I had Sydney give me a facial last week and she was very sweet. She explained everything that was happening during the facial. The facial was nice but the best part was the massage on the head and face. The led light therapy was nice but not quite sure what it was programmed for. But I was warm and cozy so it was happily appreciated. Like most spas, there was a hard sell for their products. ... Everyone was very friendly and made you feel welcome. The spa itself is inside a medical building. They did all they could to make it cute but it's def more boho and less high end. It's cute though. Bottom line: I'd go back. read more

I was very excited to get a facial and the video looked really good but I was not happy with the services provided. They messaged me the day before to try to move the appointment and didn't offer any kind of discount for this inconvenience, and everything about the facial was below average. The hydrafacial was supposed to be included but the girl who performed the service Savannah just barely touched my face with the hydrafacial pen so that she could essentially say that she did it. The dermaplaning was extremely minimal, and below average as well as the massage. Not worth the $250 "special" price. I don't know if it was that they moved me to a less experienced technician because they were overbooked but I was unhappy with the services I received. read more

I called to schedule an appointment but forgot to bring my wallet with me to give my credit card info so, I told them I will call back in a couple of hours after I go back home from work. They did however scheduled an appointment for me for Saturday. When i got back home I did called but no one answered so, I left a voicemail. No one bothered to call me back. Today, 1 day before my appointment I received a text and email that my appointment was canceled because I have never give my card info. This is so unprofessional and upsetting. I called in today to schedule an appointment and luckily they took me in later in the afternoon. The young lady at the front desk was welcoming and offered me water; the spa also looked immaculate. It felt like club for elite women, almost museum-like . Carissa was my esthetician and she was so sweet and funny. For the consultation she suggested a couple of add-ons and when I asked her for pricing, she gladly whipped out her calculator. I did not feel pressured to do any adds, but I ended up choosing them because "treat yourself!" Carissa was so gentle and beautiful inside and out. After looked all the good reviews I decided to try it out. The service was okay . . But I think this place is overrated. First they are seems like high quality Spa. They charge higher than other places which is ok because we want good quality skin care . But when I came in I saw a really dirty towel on the table. And when I finish I saw they still put the towel back there. Nothing changed. We pay $ 165 per Facial + $30 Tip ( they suggested ) . I think we deserve a clean towel. And the cleaning is the most important thing for a spa like that. Isn't it ? My skin work was just ok . But I don't think I will be back. And not recommended. read more

I've been through Accutane twice, used what seems like every prescription cream and pill there but nothing worked to rid me of horrible acne. Very informative and relaxing facial with Holly! I went in open to do whatever my skin needed. We did a handful of treatments and it resulted with glowing skin that will last for weeks. The location is easy to get to, she's the first door down the hall right when you walk in and parking is super convenient at Watters Creek. It was my first time getting a facial within a salon suite and I do prefer it much more than a traditional spa. Holly is absolutely warm and welcoming, the ambiance of the spa is very calming, and Holly does a great job explaining exactly what she will be doing. During the facial, I explained to her my need for a deeper exfoliation after all the sun exposure I had this summer. She recommended Dermaplaning, and she incorporated it right away. She did mention that my skin would be a bit sensitive for another day or 2, and that is exactly what I experienced. I walked out feeling fresh and my skin glowing. It's been about five days since my visit to Top Spa and it's taken me that long to write a review just to see if the effects would fade. They haven't, they've only gotten better. I had elected to try dermaplaning and the lip treatment. Based on Holly's expertise and recommendations we also did a liquid lift and LED light treatment. This was the most amazing/effective spa visit I have had because the process was explained and I was given a plan of action. I also picked up a couple of products, as well. I am so incredibly grateful that I discovered boho medspa last year!!  I work as a full-time fashion model and maintaining the standard model expectations can be pretty demanding.  This place has changed my entire career! At the time that I met Holly, I was battling some SERIOUS acne and skin issues.  My dermatologist wanted to prescribe every medication under the sun, but Holly promised me there was a way to achieve the clear skin of my dreams in a safe and natural way!  She helped me find all of the products and treatments necessary to combat my specific problems. Once we cleared my skin with HydraFacials, Circadia products, and cleanses, we were able to remove any remaining scarring with micro needling!
