which i showed to my nail tech Dan, he said it would be possible and took me back to the chairs and started on my nails. he tested 3 different combinations and got frustrated with me because he wasn't able to get the color that i wanted. he was very rude and dismissive and made me choose an entirely different color. after that he was very rushed and did a hack job on my nails, they are all different lengths/ shapes and he kept nicking me in my cuticles. the front desk and other nail techs were very friendly, but i will not be returning because of Dan read more

Rude Management The manager yelled at me because I mistakenly asked for a manicure instead of a nex gen (powder dip) service which is more time consuming than a manicure. She wagged her finger in my face and said next time you need to ask for the right service and you got lucky this time because we have someone to do it. I told the manager that it was linappropriate and unprofessional of her to point her finger at me and she responded by laughing and rolling her eyes. She did not take my feedback or concern seriously. I later called and asked to speak to the owner. The receptionist who answered the phone told me that the owner wanted the manager to handle the situation as the manager sees fit. I tried to call back again to speak to the owner personally but my call was blocked. I would not go back to this establishment because of the manager's lack of customer service skills. The lady and gentleman who did my nails were nice. The lady who did my eye brow wax was also very nice. Unfortunately, there is very poor management and no recourse for customers to voice complaints. From reading some of the other reviews, I can see I am not the only person treated poorly by management at this salon. Hope some action is taken to improve this situation or I'm afraid this manager will run away more customers . read more
